Let's start by acknowledging the self-indulgent behaviors that you wish to change.

Take a moment to recognize them without judgment.

Understand that these behaviors may have served a purpose in the past but are no longer aligned with your goals and well-being.

Imagine yourself standing at a crossroads now.

In one direction lies your current path with the negative self-indulgence and the other path is a positive change and self-control.

Visualize these two paths clearly in your mind.

Now imagine a bright and guiding light above you illuminating the path of positive change.

This light represents your inner strength,

Determination and the desire for a healthier life.

Feel its warmth and reassurance.

As we delve deeper and deeper into this session,

Let go of any resistance or doubt.

You are here because you are ready for change.
