Hello and welcome so first off take a deep breath in through the nose And let go all the way through the mouth Breathing in through the nose and then really squeezing all the air out of you out the mouth Breathing in through the nose and out the mouth And just gently sensing into your whole body starting with your fingers,
Your hands,
Your wrists your arms,
Your elbows,
Your shoulders,
Your toes,
Your feet,
Your ankles,
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your thighs your hips,
Your chest,
All the way up into your neck,
Your throat and your head And as you're breathing in through your nose,
Gently imagine you're just letting go of any tension from your throat as you breathe out Imagine you're breathing in deep down into your belly button almost as if you're drawing air in through your belly button And breathing out letting go of your throat,
Just do that on your own just for a little bit Breathing into the belly button and letting go through your throat Breathing in through the nose and out through the throat Breathing in through the throat Breathing in through the throat Now still breathing in and breathing out,
I want you to imagine as if you've got x-ray vision of your mind As if you can see all the little pathways lighting up as you breathe in,
Relax and connect to your truth within Maybe there's a situation at the moment that drew you to this meditation Maybe there's an area of your life you're aware you're not speaking your truth Or perhaps you're finding it difficult to find that truth within Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Let's just focus on the feeling,
The feeling that you want to feel Maybe it's one of relief,
Maybe it's one of re-engaged enthusiasm As you're breathing in and breathing out,
We're not going to concern ourselves so much about speaking the truth right now But rather how that feels or how that would feel within us So breathing in on your own,
See if you can find and cultivate that feeling Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Let's just focus on the feeling,
The feeling that you want to feel Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Let's just focus on the feeling that you want to feel Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Let's just focus on the feeling that you want to feel And still breathing in and breathing out,
Just gently imagining a situation that comes to mind Where you would like to share more of yourself,
You would like to share more of your inner truth and perspective And just saying gently to yourself,
I am gentle with myself as I learn to speak my truth more and more each day And that's all it takes,
Just that gentle intent and gentle awareness of you Take care,
