Hello and welcome.
My name is Maddie if we have not met yet.
I am a self-connection coach as well as a certified healer.
Thank you so much for taking the next 10 minutes to reconnect with yourself through this grounding meditation.
Start by finding a comfortable seat where you won't be disturbed.
This might mean putting on some headphones or finding a room in your space that you can fully breathe in.
Once you land,
Turn the palms to face up indicating that you are ready to receive and find some stillness in the body.
Now eyelids are heavy and allow them to flutter closed if that feels safe for you right now.
Beginning to focus on our breath as we allow each inhale to be inviting deeper into our belly.
The chest is the last to rise and exhale completely without force or too much effort.
Breathing in for two more at your own pace.
Really letting it go on the exhale and on this last inhale we will inhale and hold at the top and release completely to continue its natural cycle of breath.
My intention for this practice is for us to be completely present together and for you to feel completely safe to be with all thoughts,
Parts,
And feelings of yourself.
Together let us allow any energy that surfaces to be in motion as it is meant to be.
Setting your intention to release any tension in the way of your self-connection.
Can you let go of something you're holding whether that be physical,
Mental,
Or a degree shift.
Breathe as you invite yourself to completely miss space.
Letting this into your body now even deeper as we relax each part letting go of any existing holding intention.
While I name the part of the body you can see it with your mind as you bring your awareness there or repeating the names in your head to help focus the mind.
Continuing to listen to my voice.
Right hand thumb,
First finger,
Second finger,
Third finger,
Pinky finger,
Five fingers of the right hand relax together.
Palm of the right hand,
Back of the right hand,
Right wrist,
Lower arm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
Armpit,
Shoulder,
The whole right arm,
The whole right arm relaxing together.
Now bring your attention to the left side of your body.
Aware of your left hand thumb,
First finger,
Second finger,
Third finger,
Pinky finger,
All five fingers together.
Palm of the left hand,
Back of the left hand,
Left wrist,
Lower arm,
Elbow,
Armpit,
Shoulder,
The whole left arm,
The entire left arm is relaxed.
Bringing your attention to the chest,
Torso,
The hips,
Tailbone,
The spine,
All sinking deeper,
Feeling supported and relaxed.
Bringing your awareness to the right eye,
Forehead,
Nose,
Upper lip,
Lower lip,
Chin,
Jaw,
The entire face is relaxed and resting.
Taking a nice deep breath in and out.
The entire body is relaxed and resting now.
This is where we can begin to ask the body,
Where any pain,
Stuck emotions,
Or messages that need to be heard,
Where in the body do you feel called to explore?
Where in the body did the emotion become restricted?
Bringing your awareness into that space,
Knowing it is safe to explore.
Allow yourself to be curious,
Meeting anything that comes up with love,
Kindness,
Acceptance,
Gratitude.
Nothing to do but sit in that space,
Continuing to breathe,
Continuing to release with every exhale,
To be what it is,
Just the way it is meant to arrive.
You are seen.
Hold space for you.
Taking one last intentional breath to scoop out everything else that remains,
That no longer is needed,
And releasing it completely with a full exhale.
Bringing awareness back into the space.
Allow yourself to gently,
With open eyes,
Feeling rejuvenated and reconnected within.
