Hello and welcome to this pause in your day,
A chance to return to yourself,
Realign,
Start to observe your breath,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth at a natural pace.
See where you can let go of any tension in your body,
Beginning with your feet,
Up through your legs,
Your hips,
Your abdomen,
Lower back,
Upper back,
Chest,
Shoulders,
Letting that relaxing energy flow down your arms into your wrists and your hands and your fingers.
Soften your fingertips.
Feel your throat opening,
Making more space for your breath.
Relax your face.
Let your tongue fall to the bottom of your mouth,
Unclench your teeth.
Feel your forehead smoothing out.
Release any pressure in your head,
Your mind,
Just letting go.
Knowing that you can always access this space,
This inner peace,
It is always within you.
Anytime your mind starts to wander,
Your body starts to have more acute sensations,
You can always return to your breath.
It's a way to anchor you back into the present moment.
And let your thoughts come and go,
Gently releasing them,
Enjoying the stillness and the silence,
The art of doing nothing,
The rejuvenation and renewal that comes with solitude,
With rest.
Rest and recovery are a very important part of the growth process.
See again if there's anywhere in your body you can let go a little bit more.
If there's any heaviness in your mind that you can release just a little bit more.
Trusting that you're being supported and held by the earth,
By my voice.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
Physically,
Literally,
Figuratively,
Spiritually.
There is so much goodness flowing to you,
So much joy,
So much ease on the other side of the effort.
We can't have light without dark,
We can't have up without down,
We can't have good without bad.
So just being present for all of it,
The integration,
The chaos,
The beauty.
Trusting that it's all part of your growth,
Your unique path.
By paying attention to each present moment,
We are staying awake and aware to any signs or synchronicities or messages that come our way.
We're tuning in to this stream of creative intelligence that is always available to us.
