
Reconnect To Your Feminine Body Wisdom

Listen to the gentle words and soothing music to reconnect to what your body is whispering to you. Perfect if you are feeling stressed, anxious, unsure about certain aspects of your life, or simply want to connect to your innate embodied intuition.
Transcript
Taking a few deep breaths to settle into the present moment,
Into your being here and now.
And if you want to move your hips or your neck,
Perhaps just sigh out in the next few moments as you allow your day and your thoughts and everything that is built up inside of you to simply drop and melt away,
To create the space and the clearing so that you can be even more of you in this moment.
So moving and sighing and breathing,
Just allow any tension to melt away right here and right now.
We are going to be tuning in and cultivating the connection to your feminine wisdom,
For she knows and she's always there whispering and guiding you towards embodying who you are even more fully.
And we don't like to listen,
It seems wrong.
We hear other people saying do this or be that way and when we don't listen to her,
To our hearts and to our bodies,
We start to feel angry inside,
Resentful,
Depleted and it creates a longing,
A longing for her.
So let's connect to her today and start to listen,
To listen with our bodies to what she has to say.
And if you're still moving,
Bring yourself to stillness and allow your spine to be upright.
Tuck your chin under just slightly so you can create even more of a length all the way up your spine.
It's a beautiful energy channel from your base,
Your foundation,
Your security,
The root chakra all the way up.
The connection to your body the connection to your higher power,
Your higher self.
So create that spaciousness right now by straightening your spine,
Tucking your chin under just slightly,
Bringing your hands to where they feel comfortable and allow them to rest softly and gently.
Let's take a beautiful big breath in and sigh out with an exhalation.
Two more times.
Inhale.
Last time.
With your breath soft and gentle,
Allowing your stomach to relax,
Just keeping that gentle,
Soft,
Upward motion of your spine and just notice your body,
Your feelings,
And your energy right now.
And I want you to become aware of one area in your physical body that is actually calling out for your attention.
And it might feel like stiffness and aches and it might feel like stiffness and ache,
Perhaps even a longing.
And just noticing somewhere in your body that's wanting your attention.
For our physical body is always talking to us and any ailment or injury is asking for you to witness it.
So witness it right now.
Notice what it feels like and if you could bring a visualization to it.
If it's a throbbing pain or the gentle nudging,
What does that look like?
What color does it have?
Does it have a shape or form?
Visualize it right now.
And as you visualize it,
You begin the witnessing and you can ask it,
What is it wanting from you?
What is it wanting from you right now?
What does it want to be witnessed for?
What's underneath this physical sensation in your body?
And listen to what it has to say.
It is always speaking to you.
And as you listen to it with a loving,
Kind,
And gentle energy,
Say,
I see you.
I witness you.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
I take note.
And you simply don't have to do anything else.
Just take note of what it has to say and what this brings up for you.
And you can send it a beautiful,
Golden,
Healing energy and wrap your physical body and that part of your physical body that is wanting your loving,
Kind attention.
Because you see it and you feel it.
And you're grateful that it's coming up right now so that you so that you can listen to what it has to say.
And let's find one more place in your physical body which is calling out for your attention,
For you to witness it.
And noticing the sensations in your body there.
If it feels different to the one before.
And giving it a shape and form,
A color.
And asking it now,
What does it want to say to you?
And listen to its reply.
Witness it in your body.
And you can ask,
Well,
What's underneath this?
What is something that I haven't been listening to,
That I know is my truth?
Receiving the answers,
The knowing.
And sending a beautiful,
Golden energy ball there.
And wrap it with loving kindness.
Say thank you.
I see you.
I witness you.
I'm listening.
And if you can tune in to your whole body and the beauty of your body.
For your body,
Without any effort from you,
Is doing everything it can to keep you alive in this moment.
And isn't that wonderful?
Isn't that amazing?
Isn't that magical?
Can you give gratitude towards your whole body and say thank you.
I appreciate you.
And I'm listening.
And a big part of the feminine is embodying who you are.
Who you are.
And your body will always be giving you little signs to the direction which you can take to embody her fully.
And if I were to ask you a series of questions,
Your body will immediately know if the answer is yes or no.
And we tend not to listen.
We tend to overthink and overanalyze and shut down our feelings.
And that's actually the way of the masculine.
So let's learn to welcome in the feminine.
For she is in our body.
For she is in our feelings.
For she is in our heart and our capacity to receive and to listen.
Taking a big breath into your body and notice the aliveness that that breath brings.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to sink deeper into a state of relaxation and surrender.
And surrender.
One more time.
Inhale.
Be after me.
I trust my body.
I trust my body and her knowing.
Trust the direction she is giving me at every moment.
In the day.
I choose to listen to her.
I choose to embody her fully.
I choose to be guided by her.
I'm going to ask you a series of simple questions.
Yes or no answers.
You to tune into your body and listen to the answer she has to say.
And once you receive the answer,
It's about trusting that that is your truth.
Not allowing your inner critic or who you think you should be because that is generally an outside external influence.
And your truth lies inside of you.
Are you ready to embody her fully?
Yes or no.
Listen to what your body has to say.
Are you ready to let go of your over-analytical mind?
Yes or no.
To surrender to the knowing of your body.
Yes or no.
Are you ready to listen to what she has to say?
To guide you towards the fullest,
Most beautiful and free expression of yourself.
Are you ready to feel free in who you are?
Yes or no.
Are you ready to feel confident?
To feel sexy?
To feel alive and inspired every day?
Yes or no.
So noticing the feelings which arose in your body as I asked you those questions.
And there's a distinction that you'll feel between the yes and the no.
And if you say yes,
Yes,
Yes,
Yes right now.
Become aware of what that yes feels like in your body.
Is it a tingling?
Is it an aliveness?
Is there a color?
What does it feel like?
Say it again.
Yes,
Yes,
Yes,
Yes.
And that's what your yes feels like for you and only you.
And you can compare it to what a no feels like.
And just say no,
No,
No,
No.
And notice what that no feels like in your body.
Does it feel like a shutdown?
A withdrawal?
A clear X?
And say it again.
No,
No,
No.
And notice the distinction between the yes and the no in your body.
And allow yourself to tune in and towards your body as you navigate every moment of your day.
Because your body is always telling you yes or no.
And it's your choice whether or not you will listen to her.
And make that choice right now.
Are you ready to listen to her?
To listen to her.
And I want you right now to ask yourself a series of three questions around something that is going on in your life that you haven't been able to make a decision or where you're doubting your decision.
So think about the questions right now.
And then ask yourself and your body a yes or no question.
So taking these next few moments to ask yourself and receive her wisdom,
Her fully embodied wisdom.
And the answers are always instantaneous.
Because she knows.
She knows what's good for us.
What's right for us.
What will lead us to our higher self.
Our purpose.
Our mission.
Our happiness.
Our abundance.
Our wealth.
Our joy.
Are you ready to listen and to trust in her knowing?
Taking your hands and placing them over your heart.
And saying thank you.
I'm listening.
Thank you for your guidance.
Thank you for always having my best interest at heart.
And going forth into the rest of your day.
And going forth into the rest of your day.
I invite you to bring your presence and your awareness back into your body.
And ask her,
Is this right for me?
Is this the direction I should go?
And keep following the yes,
The liveliness,
The joy,
The creativity,
The inspiration.
Move towards that.
And step away from the no,
The withdrawal,
The things that won't work for you.
Hands on your heart.
Let's take a final three breaths into our heart space to expand our capacity to receive and to listen.
Inhaling.
And expand the energy of your heart.
It is safe to expand her too.
And as you exhale,
Drop into gratitude and love.
And inhale and expand the energy of your heart even wider.
And as you exhale,
With love and gratitude,
Just feel your body softening even more.
And one final time,
Inhale the energy of your heart even wider.
And as you exhale,
Surrender to your body.
Surrender to your body.
And just know she's always there for you.
Always guiding you.
Always allowing you to be your fullest,
Most beautiful expression.
And it is your choice in every moment to listen to her.
