Welcome to How To Be Happy Meditation: The 10-step Manifesto. The intention of this meditation is to explore and deploy tools to empower you to calibrate to Happy. One of the most amazing feelings of the human journey is calibration towards happiness. Many of us want to be happy – but cannot seem to get there. Today, I will provide the insight to enable you to calibrate to happy.

Hi,

This is Manel.

Welcome to How to be Happy,

The 10 step manifesto.

The intention of this meditation is to explore and deploy tools to empower you to calibrate to happy.

One of the most amazing feelings of the human journey is calibration towards happiness.

Many of us want to be happy,

But cannot seem to get there.

Today I will provide the insight to enable you to calibrate to happy.

Enjoy the 10 steps.

Step 1.

Create an intention that happiness is your priority.

If you do not make happiness a priority,

It will be very easy to allow other emotions,

Situations or stories to overshadow your happiness.

An intention to be happy is the first step required to be happy.

An intention to calibrate to happiness.

Do not underestimate the power of this intention.

I will pause to give you the opportunity to create the intention to put happiness as your priority.

Step 2.

Happiness is attainable through focus.

How do you focus?

Focus on something that makes you happy and hold onto that feeling.

Any activity,

Music,

Nature,

A relationship,

An experience,

Feel.

Enjoy the feelings of happiness that are naturally evoked when you focus on the things that you love.

Learn to remain focused on that feeling.

I will pause to give you the opportunity to focus on something that you love to connect with your natural feeling of happy.

Step 3.

Happiness is a muscle.

Just as you go to the gym to build your biceps,

Triceps or quads,

Happiness is a muscle.

Exercise through intention and focus.

With consistent intention and focus on being happy,

You will build your happy muscle to guide you towards happy more and more of the time.

I will pause for you to acknowledge and create the intention to exercise your happy muscle.

Step 4.

Recognize that happiness is not conditional.

If you are waiting for conditions to unfold to become happy,

Happy when,

Happy where,

Happy why,

You will never find happy.

Conditional happiness is a moving target.

Find happiness for being happy.

For now.

For now.

For now.

I will pause for you to become aware of areas in your life that you may be judging as keeping you from being happy.

And to choose to let go and to choose happy now.

Step 5.

To be happy is to be present.

Guilt and judgment comes from living in the past.

Anxiety and stress comes from living in the future.

To be happy is through focus on the now.

Open your mind to remain present.

Remain in the now through the use of your five senses.

Your sense of smell,

Taste,

Sight,

Touch and hearing are all tools to guide you to being present.

Use tools such as breathing and meditation to strengthen your ability to remain present despite external conditions.

I will pause to give you the opportunity to engage any one of your five senses or to observe your breath to calibrate to now.

Step 6.

Recognize that you are your life's purpose.

You are your purpose in life.

If you are searching for purpose in your life,

This is a form of self-judgment and a belief that you are not worthy.

But we are all worthy.

We are all worthy for being.

We are all living and through living we are our life's purpose.

Celebrate your worthiness.

You are worthy.

You have purpose.

You are purpose.

You are as you are meant to be.

Every moment you are exactly as is meant to be.

I will pause to give you the opportunity to celebrate that you are your life's purpose.

Let go of any doubt,

Judgment or resistance.

You are your life's purpose.

You are purpose.

Step 7.

Honour your emotions.

Honour all your emotions.

This sounds counterintuitive.

How does honouring your feelings lead you to happiness?

This is because through honouring yourself and honouring all your feelings you calibrate back to truth.

Honour all your emotions and allow them to be a guide for you to calibrate to your highest desires.

If you become triggered,

Such as towards anger,

Be compassionate in your journey to acknowledge your feeling.

Become aware of your anger.

Your anger or any resistance is a tool to indicate that you are deviating from your truth.

Acknowledge your deeper desire behind your anger.

What is your resistance telling you?

What is your desire behind this desire?

Freedom?

Worthiness?

Hold yourself in compassion as you acknowledge and appreciate your desire for growth.

Let go and surrender.

This process will honour all of your feelings and allow you to calibrate back to your truth,

Which is synonymous with happy,

Freedom,

Joy,

Bliss,

Worthiness and the list goes on.

I will pause to give you the opportunity to honour your emotional feedback system.

Without emotions,

You would not be a human.

Celebrate your emotion.

Celebrate your humanness.

Celebrate you.

Step 8.

Be compassionate with yourself.

Be compassionate with yourself as you calibrate to happiness.

Let go of self-judgment.

It took a lifetime of experiences for you to be where you are.

Allow the journey of recalibration to unfold while holding yourself in compassion and care.

I will pause to give you the opportunity to love on yourself.

You are amazing for just being you.

Celebrate your strength,

Your inner power and your truth.

Step 9.

Let go of the concept of time.

It took a lifetime of experiences for you to be where you are.

Let go of the concept of time and enjoy the journey of recalibrating to your truth,

Happiness,

Freedom and worthiness at the time that is best for your highest good.

I will pause to give you the opportunity to recognise your judgement on time and to create the intention to move to a place of allowing.

And,

Lastly,

Step 10.

Surrender.

Surrender to the universe,

God,

Source,

Inner Being.

It doesn't matter who or what you believe in.

But surrender.

Surrender enables you to hold on to all desires with the trust that your highest good will always unfold.

This will all unfold at a time which aligns with your highest good.

Surrender allows you to hold on to your deepest desires which in the human experience is orientation towards happiness,

Freedom,

Worthiness.

All of your desires will unfold when you find surrender.

I will pause a moment to give you the opportunity to find surrender.

Belief,

Know,

Trust,

You are supported and all will unfold for your highest good.

I will pause a moment to allow these concepts to calibrate.

If you are so called,

Invite any additional intentions that orient you towards Truth.

Enjoy your journey towards strengthening your happy muscle.

It is a joy to create the intention and the results from this focus will significantly enhance the quality of your life.

I have many meditations and courses with the intention of guiding you to find freedom,

Worthiness and happiness to calibrate to your Truth.

Return to this meditation or the affirmations with the same name on a daily basis until you have fully developed your happy muscle.

Happiness is synonymous with Truth,

Freedom and Worthiness.

Enjoy your lifelong journey to amplify these feelings.

This is what the human journey is about.

Celebrate this journey.

Celebrate your humanness.

Celebrate you.

I honour your journey.

I honour your courage.

I honour you.
