Settle into your seat.
Close your eyes and notice your breath.
Where is the breath?
Can you hear it?
Can you feel it in your nostrils?
Are you breathing deeply or just at the top of your lungs?
And take a deep breath again,
Long and deep.
You are calming the body temple,
The vehicle for the heart and the mind.
And then exhale that long deep breath.
See if you can stay still during the entire meditation without falling asleep.
Take a long deep breath in and a nice exhalation deep and long out.
And just breathe normally but evenly to keep your mind focused.
Imagine in your sixth chakra a cross.
Keep your mind centered right at that intersection from the vertical and the horizontal of the cross.
So as you make that awareness in your mind,
The focal point,
Take a deep breath in.
Deep long breath.
And keep the mind still.
Focus on that intersection point of the cross.
And as you release those long breaths,
And then take a deep breath in,
Just try to keep that rhythm going of that deep breath out and in.
Keeping your mind on that cross in your sixth chakra so that it will bring your eyes up to the sixth chakra.
You keep the physical eyes closed and look up and inside to the sixth chakra.
There you go.
Perfect.
Now open your heart.
Take your awareness to your fourth chakra,
To your heart.
Imagine a gold ball of light emerging from the heart out.
Keep your mind on that cross so you're keeping the mind still so it's not traveling into the past or into the future.
It's just present in stillness.
Then imagine that gold ball,
Ball of light emerging out of the heart.
It's a vibrant,
Alive energy.
The beauty of an open heart is the essence of forgiveness and acceptance.
Without openness,
Love remains a memory.
Let go and surrender into pure essence of love,
Into that golden light in the heart.
Take a long,
Deep breath,
Deep,
Deep,
Full breath in and a nice,
Big,
Long exhalation out.
When the heart opens,
Acceptance is present.
Happiness is a gift.
It's being unafraid to be vulnerable.
That open heart is an opportunity to lead you deeper into wholeness.
It is here that the door opens to stillness.
Breathe deep and long again,
Nice,
Big,
Full,
Deep breath and a nice,
Big,
Deep breath out.
And again,
A nice,
Big breath,
Full breath in deep and long and exhale,
Anchoring your self into consciousness,
Into stillness.
Deep and long,
Deep and long breaths.
Feel the fullness of an open heart,
That amazing feeling of love.
You feel that amazing feeling of joy,
Of happiness,
Of peacefulness.
Feel love.
Breathe deeply and more fully and be still with love.
Keep your mind on that cross.
Keep it focused so it doesn't wander.
Look it into that cross and be still,
Calm the body and be still with love.
Deep and long breaths.
Feel love.
Sense that deeper quality of love streaming into your cells now.
As the stream of love infuses your body,
Your mind and your heart,
You are experiencing the highest wisdom of direct presence from universal source.
Feel that deep,
Deep love.
Elongate the breath,
Nice,

In and out.
Feel love,
Long,

Love knows no fear.
Love is its own end.
Pure joy is an attribute of love.
And love is without condition.
Now you are full of love.
