During this meditation you can sit or lay down,
Whatever feels good to you.
You can close your eyes.
And start to relax your body.
You can relax your face.
Let your mouth be a little bit open.
You can let your shoulders fall.
Let your breath become long and deep.
So let your breath reach all the way down into your belly.
And just notice what happens when you shift your focus from your head down into the experience of you.
The experience of your body.
And your breath that comes and goes.
And you can also let go of the idea that you're supposed to do something right.
There's nothing you can do right or wrong.
The focus of meditation for me is more about the attitude in which we let everything be.
Everything that you are.
And really relaxing into that.
Welcoming whatever comes.
It's not about finding a place that's absolutely silent or having no thoughts at all or whatever ideas we have about meditation.
To me,
Then that's just another goal that actually keeps us away from relaxing into this moment.
Like other goals in our life where we have to reach this point,
Have to reach something to become something more than we are or experience something else.
Instead I invite you to put your focus instead into the attitude.
You can have an open,
Welcoming,
Loving attitude towards whatever arises in your experience of your life.
And during this meditation.
So you can choose love today.
And choose to love the now.
The full experience of you.
All these variations,
All this complexity and simplicity.
All the emotions,
All the thoughts.
Really,
Really everything that you are.
And that choice to love this now is a choice we do,
We can do in every second.
All the time.
We can also choose to listen to the judgments.
Listen to the ideas of lack or belief of lack in your life.
That I am wrong and they are right or I am not worthy or I.
.
.
All these thoughts.
It is not really about not giving any attention to these thoughts,
It is more about focusing on what is loving towards them.
If they show up,
Let them be.
There is nothing wrong to have judgments as long as you don't believe them.
I find judgments separating and it hurts.
Separate yourself from others.
You can get lonely.
It doesn't really matter if you separate yourself by thinking that you are better than others or less than others.
They seem the same result to me.
So instead we can choose love.
Choose to love now.
For a few seconds look into what that means for you right now.
And how you feel in your body when you say those words out loud.
Choose to love now.
And there is no right or wrong answer to that question or what happens in you when you say that.
Whatever way love wants to present itself,
Can you allow that to be?
And also in the face of those thoughts that you identify yourself with,
It might be really really scary to choose love instead of holding on to those thoughts.
But I invite you to try that.
You can always come back to your thoughts and believe them again if that is what you want.
You can still feel your breath like a loving,
Smooth wave going through you.
As if it's whispering to every cello of your body that you are okay.
You are good as you are.
You are enough.
You are a miracle.
And if you decide to love now,
To choose that today,
Be curious of how the way love can show itself and act that way.
Whatever it is to love now in that moment during your day.
If you find yourself in a challenging situation,
What is love?
Love in this moment for you.
I choose love now.
I choose to love now.
Whatever feeling that arises in you when you say those words,
Let that feeling fill your body.
There is a feeling of joy or whatever you feel.
Let it overflow your body.
Just try to imagine if this loving quality of you would shine.
Would it be a silvery light that shines from you and out into the world?
So take that light with you today that comes from the decision to love the now.
And give that to yourself and all of those that you meet today.
And whatever comes,
Say yes,
You're welcome here.
And I'll greet you with love.
Whatever arises in you,
Emotional thoughts.
Open your palms.
Let everything that life gives you have a part.
Because whatever you find in any moment of your life,
Whatever experience you have about the present moment,
That is what actually happening in that moment.
To argue with it,
To reject it,
Try to control it,
It's really,
Really hard.
I think it's.

To have a discussion and try to change the present moment is.
.
.
Yeah,
That's a certain way of losing a discussion or a fight.
The now won't change itself.
Not in this moment.
So instead,
Let's choose to love the now.
From that point of less resistance,
More joy.
From that point,
We can let whatever you believe in,
Whatever you want to manifest in this world to rise the way you want to act to yourself,
To your friends,
To your family.
So give yourself an inner smile and let that light glowing feeling spread in your body.
And find a way to thank yourself for taking this time.
It can be that you're giving yourself a hug,
A light touch on your cheek,
Or just some kind words to yourself for taking your time to sit and be still,
To rest.
