Welcome to this intention guided meditation.
Today's intention is to nourish the relationship with yourself.
Creating a comfortable space,
Maybe near a window,
Some soft,
Gentle,
Warm light.
Placing your full body into the ground and placing your palms softly against your knees.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Relaxing your forehead,
Softening your eyebrows,
Relaxing your jaw and removing the tongue from the top of your mouth.
Placing all tension throughout your body and with each breath you begin to feel lighter and lighter.
The relationship to ourself,
Choosing words that are uplifting,
Loving,
Kind.
As you can be your biggest cheerleader in life and every cell in your body listens and absorbs this energy,
Even boosting your entire immune system when you are loving and kind to yourself.
When you slow down and listen to your heart and all it's trying to share with you.
So in this moment,
Placing your palms over your heart,
Take a moment and feel the pulse,
The energy of your heart in your palms and holding yourself.
Slowly listening as the relationship to yourself is the most important one,
Accepting all that moves through you at this time,
The shadow and the light,
Allowing it all to move through as you hold your heart.
All of you is welcome here.
The more you hold this loving space with yourself,
The more you hold loving space for others.
As your relationship to yourself,
As your relationship to everyone and everything in your life,
It is all a mirror.
This journey has always been about you connecting back home to this loving energy that resides within and choosing the choices that uplift you and heal you and nourish you.
Breathing in,
Feeling the air move your belly,
Your chest.
Breathing out,
Feeling the air leave,
Just allowing everything to circulate and just yourself in your warmth,
In your loving energy,
Bringing one thing forward that you deeply appreciate about yourself.
Holding yourself,
Stating the words,
I love you,
I am listening,
I am here now and carrying this energy wherever you may go,
Taking small moments to slow down and nourish this relationship with yourself,
Developing deep self-trust that you have your best interests at heart.
You deserve a beautiful life.
Do not neglect your heart,
Your calling,
Your peace and on your next breath,
Bringing your arms alongside your body,
Up towards the sky,
Meeting your palms together down across towards your heart once again,
Breathing in,
Breathe out,
Thanking yourself for being here,
For living intentionally as your time and energy is so important.
