Start your day with intention, presence, and a few mindful breaths. This gentle morning meditation invites you to settle into your body, connect with your breath, and visualise how you want to move through the day ahead. A calming practice to help you begin your morning grounded, clear, and connected to what matters most.

Finding a comfortable position for your practice.

Maybe you're going to continue lying down in bed or sitting up with some pillows to help you feel awake.

Or maybe you need to roll out of bed completely and sit on the floor or on a chair.

Take some moments now to make the adjustments necessary for a comfortable yet awake practice.

And when you're ready,

Closing your eyes.

Placing a hand on the centre of the chest and another hand on the belly.

Feel as your body breathes its own unique rhythm.

Feeling into the sensation of the breath.

Your chest or belly rising on the inhale and falling on the exhale.

Just feeling your body breathe.

Now taking in three deeper breaths here.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

.

.

Breathing in.

.

.

Breathing out.

.

.

Breathing in.

.

.

Breathing out.

.

.

And now releasing the focus on the breath completely.

Bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows.

And on your next inhale,

Breathe into the space between your eyebrows.

And as you exhale,

Visualise the breath leaving your body through the space between your eyebrows.

Continue breathing in and out from the space between your eyebrows.

Gently bring to mind what you're day is like.

What your day may look like.

Noticing any plans,

Responsibilities or interactions that lie ahead.

Now ask yourself,

What do I want to give oxygen to today?

What quality,

Intention or feeling do I want to nurture?

And how might this shape how I move through the day?

With each breath allowing that intention to settle.

Feeling into the body,

Deepening the breath.

Visualising yourself in the space you are in and bringing some movement to your body.

Wiggling your toes,

Wiggling your fingers,

Rotating your wrists and your ankles.

Stretching your arms overhead,

Stretching your legs and feet away from your body.

Give yourself a big body stretch.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.
