Meditation to arrive at awareness of boundless consciousness to arrive at the perception of boundless consciousness so you're invited to construct your posture and rouse metta,
Rouse loving kindness and dropping from doing to being loving kindness dropping into your heart letting go of struggle,
Doubts letting your heart fill,
Be filled with warm benevolence soft and gentle openness a kind receptivity letting go of the burden of ill will letting go of the hindrances allowing,
Allowing love and let it fill your being touching every cell of your body every part of your life healing those habits of disliking yourself dissolving them away letting this quality expand beyond the boundaries of what we normally call ourselves to radiate out in the front of you to the right of you,
To behind you,
To the left of you above and below to the extent that is suitable for you and if it can be boundless,
Allow it to be boundless radiation around you,
Above you,
Below you boundless radiation of loving kindness,
Warm benevolence and you're invited to put benevolence into the background now and into the foreground bring this sense of boundlessness,
Spaciousness and if you can perceive the spaciousness in front of you knowing that space goes on and on and on and on across this planet out into the universe boundless spaciousness and to the left of you spaciousness is part of the room you're in beyond the room you're in to the outside environment beyond expanding out,
Out,
Out infinitely boundless space and behind you boundless space to your left boundless space above and below,
Below there is an earth but it fills boundless space just that spaciousness it's freeing,
The perception of spaciousness is freeing from the binds of materiality spaciousness,
Such a relief and you're invited to bring awareness to the consciousness of boundless space,
The knowing of boundless space like doing a u-turn and know that the consciousness of boundless space is in fact boundless itself just mind knowing that consciousness is boundless there is just mind no me and that,
Just consciousness all the objects out there are actually in here,
In our mind and it's such a relief so liberating just mind so in a few moments I'll ring the bell which will signify the end of this exercise,
