Welcome to this meditation which is called Season of Change.
Autumn is indeed a beautiful season for self-reflection and embracing change.
It's a time when nature shows us the importance of letting go and making space for new beginnings.
So just make yourself comfortable now,
Somewhere quiet without any distractions.
It could be indoors or outdoors,
As long as you feel safe and at ease.
Just getting into a position either sitting on a cushion or a chair or even cross-legged on the ground.
As you gently close your eyes or you may feel that you want to keep them softly open and focused on a fixed point ahead of you.
Whatever is best for you today.
As we just start to settle in,
Connecting in with your breath,
Breathing deeply,
Visualizing and feeling the breath going all the way up through your spine to the very top of your head and hold for a couple of counts.
And now open the mouth gently and exhale,
Letting go of any tension,
Any stress,
Any worries before this time.
Just rhythmically breathing in,
Breathing out,
As your focus starts to return inside of yourself.
With every inhale and exhale,
Noticing your sense perception,
Feeling yourself becoming grounded,
Being held and supported by the earth below.
Coming into this present moment awareness.
As we start to picture yourself surrounded by the beauty of autumn,
Visualize the colorful leaves falling gracefully from the trees,
Symbolizing the release of old habits and behaviors that no longer serve you.
Imagine yourself letting go of these patterns.
As you feel a sense of lightness and freedom starting to take place within you.
With every breath in and out,
Just allowing this opening to start to embrace the new beginnings.
As you continue your deep breathing,
Imagine the space created by releasing the old.
See this space as an opportunity for new experiences,
Growth and positive change.
As you embrace the feeling of openness and readiness for a new path in your life,
Take a moment to reflect on what you would like to invite into your life.
What positive changes or new habits would you like to cultivate?
Allow these intentions to arise naturally within you and hold them in your heart.
As I go silent for a short while,
Before ending this meditation,
Express gratitude for the lessons learned from the past and the transformative energy of autumn.
Acknowledge and appreciate the resilience and adaptability within yourself.
Remember change takes time and effort.
By incorporating this autumn meditation into your daily routine,
You'll find yourself more open and receptive to the changes you desire.
Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your toes,
Your fingers.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Take a few more deep breaths and carry the sense of renewal and possibility with you as you continue your day.
