Yogendindra,

Awakening the goddess Kuan Yin.

If you haven't done so already,

Prepare your Yogendindra nest,

Creating a nest of supreme comfort so that you can rest either on your back,

Side,

Against a wall,

Or in a chair,

In comfort,

Warmth,

And a feeling of being held and nurtured.

Kuan Yin is the mother of compassion.

She guides us into our enlightenment,

Something that we can choose to live at any time by choosing love,

Kindness,

Compassion,

And wisdom instead of fear,

Judgment,

Anger,

Or those thoughts or patterns that separate us from the divine feminine.

She helps us awaken the power of the feminine so that we learn how to nourish ourselves,

To blossom into the fullness of our being.

Kuan Yin teaches us how to turn the focus inward and practice the qualities of compassion,

Kindness,

And tenderness within ourselves.

Her focus is centered on nurturing you.

Self-compassion and kindness are at the center and the heart of divine feminine awakening.

In this practice of Yogendindra,

We will invite the energies of Kuan Yin to be with us,

To guide us in how to be compassionate to ourselves,

To be open to receive the abundance of life,

To honor our bodies,

To deeply nourish ourselves,

And to experience healing through loving touch.

Take these next few moments to settle more deeply into your Yogendindra nest.

Feel the body supported and held.

And then take a deep breath in through your nose and then out through your mouth.

Two more rounds.

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Feeling yourself settle more deeply into your nest with each exhale.

Then in your own way,

Draw a circle of protection around your body.

This circle can be made of anything that you wish.

Divine light,

Earth,

Water,

Stardust.

Sensing this protective circle all around you and feel the body relax more deeply.

And then become aware of sound.

Notice the movement of sound.

Noticing the sounds coming and going.

Attached to nothing and have the intention to hold on to less and less.

Noticing that the sounds are on the outside of the circle,

You are on the inside,

And you become bound less and less to what is on the outside.

Bring awareness to your body.

Perceive sensation.

Sense the unique way that you are being in this moment.

As you notice these sensations,

Have the intention to relax more deeply.

Letting go of any attachment to what you are feeling in this moment.

Hold on to less and less.

Experiencing the body completely held and supported.

Experience the facial muscles relaxing.

Your upper arms being pulled by gravity.

Gravity and invitation to let go.

Feel your upper back and chest relax.

Lower arms and hands soften.

Fingers and thumbs are pulled by the earth.

Less and less gripping.

Completely letting go.

Feel your heart and lungs supported.

A softening of the heart and lungs into the support.

The organs of the belly soften.

Feel the weight of the hips being pulled into the earth.

Upper legs relax.

Lower legs and feet.

All toes relax.

Sense the entire body relaxing at once.

Let go of all effort,

All concern.

Your body can relax.

Your mind can relax.

Notice the breath gently moving in and out through the nostrils.

Effortless flow of breath.

Bring your awareness to the base of the spine.

As you breathe in,

Awareness rises from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.

As you breathe out,

Awareness descends from the crown back down to the base of the spine.

The breath remains effortless.

As you breathe,

Bring in Kuan Yin's mantra.

OM MANI PADME HUM So as you breathe in,

Breathing in,

OM MANI As you breathe out,

PADME HUM Inhaling from the base of the spine to the crown,

OM MANI As you breathe out from crown to base of the spine,

PADME HUM OM MANI on the inhale,

PADME HUM on the exhale OM MANI on the exhale,

PADME HUM Feeling the mantra like a wave ascending and descending through the spine.

OM MANI on the exhale,

PADME HUM Each wave,

The body relaxes more deeply and the mind becomes more calm as it aligns to the frequency of the mantra.

OM MANI PADME HUM Bring awareness to the point between the eyes.

Feel presence here between the eyes.

And in response,

The flesh between the eyes relaxes,

Becomes more smooth.

Then bring the mantra into this point,

Mentally repeating OM MANI PADME HUM.

OM MANI PADME HUM And then bring awareness to the center of the throat.

Feel the throat soften.

Breath is effortless at the throat.

And sweetly,

Repeat mentally OM MANI PADME HUM.

At each point,

Mentally repeat and place the mantra OM MANI PADME HUM.

A sense of effortlessness and ease.

And a sweet surrender into this vibration of compassion and peace.

And then sense the space all around you the space outside the body vibrates with the same frequency OM MANI PADME HUM.

And sense that vibration as the presence of Kuan Yin the goddess of self-compassion kindness and tenderness Sense yourself surrounded by her presence Feel yourself relax and feel held and nurtured by her presence Sense that she is here to offer you her love her love for you her love for you and her love for you and her love for you and her love for you and her love for you and her love for you If you wish to receive a healing a blessing or an anointment feel yourself relax and become open to receive Breath is effortless Body is relaxed Mind is relaxed Open to receive Receiving nourishment Receiving kindness Receiving kindness Receiving love Receiving compassion And as you receive these blessings from Kuan Yin Notice if there is a message for you in this moment from her Not trying to make anything happen,

Just relax Perhaps the message is simply to relax more and receive more To be effortless No expectation or attachment Softening into your capacity to remain open and receptive Simply let go and allow yourself to be held In the arms and in the care of Kuan Yin In the vibration of her mantra There is nothing you must do or change to receive and be held Bring awareness back to your heart Feel the spaciousness of the heart and the sweet vibration of OM MANI PADME HUM and then begin to deepen the breath Feeling the breath enliven the body and then when you're ready you can move your fingertips your toes your wrists your ankles and taking your time to roll Resting here in a fetal position for as long as you wish There is no rush no urgency Whenever you're ready you can press yourself to a seat if you're lying on the floor and take these next few moments to free write being open and receptive to receiving the messages that Kuan Yin will bring forth for you through your writing The practice is now complete
