If you could see your life playing out in front of you on a movie screen what would it look like? In this course we use the metaphor of the movie to view our lives more objectively. Each lesson focuses on a different part of our lives, from the main character, the supporting cast, the backstory to the storyline. We look at how we are the directors and the script writers and we can choose when we decide that we would like to play a different role and head in a new direction. This is an empowering way to view ourselves and our lives and take a look at what is and isn't working for us.
