Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
Get yourself in a comfortable position and just follow your breath in and out.
Giving yourself permission to just relax,
To let go,
To be centered and to just be as present as possible.
Giving all of your focus and attention to your breath right now.
Just being with your breath.
The simplicity of this action and this moment.
No expectation,
No desire,
No thoughts,
Just your breath.
Today's meditation is designed to help you handle,
Manage stress,
Regret,
Having said something that later you wish you hadn't or maybe done something that you wish you didn't.
I'd like to begin by stating that we all do this.
We all experience this.
And the best thing to do in this moment is to forgive yourself.
Love yourself.
Give yourself the support that you need regardless of what you have said or done.
And so can you tell yourself it's okay.
You are human.
You felt something intense and you reacted because at that moment you thought it was right.
Impulse reaction is very normal and this is why we are here.
We are here to process,
To think,
To learn,
To grow.
And just bringing awareness to your body as to where you hold that anxiety,
That tension that arises when you think about the event.
And noticing how that very energy was the energy that made you react impulsively.
And instead of suppressing it,
Pushing it away,
Can you be with it,
Feel it,
No matter how uncomfortable it feels.
And now going into it.
What is its primal need?
This energy?
Does it want to be seen,
Loved,
Felt,
Acknowledged,
Valued?
What is it that it needs?
And can you take a moment to give it what it needs?
If it needs love,
Can you love it?
If it needs to belong,
Can you own it and welcome it?
If it needs to be seen,
Can you see it?
And as you give yourself this beautiful gift,
As you show up for yourself and this part of you,
Can you just take a moment now to acknowledge the power of this moment?
That you have the power at every moment.
And not to seek validation,
Love,
Whatever it may be from the outside,
But to remind yourself that you can give it to yourself from the inside.
Taking a moment to say to yourself,
I accept all of you and I leave nothing behind.
I accept all of you and I leave nothing behind.
I have nothing to prove,
Nothing to show,
All I have to do is to accept it.
Let's just be.
And so just remind yourself again that the next time you feel the impulse to react,
To say something,
To do something,
Can you be in stillness?
Can you just be with yourself and find the very thing that it is that you need and show up for that need within you?
This is the power of stillness,
The power of self-awareness,
The power of love.
Each and every day,
I will learn how to love myself more and more.
Each and every day,
I will learn how to be still,
Present and aware.
And now calling forth your higher self to shower you with unconditional love and support.
Feeling this beautiful universal energy connect to you right now,
Surround you.
Breathing it in and breathing it out,
Allowing it to go through within and around you.
You are worthy of all of this love and support.
You are worthy of this moment,
No matter what.
Taking a moment of gratitude for showing up for yourself today,
For allowing yourself to soothe your mind,
Your heart and your nervous system.
Re-centering your focus,
Re-centering your energy and who you are,
Bringing yourself back to the truth.
It's time to come back now.
So we are slowly,
Slowly going to expand our awareness back into the space,
Back into your body,
Gently and slowly returning.
Take your time.
When it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
