Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position,

Allowing your body to relax and your mind to settle into a state of ease.

If you feel safe and supported to do so,

Gently fluttering the eyes down or find a gentle gaze over the tip of your nose.

Take a deep slow breath in and a slow and gentle exhale out.

Soothing breath in,

Exhale and feel a wave of calm wash over you.

Let your breath settle into its natural rhythm,

Nice and steady.

Allow your eyes to feel heavier,

For your jaw to soften and your cheeks to relax.

Give yourself permission to let your shoulders drop,

Letting go of any tension they might be holding.

Feel your arms rest gently at your sides,

Your hands releasing any grip or tension.

Soften your stomach,

Letting it rise and fall with each natural breath.

Allow your legs to feel warm,

Heavy and completely at ease.

Allow gravity to help you sink down into your seat.

Take a moment to simply feel your body here,

Relaxed and at peace.

Now I invite you to gently bring to mind an image of yourself as a little child.

See them clearly.

Notice the details,

Their hair,

Their eyes,

Their posture.

Observe their expressions,

Their energy,

Their presence.

What are they feeling right now?

Take it all in,

This tender vision of your inner child.

What do you hear around them?

Are there any sounds?

Is there a scent in the air?

How does it feel just to be with them?

Now,

To one side of this little you,

Imagine a dark,

Misty bubble.

This bubble holds sadness,

Hurt,

Fear,

Memories or emotions that feel heavy.

Maybe you see flashes of difficult memories,

Or perhaps it's just a sense of heaviness,

Disappointment or rejection.

Notice that this little you has made stories from these feelings.

Perhaps stories like,

I'm not good enough.

I'm not worthy.

I don't matter.

Or maybe I can't trust others or I can't have everything I want.

But remember,

These stories were just a way to make sense of the hurt.

They are not wrong for creating them.

But you have the power to help them now.

Take a deep cleansing breath in.

And as you exhale,

Release some of that heaviness.

Reach out to this little you softly,

Lovingly.

Wrap them in your arms,

Holding them close,

Letting them feel your warmth.

Feel the dark,

Misty bubble begin to shrink,

Little by little.

Hug them,

Love them,

Hold them,

Accept them.

Watch as the heaviness fades away.

Now,

As you gently release the hug,

Take another look at this little you.

Notice how they begin to shine a little brighter.

On the other side of them,

A new bubble appears,

Radiant and full of light.

Inside this bubble is joy,

Laughter,

Dreams,

And love.

Maybe you see flashes of happy memories,

Moments of play,

Of wonder.

Or you simply feel the lightness,

The joy,

The excitement of possibility.

Just watch for a moment.

See how your inner child lights up in the glow of this bubble.

Maybe a smile appears on their face.

And as they feel this joy,

You feel it too.

This joy is yours to keep.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Reach out to this bright little you once more.

Embrace them,

Feeling their joy,

Their light,

Their love pouring into you.

Feel them become one with you.

Because they are you,

And you are them.

Bring your awareness back to your breath,

Feeling the hum of calm and peace throughout your body.

You are loved.

You are worthy.

You are whole.

Take one last deep breath in.

And when you're ready,

Gently begin to bring movement back into your fingers and into your toes.

And allow yourself to return to the space you're in.

And whenever you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Remember that no matter who you are,

No matter where you are,

And just as you are,

You're a breath away from bliss.
