Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

I acknowledge you for being here.

Begin to get comfortable.

Find a place where you can maybe lay down or you can sit up.

Whatever feels good for you.

And in this place,

I invite you to close your eyes or gaze down towards your nose and begin to unattach yourself from anything that was happening before.

And bring your energy back to you.

Maybe visually seeing anything being cut,

Any energetic feels between you and anybody else,

To bring all of your energy back inside of you.

You are needed.

Begin to feel your breath coming in your nose and feel the warm air leaving your nose.

Feeling your belly rise and fall.

Begin to feel your chest rise and fall.

Bring your awareness down into your tailbone,

Your root chakra.

And imagine roots growing out of your tailbone and going down beneath the surface.

The roots are going down into the earth and the roots are passing any ancient rock or water the roots are going down down down to the core grounding you.

Begin to feel safe and supported by the earth below you.

Allow the roots to go down all the way to the core and I invite you to breathe this grounding supportive safe energy into the roots,

Into your tailbone,

Into your body,

Your spine and exhale from the crown of your head.

Another deep loving grounding safe supportive breath through the roots into your tailbone.

Allow this energy to permeate in every single cell of your body exhaling from the crown of your head.

Another deep loving grounding safe supportive breath feeling that energy coming into the roots into your tailbone into your body allowing your body to feel safe exhaling from the crown of your head.

Now begin to see the roots coming back up back up passing any ancient rock or water all the way into the surface below you into your tailbone and begin to notice how you feel.
