Enjoy a profound emotional healing exercise. In this session, we will reflect on one thing we feel guilty about observing inwardly, accepting it outwardly, and transfiguring ourselves in perfectly accomplished transformation. All of this will be done with a little help from our friends allowing for a deeper experience that will help to feel supported and soulfully intimate. Enjoy this exercise for increased well-being and mindfulness with 4 or fewer friends (if fewer simply stop the audio earlier) This track contains ambient sounds in the background

So my dear ones,
Please make sure all of you have a pen and a paper where you can write something down or a file on your computer.
Please make sure that all of you have in the right moments when you will share a little sentence with each other,
Your microphone open.
So please always check before that you have your microphone open.
Please make sure that you have all heard each other's name and that you decided who is person one and five for.

Let's now center inside and let's connect from heart to heart,
Taking a moment of quiet,
Of relaxation and then observing within our own being what is something that we are currently guilty about.

This was the observe,
Now comes the accept.
So let's embrace each other from heart to heart,
Feeling fine strings of light connecting all of us in a circle of hearts,

And then let's shift our awareness towards person number one.
And let's embrace them completely and fully in our acceptance.
