
Guided Reiki Meditation For Self-Worth
This track was created to help when you're struggling with unkind self-talk, resentment, body image, or purpose. During this session, we will clear out and remove any shame, self-punishment, projected insecurities and disconnection that linger in the aura. I will sing healing incantation song as you give and receive light, love, and truth back to yourself. You are a deserving and worthy vessel of love.

This meditation is specially curated to help you with self-forgiveness and self-worth.
I'll be sending Reiki healing energy to help clear any blocks associated with this as well as guiding you through some very important reflective distinctions.
I invite you to do this meditation in front of a flat mirror if you can.
Mirror work is a profound process which can train us to see ourselves objectively and stop being our own worst enemy.
If a mirror is unavailable or you feel that you're not fully ready to do this practice yet,
Go ahead and just lie down in any comfortable position and begin to visualize yourself sitting crisscross facing yourself and staring into your own eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
Release that,
And let's begin.
Just going to light some palo santo and just start to clear out your aura and your energy of maybe anyone else's insecurities or anything that's lingering that doesn't need to be a part of this healing.
Breathing.
So often when we talk about self-worth there is some past situations that come to mind.
And we have all done things that we're not proud of,
But there's a big difference between guilt and shame.
Guilt says I did bad.
Shame says I am bad.
And you are not bad,
My darling.
You would not have remorse or embarrassment if you were.
You would not feel such an aversion to yourself right now if you were acting in integrity with who you really are.
Does that make sense?
Something deeper in you knows that you're operating from a lack of trust,
From a place of fear.
Constantly reaffirming old,
Maybe generational belief systems that tell us the things.
Too opinionated,
Too hot-headed,
Too loud,
Too soft,
Too talkative,
Too analytical,
Too calculated,
Too spontaneous,
Too reckless,
Too angry,
Sad,
Happy,
Proud,
Too hard to love,
Too needy,
Too modest,
Too feminine,
Too masculine,
Too scared,
Too impulsive,
Too mean.
No one likes you.
It's not safe to show vulnerability.
It's not okay to admit when you're wrong.
These ugly and incorrect belief systems keep our thoughts always and forever the same.
Always and forever the same.
And thus our mood and our behaviors,
They stay in alignment with the version of yourself that you do not like very much.
I want you to look into your own eyes now.
And say to yourself,
I like you very much.
Even if it doesn't feel fully authentic.
I like you.
Not yet I love you.
Actually,
I like you is even deeper.
I like who you are.
I like who you are.
Good.
Let's go in now and clear out any feelings of shame in your body.
So keep taking those deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And just allow any thoughts and emotions present to come fully up to the surface.
It's good to feel it as we clear.
Very good.
Mm hmm.
Let's talk about that beat up stick you've got.
You know that if you punish a dog for eating the trash,
It avoids the trash.
If you punish a dog for not taking out the trash,
It will avoid you,
The punisher.
Stop beating yourself up and thinking you will start improving.
Punishment does not make you better.
It simply makes you avoid the pain of punishment.
It usually manifests through dissociative habits like overeating and scrolling.
Only reaffirming once again the same old patterns.
Mm hmm.
So now,
Let's just take a few minutes and just see.
Take a look at yourself in the mirror or in your mind.
And look at your body.
Look into your own eyes.
Let all the colors see your eyelashes.
No picking out flaws.
Just seeing.
Look at the hair follicles that you have.
Wow.
Your skin tone.
Look at the fullness of your lips.
Your veins.
The living vessel which holds you.
Which fights for you.
And breathes for you every day.
Look at yourself.
And just see.
See all of who is there.
Good,
Bad,
Ugly,
And beautiful.
And breathe.
I'm going to clear out that self-punishment now.

I want you to place a hand just below your ribcage,
On the top of your belly.
Let the eyes close down for a moment.
I want you to feel that area of your body.
Feel that empty space or tenderness.
Anything that might be there that doesn't belong to you.
Just clear that out.
You're amazing.
You're so kind and thoughtful.
And powerful and intentional.
Receive that.
You're so intelligent and creative.
And tender.
You're so wonderful.
You were created for a purpose.
And you were on your way.
On behalf of whoever may have hurt you in this way.
Projecting insecurities.
Or pain onto you.
I just want to say I'm sorry.
Visualize if any person comes to mind.
That they're looking into your eyes.
And they see you.
And they're apologizing to you.
I was wrong.
And I'm sorry.
Breathe.
You didn't deserve that.
And you don't have to continue thinking this way.
When those things come to mind.
Just remind yourself.
Those don't belong to you.
It's not true.
Just letting that go.
Sending love to the person.
Who felt the need.
To speak harm over others.
And to speaking life over yourself.
And to speaking life over yourself internally.
Blame authority.
Deep breath.
So now we're just going to fill this empty space.
With a new truth.
If we want to identify.
With the part of ourselves that is light.
We must acknowledge the source of this light.
Some may call this your higher self.
Similar to the Hindu paramatman.
You may see this force simply as energy or frequency.
Similar to how Taoism speaks of chi or a life force.
You may call this light by the Holy Spirit.
Or the Spirit of God which dwells within you.
Recognized by Christian and Baha'i faiths.
It doesn't have to fit into the box of religion.
However.
The box for that matter.
For this is a relationship to the light.
A living relationship.
Between you.
And something inside.
So begin to understand that you are like the moon.
And the divine is like the sun.
You are here to remember this.
And to reflect light and love.
Just as the moon does for the sun.
As often and as best that you can.
And we have our dark phases.
And that's okay.
But when we remember we can always turn our face toward the light.
And begin to reflect that.
Do it now.
In this moment.
To yourself.
So meeting yourself with eye contact.
Whether that be through visualization or through the mirror.
And let this divine energy move through your heart.
And extend only through your eyes.
Back to yourself.
Remember that it's not coming from you.
It's coming from the divine.
Remember that it's not coming from you.
It's coming through you.
And then to you.
Clearing out any last bit.
Absolving any last energies of shame or resentment.
Just letting it move through you.
Filling you with light.
With truth.
That you are an incredible,
Miraculous and worthy individual.
Deserving of your heart's desires.
You are a child of love.
You are here for a reason.
Now that you recognize your true worth.
As a vessel of love.
May you go out and make choices which are in perfect integrity and harmony with that truth.
Making that commitment to yourself.
And taking a moment to thank yourself for showing up to this meditation for you.
