Welcome to your declutter your space EFT tapping meditation.
This meditation is going to really help you if you need to do some major cleaning,
Maybe you need to do some smaller amount of cleaning.
It's going to just help you to figure out maybe some of the things that are stopping you from doing that,
If it's maybe been a process to actually start cleaning and allow you to really focus on the end result and how good it would feel to fully declutter your space,
To clean your space,
To have a nice space to live in,
To work in.
And we're really going to focus on that as we tap.
So you can go ahead and get comfortable.
I am going to say a phrase at each tapping point and I will tell you the tapping point before we get there.
And you can either say the phrase aloud or you can just feel what I say.
So in your comfortable spot,
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though my space does not look how I want it to look right now,
I love and accept myself.
I allow myself to start letting go of things that I no longer need in my space and I love and accept myself.
I know that I can feel so good about how my space looks and I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't like how my space looks right now.
Side eye.
I need to let go of some things.
Under eye.
I don't always like letting go of things in my space.
Under nose.
Sometimes,
Things mean a lot to me.
Under mouth.
Even if I don't use them anymore or have thought about them in a while.
Collarbone.
Or they are deeply connected to memories that I have.
Under your armpit.
But getting rid of things does not mean that I have to get rid of those memories.
Top of the head.
It's okay for me to let go of some things.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I know when I get rid of some things,
It'll feel so good.
Side eye.
Even if it feels hard for me.
Under eye.
I allow myself to grieve letting go of some of my things.
Under nose.
I allow myself to feel what I need to feel.
Under mouth.
And then,
I allow myself to focus on how it'll feel afterwards.
Collarbone.
And I let go of the things that I no longer need.
Under your armpit.
I know my space will feel so amazing.
Top of the head.
I can't wait to feel how light my space feels after I declutter it.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if I just allowed myself to get rid of what no longer served me?
Side eye.
What if I didn't worry so much about if I was going to use it again?
Under eye.
What if someone else might want to use it in the future?
Under nose.
What if I just got rid of what I didn't need right now?
Under mouth.
What if I allowed my space to feel lighter?
Collarbone.
What if I allowed my space to feel happier?
Under your armpit.
What if all I needed to do was let go of the things that I no longer need right now?
Top of the head.
What if all I had to do was declutter my space?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I allow myself to declutter my space.
Side of your eye.
I allow myself to let go of things I no longer need.
Under your eye.
I allow myself to know how good it feels to have a cleaner space.
Under nose.
I allow myself to do the work to declutter.
Under mouth.
Even if it's not the fastest or easiest process for me.
Collarbone.
I allow myself to know it's all worth it for me.
Under your armpit.
I allow myself to release what is no longer serving my space.
Top of the head.
I allow myself to declutter as much as I need to.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I know that having a cleaner space will feel so good.
Side eye.
I love when my space is cleaner.
Under eye.
I love when my space is lighter.
Under nose.
It allows me to feel better in my space.
Under mouth.
And to feel calmer in my space.
Collarbone.
And I love that.
Under your armpit.
I absolutely love having a cleaner space.
Top of the head.
Having a cleaner space serves the person that I am becoming.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I feel so much better mentally in my clean space.
Side eye.
I feel so much better physically in my clean space.
Under eye.
I just feel so much better as a person in my clean space.
Under nose.
This clean space allows me to get more done.
Under mouth.
And it allows me to relax more easily.

It feels so good to stop living with clutter.
Under your armpit.
I deserve to live in a clean space.

It feels so good to declutter my space and I love and accept myself.

Really just meant to help you get rid of some of those feelings that are maybe keeping those things in your space.
Because a lot of times we tie emotions to objects and sometimes we just need to let go of that in order to feel better in the space that we're in.
To feel like mentally we have less things going on so we can focus more on what we're going to do in that space.
Maybe it's relaxing,
Maybe it's working.
So I really hope this helps you today to go and allow yourself to declutter or clean your space a little bit to just feel better in the space that you're in and the space that you want to be using for.
