Hi there and thank you so much for joining me for this mind the pain mindfulness meditation where we work together to use science-based mindfulness tools to manage your endometriosis stress pain and anxiety.

When you're ready I invite you to close your eyes or keep an unfocused gaze in front of you,

Whichever you prefer.

Sitting up straight or lying down,

Your head,

Shoulders,

Belly and full body slowly relaxing.

This will be a quick breathwork meditation to help us slow down our pace today and feel calm within our body,

Teaching our brain what safety feels like,

Especially if life is keeping us dysregulated.

So as you sit or lay here just bring your focus to your body just sit with it and notice any areas of tension.

Let them be here,

Not trying to change them,

Just witnessing and listening to what our body is trying to tell us,

What it needs from us right now.

Remembering that it's okay to not be okay.

We'll just gently take a deep breath in at our own pace and a nice deep exhale out.

Now on this next inhale I want you to picture yourself breathing in calm and peace,

Whatever that looks like to you.

It could be a color you're taking in or maybe even some stardust.

Careful not to choke on it.

So just take a nice big inhale through the belly,

Taking in all of that beautiful calm energy from the universe.

As you exhale release all the crap from your system,

The anxiety,

The tension and pain.

Just let out a mass exhale and watch as it leaves your body.

We'll just repeat that one more time whenever you're ready.

Just a deep inhale in through the belly right into that tension,

Taking in your magic and feeling it spreading within your body,

Expanding all cells,

Healing all pain.

And just a deep breath out,

Getting out all the garbage,

All the bad feels that our body just doesn't need right now.

Great job.

Now on your next few breaths,

I want you to just deeply inhale and say to yourself feeling safe and on the exhale feeling powerful.

So breathe in,

Feeling safe and breathe out,

Feeling powerful.

One more time,

Breathe in,

Feeling safe and breathe out,

Feeling powerful.

Just take a moment to relax in these feelings of calmness and power.

Even if our body is feeling more vulnerable today,

Just witness the power of your breath and a regulated nervous system and how that feels in the body,

The tingles,

The sensations,

All of it.

Feel it permeating throughout your entire being from head to toe.

Just stay here for a moment longer,

Resting in this peace,

In this quiet,

In the stillness.

Before we come back to the room,

We'll take in another deep breath in through the nose and a nice deep exhale out.

One more time,

A deep breath in through the nose and a nice deep exhale out.

We'll wiggle the fingers and toes,

Give ourselves a nice gentle stretch and slowly open your eyes.

Remember when life is trying to throw you off,

Just tune into your breath and body and listen to what it needs.

Sometimes it's just a soothing breath and some of that magic stardust.

Whatever it is,

Give your body that love.

You so deserve it,

Warrior.

Go on now,

You've got this.
