This meditation focuses on cleansing and balancing the energy centers in the body, known as chakras. You will be guided through a series of visualizations that help to activate and balance each of the seven chakras, starting from the crown of the head and moving down to the base of the spine. It is a great practice for those who want to improve their overall sense of well-being and promote a more balanced and harmonious life.

So what I would love for you to do is to start getting comfortable.

That might mean closing your eyes.

It may mean keeping your eyes in a soft gaze if that's what feels safe for you.

I'm always going to encourage you to do what feels best and safest for you.

That might mean laying down or sitting in full lotus or standing and walking back and forth as you listen to the meditation.

As we journey inward,

I want you to start noticing your breath.

Notice the inhales and the exhales.

Notice if there's any tension in the body and we're not judging ourselves.

This is just simply to bear witness.

How does my body feel right now?

Does it feel good?

Do I feel like I need to stretch a little bit?

Do I feel disconnected or do I feel embodied?

Allow yourself a moment to reconnect to your breath and just take notice of who you are and what your body is feeling.

As a collective,

I invite us to take a deep inhale,

Breathing into the lower belly,

Expanding it as much as we can,

Allowing that air to rise up into the heart space.

When it feels good,

Let go,

Release,

Soften the shoulders.

Feel yourself dropping out of your head and into your body.

Reconnecting the mind and the body.

We take another deep inhale,

Breathing in,

Extending this breath not only to our belly but to our lower back.

And we allow that air to rise up into the heart again.

And when it feels good,

Take a deliberate exhale,

Letting go,

Softening even more into the moment,

Into the body.

We collectively take another deep nourishing inhale from the lower belly,

Extending to that lower back,

And then taking a third breath into the heart.

You are capable of doing this.

It is possible.

And when it feels good,

Let go.

Allow yourself to reconnect with your life force,

Your breath.

Notice your heartbeat,

That divine rhythm that has been with you since day one.

Feel it bringing you into divine alignment,

Re-centering you as you continue those deep nourishing inhales and slow exhales that provide relief,

Provide space.

And I want you to begin bringing your attention to the top of your head.

This is where your crown chakra would be,

The middle of your scalp.

And imagine this beautiful,

Vibrant,

Violet light beaming,

Glowing,

Maybe even pulsating.

And when you take that next inhale,

I want you to breathe all the way up from the lower belly into the crown chakra.

And as you do that,

Imagine that purple light expanding.

And on that exhale,

As you let go,

Imagine it contrasting,

Getting a little smaller,

More compacted,

More dense.

Allow another deep inhale,

Breathing all the way up into the crown.

And on the exhale,

Letting go,

Dropping back through the body,

Connecting ourselves to our source of divinity,

Our source of love.

And from there,

On your next inhale,

Drop your attention into your third eye,

That space between the brow.

And when you think of a beautiful indigo,

Take a nice deep inhale,

Breathing into the third eye.

You're expanding your sense of sight,

Clearing out any blockages.

And on that exhale,

You come home,

Refocusing the vision.

And we allow another deep inhale into the third eye,

Expanding our ability to see beyond what we can see with our two eyes.

And letting go,

Coming back home to self.

Then we bring our attention and our focus to our throat chakra.

Think of a beautiful,

Vivid blue,

Maybe even a sky blue,

If that feels good for you.

This warm,

Beautiful light.

And on that inhale,

Breathe into the throat chakra,

Expanding the chakra,

Expanding our ability to express ourselves and to communicate effectively.

And on that exhale,

Coming home,

Knowing that how we show up,

How we express ourselves,

Is our birthright,

And it cannot be taken from us.

Allow another deep inhale into the throat,

Expanding that ability to express ourselves,

However we see fit.

And on that exhale,

Coming back home to self.

And now we breathe into our heart chakra,

And that's the center part of your chest.

Maybe you want to bring your hand and just notice that heartbeat again.

You might notice that your body feels warm.

And I want you to think of a beautiful,

Vivid green,

Or maybe even a soft pink,

And just feel,

Feel the love there.

The love for yourself,

The love for your community,

Your loved ones,

Your partners,

The children in your life,

Your passion,

Your purpose.

And breathe in,

Breathing into the lower belly,

Breathe into that heart.

Feel the heart expand,

Breaking through any heartache,

Any bumps or bruises along the way that we may have experienced in our lives.

And on that exhale,

I want you to come back home to the heart,

Almost as if you're pushing the breath out through the back,

Really clearing that heart chakra,

Mending whatever needs to be mended with ease.

As we breathe into the heart chakra again,

Expanding,

Coming home to love,

Being reminded that we are love itself,

And that love is truly such a powerful energy to tap into.

And letting go,

Creating space,

And finding relief in love.

When it feels good,

Drop your attention to your solar plexus,

And that's like the diaphragm right in between the ribcages,

That fleshy area.

And here I want you to think of a very vibrant yellow,

Almost like the sun lives right there within you,

Because it does.

Allow a deep inhale,

Breathing into the diaphragm,

Expanding that warm,

Vibrant energy,

That sense of self,

That healthy ego,

That go-getter energy.

And on that exhale,

Coming home,

Knowing that you are allowed to talk that talk,

And big yourself up,

Because you know the deep inhale,

Breathing in to the solar plexus,

Expanding your ability to be seen,

Maybe even opening up the chest as you do that,

Rolling the shoulders back,

And just presenting yourself as a divine being you are.

And on that exhale,

Coming back home to your radiance,

You are a star.

And we drop our attention and intention into our sacral chakra.

And this is our lower belly womb area,

That houses all of our creativity,

Our relationship connections,

Our connection back to our inner child.

And we breathe into the sacral chakra,

Expanding the lower belly,

Sensing that vibrant orange color,

Feeling its warmth.

And as we exhale,

We come home to it,

Maybe even hugging ourselves,

Hugging our sacral,

Giving thanks just for being,

For all the beautiful relationships in our lives,

For all the creativity that oozes from our being.

We allow another intentional inhale,

Breathing in,

Expanding our ability to influence,

Our ability to create something new.

And as we exhale,

We come home to the truth that we are creators,

And we get to influence our lives as we see fit.

Now I want you to drop your attention into your root chakra,

And that's going to be at the base of your spine.

Think of red,

A deep nourishing red.

Feel it root you to the earth,

Into your culture,

Into your truth.

Find yourself feeling stabilized and nourished.

As you breathe into that space,

Feel yourself centered,

Being able to stand tall and know that whatever you decide to do in this world,

You are capable and you are safe.

On that exhale,

Come home to self,

Come home to feeling safe in your own body.

And we allow another deep inhale into the root chakra,

Expanding that knowingness of safety,

And coming home to ourselves.

And when it feels good,

I want you to take a collective inhale,

Breathing into the root,

Bringing that breath up to the sacral,

Into the solar,

Into the heart,

Into the throat,

Into the third eye,

And the crown.

And as you exhale,

You bring it down from the crown,

To the third eye,

To the throat,

The heart,

The solar,

The sacral,

And the root.

Just take a deep sigh right now,

Softening the body,

Unclenching the jaw,

Dropping the tongue from the roof of your mouth,

Giving yourself permission to feel relief,

To give a moment of pride.

You just effortlessly aligned and cleansed your seven primary chakras.

You reaffirmed your truth,

You reconnected to love,

Empowered yourself,

Ignited your creativity.

You declared your own safety in this world and within the body that you are in.

You decided to communicate,

Express yourself,

And to have a clear vision moving forward.

And knowing that anything that you do is divinely ordered.

Let your breath do this.

Let it become immersed in you.

Indulge in this feeling for a moment.

Let the body find joy,

Satisfaction,

And being heard.

Feels good.

I want you to begin rubbing your hands together.

We're going to be activating our hand chakras as we do this.

Warm up the palms,

And when you feel a nice warmth,

I want you to wrap your arms around you,

Giving embrace of who you are.

And take a deep inhale and exhale in this space.

You find yourself rocking back and forth.

You find yourself telling yourself that you love you,

That you're proud of you.

Our arms and our hands are an extension of our heart chakra.

So as we hug ourselves,

We are actively practicing self-love,

Self-trust,

Our fortifying our self-worth,

Believing in our own magic.

If at any moment you feel unsafe,

Or you feel overwhelmed,

Or you feel confused,

That you can take a moment to reconnect back to your breath,

To re-center in your truth,

And to love on yourself.

And if it feels good to stay in that loving embrace,

Stay in that loving embrace.

If you want to drop your hands into your lap,

I welcome that too.

Another deep inhale,

Breathing in,

And letting go.

I'm going to count back from five to one.

And when we get to one,

You're going to feel so refreshed,

So satisfied,

So aligned and ready to hear.

Five,

Maybe wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Four,

Shoulders up to the bottom of your ears and rolling them back,

Really opening up the heart space.

Three,

Bringing your shoulders up to your ears and bringing them in,

Closing inward,

Coming home to self.

Two,

Moving our head from left to right and right to left.

And one,

Bringing a smile to our faces and opening your eyes and re-centering your gaze.

Inhale,

Really settling in to the magic in this moment of how present you're able to be.

And as you do that,

I just want to share deep gratitude with you for allowing me to hold space for you and for you showing up for yourself and providing yourself this moment of meditation that you so rightly deserve.

One of my favorite chakra clearing meditations. The visualizations were so easy to access. The rhythm of her voice gentle, but filled with a warm and hopeful energy. Her perspective shared throughout beautifully evokes embodiment. This was perfect!

One of the best meditations on here. I’ll be back to repeat it and I’m sending it to my daughter. There are some audio glitches but it wasn’t too distracting. Thank you!

This is a gorgeous practice. I came here feeling so dyregulated. I now feel so aligned and so full of powerful life force energy. This chakra practice was exactly what I needed. I’m always stunned by how Lotus’ practices bring me to a place of genuine self love and belief in all things good. I’ll be adding to my favorites now. Thank you, Lotus.
