The Power Of The Pause: Moving From Urgency To Ease

With Kiran Patel

In this course we explore how we are living with a heightened sense of urgency inherent in our days. We have become accustomed to reacting rather than responding. We have stopped pausing and instead begun acting without intention. We may feel propelled into moving at a faster and faster pace which can feel overwhelming to our nervous systems. Here we will take a look at how we can create our own pace that feels good to us.
