Sometimes we dont stop to pause, to connect and listen. We are miraculous beings, our lungs, our heart, our bodies are always working for us. We sometimes forget to let the same flow and ease that runs through our body, into our daily lives. When life gets chaotic at times, it is good to stop and invite that flow in.

Hello my beautiful souls,

I hope you are well and I'm sending you all the love in the universe right now.

And this meditation is to help you connect to flow and connect to ease in your life.

Our daily life can get so chaotic and so busy,

We forget to stop,

To slow down,

To be silent and to go within.

And this meditation is going to help you do that.

So just listen to my voice and allow some time for you to just stop,

To listen and to flow with ease.

So wherever you are just take a comfortable position,

Either laying down or sat up,

Whichever feels comfortable for you and just connect to the breath.

You don't need to breathe in any certain way,

Just naturally let the breath flow in and flow out.

And just connect to how beautiful the breath is.

Your breath flows with ease in and out all day,

Every day,

All night,

Every night.

You don't have to think about breathing,

It magically does it for you.

And I want to just invite that flow and ease into all areas of your life.

Feel your heart,

Place your hand over your heart chakra and feel your heart beating.

Simply beating every day,

Every night without having to think just with flow and ease.

How beautiful that energy is of your heart and its job pumping the blood around your body.

And I want you to give some gratitude and thanks to your lungs and your heart today for just keeping you alive.

Allowing that life force of the breath in and out of your body every single day.

Your heart always beating for you,

Always showing up for you.

And just spend a few moments sending love and gratitude to your heart and lungs.

And now I want you to connect back to your heart and lungs to their flow and their ease and allow that flow and ease to be in every part of your day from the moment you wake to the moment you sleep.

Allowing your decisions,

Your choices,

Anything that you're doing throughout your day to allow flow to enter and to allow ease to enter.

And just to take moments to stop and to pause and to listen.

Listen to the breath,

Listen to the heart.

Whenever life gets busy and chaotic,

We can just stop to listen,

To connect to our heart and our lungs.

And just for these next few moments,

I want you to connect to your whole body and connect to everything your body does for you without you having to think.

It's constantly switched on.

Your brain,

Your nervous system,

Your organs,

Your sight,

Your hearing,

Your voice,

Your smell,

Your touch,

Always working for you.

And that intelligence and that energy that grows your fingernails,

That grows your hair is the same intelligence that's beating your heart right now.

It's breathing for you right now.

And just connect to that,

That energy,

That miraculous energy that's within you and flowing through you every single moment of every single day.

And I want you to allow the breath in to be flow and the breath out to be ease,

To breathe in flow and breathe out ease.

And use this breath cycle whenever you desire in your daily life.

And just before we finish this meditation,

I want you to just keep your hand on your chest and one hand on the belly and just send loving presence to you.

Fill your body with love and compassion and kindness.

Opers … And as you carry on with your day,

Know that you can stop,

To listen,

To connect at any time,

Using the breath and connecting to your heart.
