Transcript

Welcome to this guided affirmation meditation on the theme of forgiveness.

Forgiveness for yourself,

A situation or maybe for someone else.

All you need to do for this meditation is find a comfortable place to sit with a nice long spine or maybe lion shavasana.

Simply breathing in and out through your nose and listening to the affirmations.

Just simply notice how they make you feel,

Any reaction that you have to them,

Repeating them to yourself in your head.

At the end of this meditation,

There will be a few minutes of quiet time where you can simply reflect on how the affirmations made you feel or just focus in on your breath.

I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

Just start by getting really comfortable,

Either sitting up nice and tall or lying with your spine nice and long.

Finding a position you can fully relax in.

Just gently close your eyes,

Breathing in and out through your nose.

The energy of love and forgiveness surround me.

I am free from the prison of resentment.

Past is done.

I now live in the present.

Forgiveness is a gift to myself so I can have inner peace again.

Understanding is the highest form of love.

I release the pain of anger and rage from my body.

I have the courage to heal any wound.

Each day is filled with new possibilities.

The energy of love and forgiveness surround me.

Maybe bring a little bit of movement to the fingers and the toes if you're lying down.

Thank you so much for joining me for this guided meditation on the theme of forgiveness.

Maybe take a little bit of time now to note down any feelings that came up for you.

I hope to practice with you again soon.

Namaste.
