There are times in our day when our star may dim. Our confidence can wane. Imposture syndrome can bubble up. Jealousy could creep in. So if you are in need of a little inspiration to get that sparkle back, then this meditation is for you.

There are moments in our day that our star may dim,

Confidence can wane,

Imposter syndrome can bubble up,

Jealousy can creep in.

So if you are in need of a little inspiration to get that sparkle back,

Then this meditation is for you.

Oftentimes when our confidence is lacking,

It's when we're trying to be something we're not,

Forcing ourselves to go in a direction that may not feel right.

Maybe prove something,

Maybe because we're comparing ourselves to someone else or just not feeling confident in accomplishing a task.

So today we are going to let that go.

Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Relax your shoulders,

Really roll them out.

Now take a deep breath in and on the exhale close your eyes.

Close your eyes,

Take another deep breath in,

Filling your lungs.

Exhale,

Let that go.

Continue to breathe naturally.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Notice the rise and fall of your belly as you breathe in and out.

Feel the air entering your nostrils.

What does that feel like?

Just notice it.

As you continue to breathe in,

Feel your spine lengthening,

Your sit bones rooting into your chair,

Feeling more grounded.

Your breath becomes more even as you breathe in.

As we continue to breathe,

Think of an area of your life where confidence is lacking.

Why do you think this is happening?

What comes to mind when you think of this moment?

Really delve into that.

As these thoughts trickle in,

Ask yourself,

What's holding me back from believing in myself?

On the next breath,

Breathe in deeply and then exhale all of that negativity.

Inhale optimism,

Exhale self-doubt,

Inhale possibility,

Exhale the feeling of lack,

Inhale ease,

Exhale struggle.

Continue to breathe in and out.

You are capable of anything you set your mind to.

Repeat to yourself silently,

I am enough,

Everything I need.

I let go of fear,

Fear of the unknown,

Fear of failing,

I am moving into my power,

I am a powerful force,

I matter,

I am enough,

I am more than enough,

I can do anything,

I will accomplish my dreams,

I am taking a step today,

I will be kind to myself,

I give myself grace of myself,

Do love myself,

I'm a force,

I am making a difference,

I am making an impact,

I am a light,

I lead the way,

I am enough.

Breathe that in,

Remember that you are enough,

You can do anything you put your mind to,

You have the power to move in any direction you want.

Take another deep breath in all of the possibilities to come,

Exhale,

Deep breath in.

Now start to bring yourself back to the room.

Notice your hands,

Your feet,

Wiggle them a little bit,

Roll your shoulders and when you're ready open your eyes and shine.
