To begin,
Get in a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes and start to feel the sensation of your breath.
When you're ready,
Start to take five full breaths.
As you breathe in and out,
Feel the sensations of your breath filling your body and leaving your body.
Connect with the sensations as fully as you can.
Feel a sense of energy on the in-breath and a sense of letting go with each out-breath,
Relaxing into the floor or chair beneath you.
After the five breaths,
Let your breath return to its normal rhythm and keep paying attention to the sensations of breathing in and out.
Explore the quiet.
Notice that even if no thoughts are currently present,
You're still aware in this quiet space.
Gently notice if anything arises within you.
Any thoughts,
Sensations,
Emotions,
Memories or worries.
If you become aware of anything,
You can just note it and then come back to your breath.
Remember that kindness and curiosity are your tools.
Shift your attention to your breath.
In,
Out,
Again and again.
Feel your stomach rise with each in-breath and fall with each out-breath.
Continue to focus on the feeling of your breath flowing in through your nostrils,
Feeling a state of peace and calm that is filling your body.
Breathwork is a spiritual practice which allows you to move beyond your mind and body and helps you connect with your inner self.
Breathe in positive and powerful energy and breathe it out.
Breathe in love and peace and breathe it out.
As you generate high vibrational thoughts,
You release negative and stressful thoughts and emotions.
Breathing is a recognition of the presence of life force,
Our soul,
Our being,
The one experiencing life through this body.
So spend every moment with quality thoughts like love,
Appreciation and gratitude as these thoughts are both powerful and energizing for the soul.
Deep breath in,
Exhale out.
Now as you stay in this awareness,
In this loving stillness,
In this presence,
Breathing in and letting go,
Allow yourself to go deeper within.
Slowly come back to your breath.
Deep inhale in for the count of four and exhale out for the count of four.
Allow each breath to nourish and heal you.
Slowly open your eyes.
Every breath is a gift.
Be grateful for each breath,
Each moment you have.
Choose to see the beauty of existence.
Bring your hands to heart center and bow down to your heart,
Sending gratitude for your life.
