Transcript

Take a deep breath in through your nose and then out through your mouth.

Feel your body relax.

Imagine the sun setting on the horizon,

A beautiful golden glow.

As you breathe,

Imagine the warmth of the summer sun on your face.

The sun is slowly sinking below the horizon,

And the sky is ablaze with color.

The clouds are painted with shades of pink.

The sun is getting smaller and smaller,

And soon it will be gone.

With your next breath,

Imagine the leaves changing from green to shades of red.

The leaves are falling from the tree,

And they are swirling around you.

Imagine that tree is simply connected to the earth and the sky.

There is no need to do anything,

Only to be present,

And the tree sending down its roots deeper and deeper,

And at the same time,

Reaching up towards the sky.

The tree is connected to the earth,

And it is a symbol of strength and resilience.

Crickets are singing.

You are at peace in the cool night.

The moon is full,

And it is shining down on you with deep roots.

The tree is a symbol of strength and resilience,

And it makes you feel safe and secure.

Be still and present.

No need to do anything.

Just be aware of your breath.

As you breathe,

Focus on the feeling of your breath and the feeling of the air passing through your nose and mouth.

In this space of stillness,

There is no need to do anything at all.

Just feel your breath and return to this space.

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Notice your breath.
