
Activate Your Inner Healing Powers - Meditation
This is a 20-minute guided meditation. During the first part, I guide you through a process so you can become present. From that relaxed state, you can enter a new state of consciousness. The second part of the meditation is about tuning in to your inner healer. If you find it hard to feel empowered during your daily life, this meditation gives you that opportunity to use your mind and direct it towards the energy of unconditional love and healing. Practise every day to find your inner power.

Welcome to this meditation.
This is a meditation to activate your healing powers.
During this meditation,
I will guide you through a journey where you will be in charge of activating your healing powers.
I invite you to trust that your mind is a powerful tool.
I invite you to trust that with your mind,
You can awake the energy of healing in your body.
With this meditation,
Together we are intending to activate the healing process to support our bodies in the healing process.
My name is Natalie and I've been myself through a lot of physical pain.
And from my journey,
I have learned that a foundational step for healing is to be in a state of acceptance,
In a state of inner peace.
From that state of inner peace,
We have the capacity to turn on a button and this button is the one that we can activate today.
So this moment is yours.
Intend to switch on your healing powers.
There is no other moment,
There is just now.
Now is your moment.
Intend to expand,
To step out of the stories,
The past.
What's counting is now.
So this meditation will be in two steps.
Trust me,
This is a journey that will leave you with a feeling of inner peace and will leave you with the feeling that you have definitely activated a healing process in your body.
Let's get started.
Taking a big breath in,
A cleansing breath,
Letting the air out,
Like welcoming yourself,
Letting yourself arrive.
Another cleansing breath,
Breathe in fully and let it go.
Now revisiting your position,
Maybe you are sitting,
Maybe you are lying down,
There is no right or wrong.
Whatever feels right for you,
Whatever is right for you is welcome.
Now becoming aware of the body parts that are in contact with the ground.
Letting yourself to feel held by the ground,
By the floor,
Maybe you are sitting on a yoga mat,
Maybe you are in your bed.
Having awareness,
Feeling those sensations.
And every time you breathe out,
Allow yourself to relax a little bit more.
But stay here.
Can you still hear my voice?
You are still aware of my voice.
Now becoming aware of the sensations of your body parts that are not in contact with the ground.
The rest of your body,
What can you feel?
Maybe you feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,
Maybe you simply feel the air touching your skin,
Maybe you feel your clothing,
The weight of the fabric on your skin,
Maybe there is pain.
I invite you to simply be with it,
To not try to change anything,
To simply be with the sensations,
Embracing them with love.
And if there is resistance to do so,
That's all welcome as well.
Now we are going to bring awareness to the sounds.
Of course the sound of my voice,
But beyond my voice,
I invite you to pay attention to the noises that are really far from you.
The furthest noise,
Maybe that's the city noise,
Maybe if you live next to the ocean you can hear the noises,
The waves,
Maybe you can hear some cars,
The city life,
Maybe some people.
Having awareness of those noises that are far away from you.
Now we are going to bring attention to the noises that are not so far.
Maybe if you are in a room,
Try to pay attention to the noises outside of your room.
If you are outside,
Pay attention to the noises that are maybe 50 meters away from you,
Without judging,
Allowing judgment to be there,
Not trying to analyze anything.
Now bringing awareness to the noises that are really close.
Anything that is like 2 meters away from you and that is included in that sphere.
Maybe there is a neighbor,
A flatmate.
Those noises are very close to you,
Maybe there is a clock,
Maybe your stomach rumbling,
Your own breath.
And now paying attention to everything.
Maybe at this stage you have your eyes closed or maybe you had your eyes open and it's okay.
You can choose what is best for you.
Embracing all noises,
Being present with every noise.
For some people,
Eyes closed is the best way to meditate.
For others,
If you are outside in nature,
It can be very nice to open our eyes.
So I invite you to choose.
If you have your eyes closed,
Stay there,
Embrace,
Ask yourself what's best.
Eyes closed or eyes open.
If you are in nature,
Same.
I invite you to choose,
To decide what's best for you today.
Would you like to have an experience with your eyesight or do you prefer to be inwards,
To tune in?
Because now we are moving towards the activation of your healing powers.
So make a decision,
Choose if you want to keep your eyes closed or open.
We are moving towards the activation of our healing powers.
So right now it's about shifting to a different state.
The state of you being your own healer.
If you trust this at least a little,
That's enough for the meditation to have an impact on your day.
So can you right now put yourself in a state where you are your own healer?
Take a big breath in and breathe it out and send this energy to the universe.
If you are here,
I believe it's because there is pain in your body.
Maybe there is emotional pain as well.
So you are here in this moment to activate the power within.
We're going to use our breath as the magical tool.
I want you to imagine that every time you breathe in,
You are filling your body with some magical dust.
You are breathing in the field,
The essence of who we are,
Which is unconditional love.
Every time you breathe in,
You give yourself this magical dust and it looks like golden light.
The air looks like light.
Every time you breathe in,
You allow this light to enter your full body,
Your full being.
So right now in this moment,
Take a big breath in.
Breathe in this healing energy and you are the activator.
Believe that every time you breathe in,
You are healing your body and your body receives.
Every time you breathe out,
Imagine some clouds,
Some gray clouds,
Gray clouds that are actually getting out of your being.
Every time you breathe out,
It's not just through your mouth,
Your whole being is creating a mist of toxins and they are expelled out of your body and Mother Earth,
The universe,
Is taking charge of it.
Breathing in light,
Breathing out dark cloud,
Dark mist and as we go through this cycle of inhaling light,
Exhaling the dark mist,
We are activating the healing process.
It's like we are giving some nutrition to the body through this light,
A healing wave of nutrition and we are exhaling all the toxins,
What the body doesn't need anymore.
We are making space for new cells,
Making space for the healing process,
The physiological process.
We are all unique in this journey.
So over the next few moments,
As you keep breathing in light and breathing out and expelling toxins through this dark mist,
I want you to focus on one part of your body that needs healing,
One system of your body that needs healing.
So taking the time right now,
Maybe it could be your stomach,
Maybe it's your whole digestive system,
Digestive system,
Maybe it's your reproductive system,
Maybe that's a very,
Very specific part,
Maybe you have an injury,
Maybe you have headaches or period pain,
Maybe you have muscle pain or joint pain,
Maybe there is something else.
This is unique to you,
Taking your time to focus on this part of your body right now.
Drop the judgment.
Every time some thoughts are coming for you,
Just observe them with love.
Every time you're judging,
Every time you're feeling something negative,
Embrace it with love and intend to not give it power.
Stay here with the healing journey,
This activation of your healing powers.
Taking your time right now,
I'm going to give you some moments to stay with this part of your body that you want to heal.
Let's do this.
Breathing in light,
Exhaling dust,
Expelling toxins.
Breathing in light,
Visualizing that part of your body that is in pain.
As you allow yourself to feel the pain,
You are activating the healing through this process.
Being with it.
Being with it for another moment.
This is a process that you can use several times a day.
You can use this recording if that helps or you can simply remember it and do it your own way.
This meditation will help you if you do it daily.
In activating your healing powers,
You're going to feel more empowered in your journey.
You're going to feel more at peace with who you are.
Trust me,
My friend.
Embrace the now.
Know that you have a power.
Even though pain is definitely not an easy part of the human life,
You are still powerful.
