Dr. Camilla Moore is an experienced chiropractic practitioner with 15 years of professional experience under her belt. Notably, she has spent the past decade exploring the mind-body connection and the role that meditation and yoga philosophy plays in overall wellness. Dr. Moore is a diplomate at the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Additionally, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher, demonstrating her integrative approach to healthcare that combines movement and meditation. With over fifteen years of experience working with chronic pain sufferers, Dr. Moore respects the power of the mind-body connection. By combining her knowledge of myofascial release with her understanding of meditation and yogic philosophy, she has developed a holistic approach to wellness that focuses on achieving a greater sense of well-being.

Provides clear up to date explanations of the scientific understandings for what is going on in humans when they meditate. Much of this content would fill more than a semester at a college or university class, and yet Dr Camilla Moore is able to convey sound explanations well.
