Extremely shallow and generic. Seems ai-generated, even the voice. Heavily unguided, didn’t bring anything new. I wouldn’t take this course if I didn’t know about the problem of seeking external validation, but it seems that the content is built with an assumption that I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ . This was difficult for me. I don't often feel the need to be right, but I have abandonment issues related to abuse. I found the long sections of silence disconcerting and my mind wandered. I am really new to meditation, so maybe it's me.
