Hey there,
My name is Lisa Kulpa,
And this is your meditation to manifest resilience in times of adversity.
I invite you to find a comfortable position,
Whatever that is for you today,
Whether it be lying down or sitting up nice and tall.
Take a moment to notice how you are feeling,
Emotionally,
Physically,
What thoughts of past and future may be bouncing around in your mind,
And take a nice big,
Deep inhale into your body for 4,
3,
2,
1,
Exhale,
Sigh out.
Let's do that again.
Take a nice long,
Deep,
Big inhale,
Breathing in,
And exhale,
Sighing out,
Letting go.
Last big,
Deep inhale,
And exhale,
Sigh out,
Let go.
And I invite you to welcome in all your feelings,
Any frustration.
Welcome it in like a good friend,
Knowing that it is ok to feel this way,
That life can be so overwhelming at times,
So give yourself space to heal and to feel,
And I want you to go ahead and feel the energy of your legs,
Your feet,
Your ankles,
Your toes,
To knees and lower back,
To hips and pelvis,
Letting your legs be heavy with every inhale and every exhale to let go,
Feeling your belly rise and fall,
Expand and soften.
Send your breath to your lower back and let tension melt away like a waterfall pushing leaves to its base.
Invite this energy of this part of the body to release,
To let go,
Knowing as you let go,
This part of your body is thriving and is strong.
Feel your heartbeat in your chest,
The resilient heart that is with you through hard times and beautiful times,
That is with you through heartbreak and through evolution and growth.
Allow yourself to breathe into your heart,
And exhale any tension down the chest,
The upper to mid back,
Shoulders to elbows,
Elbows to fingertips,
Let your heart beat and let go of everything else,
Knowing you have such a beautiful strong heart,
Releasing tension in the neck,
The jaw,
The space behind the eyes and between the eyebrows,
Releasing tension even at the crown of your head,
And letting this release just wash over every inch of your body,
And underneath the energy of reactive subconscious feelings,
There is this conscious spirit within the mind,
There is this consciousness within the mind,
And it is beautiful,
And it is resilient,
And while you are here in a space of letting go,
Listen to my words.
You are resilient,
You are loved,
You are strong,
Stronger than you ever could possibly realize,
And you will rise from any obstacles from this space,
Visualize,
Imagine yourself moving through life in strength,
In resilience,
Cutting through,
Weaving through,
Rising from anything that may come up,
That may be thrown your way,
And when you are ready,
Set an intention that allows you to reset,
To start fresh,
And knowing that you will not become tricked by your pain,
This is not all there is,
And this is not forever,
Know you are so much more than your adversity.
With that intention in mind,
Take a nice big deep breath in,
Exhale sigh out,
Release,
Let go.
Begin to slowly breathe breath into your body deeply,
Connect with movement,
Begin to stretch,
Exhale slowly release,
Let go,
Feel fresh blood and breath entering your body,
And only when you are ready,
Begin to connect with the world around you,
Taking the strength,
The resilience with you,
Remembering this truth.
Remember resilience is a journey my friend,
And whenever you need to simply just process what you are going through,
Welcome yourself back into this space,
Knowing there is more than this.
