Lesson 1
Step 1: Stilling Our Minds
In this lesson, we are guided toward a deeper experience by letting go of all the supports (of thoughts and perceptions) and simply being. As we sit comfortably in this rule-less practice, we naturally relax. This is an intimate journey free from force or "should" where we are urged to follow our hearts and allow thoughts and emotions to flow naturally, without judgment or suppression.
The core of this lesson lies in allowing the mind to be free from distractions and thoughts. The goal is not to accumulate techniques or knowledge but to embrace the simplicity of just being present. This is quite a familiar experience similar to the one of falling asleep each night. This will deeply relax our body and mind and let it naturally feel nourished!

Lesson 2
Step 2: Understanding Where Unhappiness Comes From
This contemplation dives into the heart of what suffering is and how it often goes unnoticed in our lives due to the high threshold we have set for what qualifies as suffering. The emphasis is on the importance of recognizing every day happiness and peace, rather than solely seeking big-ticket moments of joy. In order to embrace this every day peace, we need to confront the internal conflicts with the understanding that chronic restlessness is not the norm. The habit of being overlooking keeps us seeking happiness in people, situations, and things.
We gently get challenged to acknowledge our suffering and aspire for a genuine sense of contentment and peace. It highlights the need to abandon societal definitions and embrace the the truth of our own experiences. By clearly seeing that true happiness is an internal quest, we can break free from suffering and embark on a path of self-discovery and fulfillment.

Step 3: Breaking The Habits Of Unhappiness
This is a meditation on the concept of suffering and unhappiness as habits rather than predestined outcomes. We are reminded of the freedom to choose our interpretations and beliefs about events, which ultimately shapes our emotional experiences.
We explore the past and future as powerful tools of our human experience and to use them as tools and not vehicles of regret and anxiety.

Lesson 4
Step 4: Finding The Peace In The 'Now'
In this contemplation, we explore the habit of pursuing happiness (through objects, situations, people) in future and how it often leads to dissatisfaction and suffering. The traditional model of finding happiness in external objects is challenged here which inevitably causes us to endlessly chase them without finding lasting happiness. In this experiential discussion, we are guided to recognize the acceptance of the present moment as being the simplest way to lasting happiness. Happiness and peace are already accessible within us don't require external achievements. By shifting the focus from the end result to the present moment, we can find true fulfillment and freedom.

Step 5: Choosing Happiness Every Day And Sharing It With Others
This thought-provoking contemplation encourages us to embrace the freedom of choice in our lives and opt for happiness over unhappiness. If we come from a place of fullness and celebration rather than seeking external validation, we can infuse our lives with joy and share it with the world. By letting go of isolation from others due to mistrust, we open ourselves up to a deeper understanding of happiness and peace, allowing us to align with the world in harmony. The journey within ourselves and towards a life of infinite happiness is beautifully explored, inspiring us to recognize our own power and embark on a path of fulfillment and love.
