Okay,
This is a voice recording and an introduction to the concept of breathing while you are going through the first level of the training experience.
So guiding your energy from a source that is distinct from where you are bringing your energy from currently helps when we are recalibrating our diet and managing our intake of food and digital interaction such as media.
So we have a moment now,
An opening where you can change the direction of your focus to an elevated origin from which you draw your energy.
What this does is this will allow us to gracefully separate from limiting paradigms that keep us unbalanced in an incomplete energy source cycle.
So now I am going to talk you through a breathing exercise,
The first one out of a series of three that you can do anytime,
Anywhere.
You can do it while you are driving,
You can do it while you are sitting,
You can do it while you are waiting in line,
You can do it in the comfort of your home.
Any different places spanning from any time,
Any place,
And from any focus point that you are looking through.
In this exercise,
The prana breathing practice,
You can start by placing your feet shoulder distance apart and then your knees slightly and place your hands alongside your body while you have your awareness and consciousness on your feet,
Grounding your feet first.
So your practice in the morning,
If you are practicing in the morning,
You can also do it in the evening or throughout the day.
But in the morning,
Know that you are lighter than after you have had a meal and you are lighter after you have been weighed down by certain thoughts or demands throughout the day that you place on yourself or others may.
And especially your posture throughout the day has a way of weighing us down,
Focusing and placing awareness on your feet when energy is running more,
It's natural course in the morning.
You might want to keep in mind that your energy throughout the body will change also throughout the day.
So enjoy it and take note also,
Do not place too much emphasis on the various perceptions and feelings you are experiencing.
Just go with it,
Go with the flow,
Allow yourself to experience that which you're feeling and bringing the awareness back to the feet,
Visualize the energy solidly grounding into the feet,
Activating the energy in the knees,
Keeping the bend in the knees and the legs cushion like in the hips also,
Feel as though you're relaxing the tailbone down,
Visualizing the energy from the legs connecting to the hips along the spine and imagine that line all the way up to the crown of your head.
So when you relax,
Relax your shoulders,
Shake out your hands a little bit,
Relax your fingers,
Relax the jaw and this will naturally allow the tongue to find its place resting at the roof of your mouth.
So this is a powerful cultivation technique where we circulate the photons of light from the orbit throughout the body and through the vehicle of that breath.
We are starting to see what this cycle actually looks like.
So let's direct our focus and start at the crown of the head and breath of life and direct this breath,
This life force through the air that you're breathing down into the body channels as you fill yourself with the breath and empty your core with breath.
The light is extending to every part of your body cultivating an experience of complete radiance.
As you breathe in light through the crown,
Breathe out through the mouth that which no longer serves you,
Releasing it through the feet to the earth beneath you.
If you are in a public area or find yourself in an area where it's not that comfortable to breathe out through the mouth,
Then it is okay to release the breath through the nose in these cases.
So the next breath that you take in,
You're going to raise your arms up above your head,
Collect all the light and energy from above,
Bring your hands together in prayer in front of the chest,
Hold the breath there and then as you exhale,
Bring the hands down,
Breathing out through the feet as you slowly release the hands alongside your body.
So again,
We're going to repeat this breath three times or in intervals of three and you breathe in,
As you breathe in,
You raise your arms up above your head,
Collect all the light and energy from above,
Bring your palms together,
Your hands together in prayer in front of the chest and hold the breath for as long as it's comfortable for you.
When you're ready to release the breath,
Keep the palms of the hands together,
Bring the palms down and allow the hands to separate,
Bringing the hands down,
Breathing out through the feet as you slowly release the hands and arms alongside the body.
So repeat this breath in multiples of three and as you breathe into your stomach area first,
Then the chest and heart,
Breathe a little deeper with each complete breath and release everything in the exhale,
Completely emptying the lungs before you take the next breath.
So here we go,
The third time and on the last one,
You want to breathe in all that you can imagine,
Everything you can smell,
Hear,
Touch,
Taste,
Everything you can possibly think about,
Breathe in all that which you know exists and then when you breathe out,
Breathe out all of what is no longer necessary for you and on the last breath,
Breathe in as profoundly as you can until you are completely full,
At your maximum fullest breath.
When you pause holding the breath,
Pause at your heart center and then bring the breath from all parts of the body to the heart center,
Place your palms together,
Hands at the heart center,
Relax the shoulders,
Hips with a slight bend in the knees and as you release this breath,
Bring the hands down,
Release the palms and relax and unwind and just be with yourself.
Bringing the breath from above can be followed directly by reversing this breathing sequence.
That looks like bringing the breath from the core of the earth up also always in multiples of three.
Paying attention to your body posture,
Tapping into your breathing rhythms will automate the energy to cycle throughout the day.
Maintaining a mindful practice will infuse more vitality into each area of your interactions both with your relationship to yourself,
To others and that which is greater.
So thank you and just ten minutes a day of this is all you need.
So thank you and good luck.
