Meet your Teacher

Tracey Lynn Pearson acknowledges and is mindful that she is vulnerable when she meditates and in vulnerability, she finds strength. Tracey is a clinical therapist and provides mindfulness coaching and trauma-informed restorative yoga. Tracey believes if you can worry you can meditate and offers both faith-based and secular guided meditations. She understands that for those who’ve experienced trauma, meditation may be difficult. All of Tracey’s mediations are set with that in mind. Tracey believes that each individual should start where comfortable. Meditation requires a growing into, that isn’t about achieving but about the journey. In addition, meditation is not a competitive activity. Each person may have a separate experience and that is okay. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan she is now the founder of Restoration & Peace Counseling and Mindfully Refreshed Wellness Studio in Omaha, NE. Tracey specializes in healing childhood, sexual, race-based stress, and spiritual trauma and has been in practice since 2003. Tracey knows that emotional wellness is possible. Through breathing and stillness, we can deepen our journey toward restoration and peace.
