Beautiful soul,

Being a mom is very challenging and it can be very draining.

I'm going to be guiding you through a simple breathwork meditation.

During this experience,

You're going to be inhaling through your mouth,

Inhaling from your belly and watching it rise,

Inhaling from your chest,

Watching it rise,

And then exhaling fully from your mouth,

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

These conscious connected breaths are going to allow you to release any emotion that you have trapped.

These emotions may come out in tears.

Allow these emotions to surface and just like a wave,

Watch them come and go.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Motherhood is so beautiful.

May you get the honor to watch over someone else's life,

Make decisions about their well-being,

And pour your all into who they are and who they will become.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

This is not to say that it is also extremely challenging.

You are so capable.

You've accomplished so much in this life.
