Take a moment to get into a relaxed position.

Focus yourself on the present moment and the emptiness around you.

Make sure nobody is going to disturb you,

And create some sort of a safe spot for yourself.

Try to see if you can focus your attention on your toes,

And then gently move upwards to the top of your head.

Checking in with yourself,

Feeling how your body feels.

Take a deep breath,

And let it all go at once.

Now I'm going to tell you some triggers,

And maybe you can find a place in your body where these triggers resonate with a feeling.

Have you ever criticized your body for its looks?

Did you think that you were too thin,

Or too fat,

Too tall,

Or too tiny?

Have you ever criticized something else in your body?

Maybe the way it moves?

Maybe its clumsiness?

Maybe you try to compensate it with makeup,

Clothes to hide you?

Maybe by extreme sports?

In the start of this meditation it is a good thing to really connect with these feelings that we usually so good at hiding.

Breathing in and out,

Feel the breath flow through your body.

From your nose,

Throat,

Chest,

Stomach,

Belly,

And below the navel.

And the same way out.

And while you're following your breath,

Think about all these triggers for body negativity.

Maybe you don't like the color,

Maybe you don't like your feet or your hands,

Maybe you criticize something else.

It is time to really feel it.

To really feel the criticism that we are usually giving to our body but running away from.

Very often we also tend to cope with all this stuff,

And these coping mechanisms represent fight flight or hide.

Like the clothes to hide,

And fighting itself by extreme sports,

Or whatever you have been doing in the past.

Now,

Thinking about all these triggers,

While you are breathing in and out at the same time.

Is there a spot in your body that resonates with these negative thoughts?

Maybe it is a feeling in the belly of pressure,

Maybe a feeling of emptiness in your chest.

Maybe something is buzzing at your solar plexus.

Whatever you are feeling right now is okay.

Try to connect with it and breathe through it,

In and out.

Giving it more attention by each breath that you take.

Feeling all the criticism that you have done to yourself.

Or maybe you have started to believe someone else's criticism about how you are supposed to be and what you are not.

Maybe there was someone that you looked up to and wanted to look like them exactly.

Feel the spot in your body while you are breathing in and out.

In this life on planet earth we can become so mean to ourselves and the way we look.

And very often this is just based on a belief system.

And a belief system is sometimes nothing more than an illusion.

Something that we chose to believe.

Breathe in and out to this particular spot in your body.

What else is this telling you?

What thoughts are coming up and allow these thoughts to be?

Maybe at this moment you feel the need to cope with these feelings but you don't have to.

We can just be with them right now.

Breathing in and out.

The negativity and the feeling inside of your body is completely allowed.

How old is this feeling inside of your body?

How old were you?

And can you remember what you have looked like at that time?

Can you remember what happened to you that you started to believe these limited beliefs about yourself?

And what did you really need in those moments?

Breathing in and out.

Now imagine that you can accept your body fully and completely the way it is.

With all its perfections and maybe for our mind imperfections.

How would it feel if you completely accept your body?

Think about how this feels for a while.

And now imagine that by each breath you are going to feel the space inside of you that you are concentrating on with this feeling of acceptance.

Breathing is love and acceptance.

My body is okay.

I don't need to change anything.

My body is good.

I don't want to change anything.

I love my body.

It has served me well.

Removing all the resistance that you have towards your body and what it is doing.

Maybe it is symptoms or maybe it is just the way it looks.

Think back to all the moments that you were mean to yourself,

That you judged yourself.

But this time go back in time and ask yourself for forgiveness.

Although you did not see it,

Your body served you its entire life.

It is your friend.

It is time to forgive ourselves as well for the actions we took based on limited beliefs.

I love my body.

It serves me well.

I accept my body.

I love the way I look.

Replacing those old and limited beliefs about our bodies with new beliefs is crucial to develop a healthy relationship with our body.

And the more we accept our bodies,

The more it can thrive.

Every message is valid.

Whether it be hungry,

Thirst,

Headaches,

Fatigue,

Nausea,

Is there to serve us.

And every fever or other illness was there to help us heal from something that was in our body and needed to be removed.

Your body has been your friend all along.

And it desperately wants your attention.

It wants you to love it.

True beauty comes from a vibration of self-love and self-acceptance.

And at those moments you allow yourself to be completely who or what you are.

True beauty is the magnetic energy of a baby for example.

Completely being.

Completely allowing itself.

Your body is wise and has millions of ways to let you know something.

But if we don't listen to the whispers of our body,

It will scream to us.

Because the body has its needs.

I love my body.

It serves me well.

And hopefully you can forgive yourselves for all the times that you gave yourself negative messages about the way you look.

Or maybe other things about your body that you criticized.

It is time to leave this in the past.

Start with a clean slate.

Fill up your body with acceptance and love by each breath that you take.

Keep connecting with your body.

Become aware how every movement feels.

How every breath feels.

And all the sensations in your body.

Welcome them.

Telling to each sensation.

I love you.

Thank you for serving me.

I love my body.

Remember to move your feet a little bit.

And welcome the sensation that this gives you.

Move the rest of your legs a little bit.

And be curious about the sensations that follow.

What does it do to you when you move your hands and your fingers?

Can you move your arms a little bit?

And maybe you are also very happy to have these arms.

Move the shoulders.

Maybe stretch a little bit.

Open your eyes.

Come back to the space around you.

Having created a new relationship with your body takes time.

Keep yourself love and attention.

I love myself.

I wish you a beautiful day.
