Sleep problems,
Worry and pain.
Find a cozy spot,
Lay down and use a blanket or cushion under your head and knees maybe.
Turn your palms up,
Ready to get good wipes.
Wear headphones for a deeper focus.
Let your tongue rest softly at the top floor of your mouth and breathe through your nose.
Falling asleep is okay.
A bell will sound at the end to gently wake you up.
Let's start.
Closing your eyes,
Feel the weight of your body on the ground.
Imagine strong roots growing from your back deep into the earth.
Taking a deep,
Deep inhale,
Deep,
Deep exhale.
Every breath in pulls energy from the ground,
Filling you with strength and calmness.
With every breath out,
Let go of any tension or stress.
Feeling more and more connected and more grounded.
Connecting again to this grounded feeling.
With every inhale,
Feel how your roots are getting bigger and stronger.
With every exhale,
Feel lighter,
Almost lifted up through your roots.
Inhale,
Roots stronger.
Exhale,
The roots are almost lifting you up.
Let's continue for a few more breaths.
Inhale,
Bigger roots.
Exhale,
Your whole body feels a bit lighter.
From here,
Draw your focus more to your breathing.
Notice the air as it enters your nose and as it leaves your nose.
Picture each inhale bringing in clean,
Refreshing energy.
With each exhale,
Imagine letting go of stress.
Visualizing it as ray smoke leaving your body.
Breathe in peace.
Breathe out worries.
Breathe in peace and breathe out worries.
Let this rhythm calm your mind.
Connecting to the natural rhythm of your breath.
Breathe in peace.
Breathe out worries.
From here,
Let's imagine yourself standing at the edge of a calm forest.
The sun is rising,
Painting the sky with hues of gold and pink.
As you walk,
Each step on the soft ground makes you feel more relaxed.
Birds chirp,
A song just for you.
You find a clear stream,
The water sparkles.
Looking into the water,
You see a reflection of a stronger,
Calmer,
Happier.
You hold on to this image,
Feel the joy,
Strength and the peace from this reflection.
You're laying down next to that clear stream.
You start to hear in your mind the following words.
Every day I grow stronger and more peaceful.
My breath connects me to the present and calms my thoughts.
I spread positive energy wherever I go.
I am deserving of rest,
Happiness and love.
As you're lying there next to the stream,
These words are fulfilling your whole body with a sense of bliss,
Happiness,
Rest and excitement for what's going to come.
Leaving that wonderful place that you found,
Coming back to your breath.
Let each inhale remind you of your inner strength and each exhale deepen your relaxation.
Inhale,
Remind you of your inner strength.
Exhale,
Deepen your relaxation.
Feel the synchrony between your breath and your heart,
Guiding you to inner peace.
As we come to the end of our journey,
Releasing one more time all the tension in your body,
I invite you to start to wake up gently,
Moving your fingers,
Toes and stretch.
Maybe bring your arms over your head and stretching your arm to your right leg and stretching your left arm and your left leg,
Going back and forth a few times.
Really coming back to your body whenever you're ready or if you need to do something more for your body,
Do that.
And after,
Open your eyes,
Coming back refreshed to your day.
