So I would like to use this meditation that you can look into your divine timing,
Into your manifestations,
Into your feelings,
Emotions,
And see what that brings to you.
So if you're here right now,
Find your comfortable seat.
Lengthen your spine.
Sit straight so that the energy can flow easily in your spine.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your facial muscles.
You can have your eyes closed if that's comfortable for you.
Otherwise,
Just gaze on a point in front of you.
Now feel your sit bones.
Feel your feet on the floor.
However you are sitting,
Feel yourself heavy,
Connected to the earth.
And feel the gravity pulling you down toward the earth,
Connecting you,
Supporting you,
Being supported.
Bringing the awareness to this present moment.
Just feeling the breath in this present moment.
Maybe feeling your clothes on your chest,
On your thighs.
Feeling your jewelry.
Feel everything that is touching your body right now.
And then bring the awareness to the body.
Connecting with your feet and toes and heels.
Feeling the ankles moving up in your legs.
Connecting with your knees,
Thighs,
Hips,
And the sit bones,
The pelvic floor,
The belly,
The lower back,
The upper chest,
The upper back.
Feeling your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
Feeling your neck and throat.
Feeling your head with your ears,
Eyes,
Nose,
Mouth,
The forehead,
The hair,
The crown of the head.
Feeling your whole body.
Now bringing the awareness to the space your body is occupying.
Now come into your heart space.
And let's send a few breaths through the heart.
Feel the breath coming in from the backside of your heart into your heart space.
And feeling the breath going out of the front.
Opening the front side of your heart space.
Breathing in from the backside of your heart.
Opening your heart.
Feeling the space in your heart,
The energy.
And breathing out to the front of your heart.
Continue in your own rhythm.
Feeling the breath flowing through your heart space.
Feeling how the breath is softening the backside of the heart and the front side of the heart.
Allowing yourself to feel softness in your heart.
Allowing yourself feeling connection to your heart.
If you're afraid of something that could come up from your heart space,
Allowing yourself,
You're able to manage.
Whatever comes up is right for now.
In this moment,
I allow myself to feel my heart space.
In this moment,
I allow myself to connect with my deepest heart's desire.
And when you say this and allow yourself to feel it,
Just notice the energy with it.
And you allow yourself to feel.
Now let's bring in the idea of divine timing.
And knowing that the universe is something for us.
There's a specific manifestation for us.
Allowing yourself to release pressure of what you feel should be here,
Should have been here.
Just feel a moment that's turbulent in your heart space because you're wishing for something.
You're dreaming of something.
You can't wait to have it.
Just allow yourself to feel all the emotions of impatience,
Of fear maybe,
Of a hurry,
Of resentment.
Just bringing in the idea of divine timing and feeling in your heart space that whatever you wish for,
The universe has its own plan.
And feel how that feels inside.
Maybe it feels like you can let go of pressure,
Of control.
Maybe you shift to some more ease in your heart space.
Shift into trust.
What does it feel like if you could trust my goals will show up in divine timing?
I am prepared.
I prepare everything.
And this universe supports me.
Tapping deeper into your heart space and connecting with your goals.
Maybe you're wishing for more clients.
Maybe you're wishing for a new love relationship.
Maybe your goal is to move to a different place,
Different country.
Just tap into it and feel.
What is the feeling like?
Is it insecurity?
Is it impatience?
Do you feel you need something else to reach that goal?
Do you need clarity?
Do you judge yourself because you don't have it already?
Just for now,
Tap into your goal,
Into your wish.
And allow yourself to feel it as if it has already arrived.
You have the new clients.
You have the new love relationship.
You already know where to live.
Now bring in the idea of divine timing.
Just feeling your wish,
Your dream,
Your goal.
Sending it out and trusting the universe supports you in every step.
Trusting in divine timing.
I prepare.
I am ready.
Check in with your body where you feel emotions that make it difficult to trust.
Where do you feel it in your body?
Where in your body do you feel my goal should be here already?
Observe that area in your body.
Maybe send some breath into this area.
You can also send some light.
And with the light and the breath,
Send trust and relaxation.
And observe what that feels like.
Bringing in trust and relaxation.
What do you need to trust yourself if you feel doubt in your goals?
Just sit for a moment with a doubt.
Feeling the energy of doubt.
While you feel the energy of doubt,
Have an image of your goal in your mind's eye.
Is this doubt needed?
Is it serving you?
And again,
Let's use the breath and light and send it into the doubt.
What is the feeling like if you can let go of doubt?
And again,
Coming back to trust.
Breathing deeply to relax deeper.
And again,
The more you are relaxed,
Feeling your goal as if it is here already.
And bringing in the trust of the universe.
Connecting with your goal,
Your wish,
Your dream.
And allowing it to come in divine timing.
Releasing the pressure.
Releasing doubts.
And tapping into the energy of trust in the universe.
Trust in the divine timing.
What is for me will find me.
Stay connected with your heart space.
Feeling trust.
If that's hard for you,
Maybe release energies that you're holding onto from situations where you trusted but you were disappointed.
Allowing yourself to release disappointment.
And healing this space in your heart that feels hurt and that is afraid of trusting again.
Sending yourself love for this moment and healing or being hurt.
Receiving healing in your heart space to trust again.
This time it will be different.
I trust.
I trust myself.
I trust the universe.
Create the energy of trust in your heart space and let it flow from your heart into the spine and from the spine into the nervous system.
Into each cell of your body.
Creating new neural pathways of trust.
Trust in yourself.
Trust in the universe.
Trust in divine timing.
What is for me will find me.
