Hello,

I'm Monica Muller and I welcome you to Clearing Unconscious Fears to Unblock Healing Energy Meditation.

Our thoughts and emotions emit a frequency,

A wave of vibrations loaded with information that is received by our cells and nervous system.

They can activate either a stressed or relaxed response,

Affect our brain waves and biochemistry,

And also help us on how we perceive the world around us as either hostile or friendly.

So in the following meditation practice,

We're going to clear fears and negative unconscious thoughts that appear when recovering from a health challenge to help reinforce the energy of your immune system.

We are going to reprogram these thoughts that drain energy and reach the state of relaxation and harmony that influences positively your vibration and the information you send to your cells and nervous system for them to restore.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Laying down or sitting with your back straight and relaxed,

Both feet on the floor.

Close your eyes and breathe soft and deeply three times.

And with each exhalation,

Let go the tensions of the day.

Allow yourself to be fully in this moment.

Now,

I invite you to pay all your attention to your body.

We will start by doing a quick body scan by feeling the tips of your toes,

Your lower legs,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Your hip,

Your stomach,

The chest,

And your back,

Your shoulders,

Coming down to the arms,

Your hands,

And now moving your attention to your neck,

Your face,

Feel your lips,

Your eyes,

Your forehead,

And the top of your head.

Notice if there is an area in your body with tension and imagine that when you breathe,

You focus that air in that area and when you exhale,

The tensions goes out with it.

Now,

I invite you to listen or repeat internally,

It is safe to heal.

My body is in harmony.

I trust the healing intelligence of my body.

I trust the strength of my body.

I trust in the universal energy.

It is safe to let go of all the stress.

I trust my body's ability to heal.

I feel safe in my body.

It is safe to relax.

It is safe to go little by little,

Step by step.

It is safe to live calmly.

When I'm calm,

My mind has better ideas.

When I'm calm,

My intelligence is activated.

It is safe to live slowly.

I can go at my own pace.

I trust my ability to heal.

I don't need to think about the future right now.

Whatever's to come,

I'll be able to handle it.

I don't need to stress about feeling stressed.

My body can handle it.

I can handle it.

I have the ability to release tension.

By relaxing,

I help my body heal and protect me.

I can handle it.

My body has the ability to handle stress and then relax.

Our mechanisms,

I have the strength and the ability to shift from one to the other.

Time to relax.

I give the body space to release tensions.

I give myself space to relax.

Because this feeling of harmony gives me energy,

Energizes my immune system,

And that will help me heal.

Any diagnosis that I received,

I give myself permission to leave it in the past.

I recognize its importance,

But I also recognize that sometimes it stresses me out and I get into a vicious circle of stress.

I put aside the name,

The label,

And I recognize that my body communicates with me through symptoms,

Pain,

And discomfort.

And I give space to heal my body and give it time to heal.

I allow myself to feel joy and comfort.

I recognize that my body has the energy to heal and protect me.

When I relax,

My immune system recharges with healing energy.

I trust the intelligence and strength of my immune system to defend and regenerate my body.

My immune system is balanced and energetic right now.

It is safe to heal.

It is safe to be healthy.

I recognize when I'm tired and I give myself permission to rest.

By relaxing and resting,

My body activates its power to heal.

I am loved and accepted by others.

I know that as a healthy and energetic adult,

I can still choose myself responsibly and say no to things I don't want to do without feeling guilty about it.

I am loved and accepted as I am.

I know by being healthy,

I can still choose myself responsibly and say no without guilt.

I can be healthy and take care of myself.

I can be healthy and still receive support from others.

Now I'm going to leave you for a few seconds.

I invite you to feel and enjoy your body in harmony.

To finish this meditation,

Visualize yourself healthy with a lot of energy and feeling calm,

Feeling great,

Doing the activities that you love to do without any discomfort,

Neither physical nor emotional nor spiritual.

And with a certainty that you have the ability to protect yourself,

To take care of yourself and to heal yourself.

And now I invite you to gently get out of this practice and get in touch with your outside world.

Slowly moving your toes,

Your hands,

Take a soft and deep breath and slowly open your eyes.

You can allow this relaxation to spread out through your day.
