There's a lot of talk about anger management these days,
But it might be more useful to learn how to eradicate it,
Which really means allowing it to be eradicated,
Allowing it to be healed.
And it's by feeling the denser emotions underneath it,
Which means the fear and the deep sorrow of how separate we feel from everything,
Others,
Mother Nature,
Trees,
Stars,
You know,
Even it will blunt our taste even,
The more emotional garbage we're carrying.
So it really,
You know,
It's hard work in a way to clear,
But it's really worth it.
And what it takes is learning how to feel this material without buying into it.
I'm going to tell you a story and partly to keep your interest,
Partly to illustrate what I'm talking about is I've talked to you about that really difficult period where I was in the psych ward.
And there was a time there where I just had this overwhelming urge to drink Drano and it was like,
I was feeling quite suicidal,
But it was like strong image of Drano.
And even then,
You know,
It was kind of,
I kind of knew that my soul was trying to communicate to me something through this.
I kind of had this feeling of my soul was trying to tell me something and I could feel how distorted and plugged up I was with my emotions.
And so this urge to,
You know,
Take Drano.
I mean,
I wouldn't because I just knew what a disaster,
But it's like it's the image of clearing clogged pipes and I really intuitively knew that my lower chakras were clogged with this dense emotional material connected to feelings of great separation,
Tremendous fear and rage.
I remember some child telling me that I had the rage of kind of rage with this drop of nuclear bomb on the universe.
I think that's pretty accurate.
And I think it's not just me that has that level of rage.
I mean,
I think there's a tremendous amount of rage that's coming up to be cleared right now.
And you know,
The more safely we do it,
The better.
So,
You know,
The key to clearing a rage is feeling this deep sorrow of how it distorts our perceptions and makes us miss the mark over and over again.
So it will,
You know,
It's our baggage that will get in the way of our careers and our relationships.
I had lots of experiences where,
You know,
Something I wanted,
It didn't come true.
And then I was faced with feeling this deep sorrow at how I'd gotten in my own way,
You know,
Push the river,
Whatever I'd done.
Yeah,
You know,
It might be with like a client where I felt like I had pushed too hard.
Or,
You know,
Something with my kids.
We're just in life.
So you know,
If we,
You'll get feedback that if you feel this deep sorrow,
You'll get feedback immediately that you're carrying less anger.
You'll be happier.
You'll feel lighter.
You'll walk taller.
You'll be able to see more clearly.
You'll be more forgiving.
Yeah,
It's priceless.
It's sort of like going zero to a hundred to feel this sorrow.
But you know,
If you say,
Okay,
I want to feel the sorrow underneath my anger,
Like be careful because you know,
You don't know how much you're caring.
It's like we've got icebergs.
So we're icebergs.
So,
You know,
You could have much more than you realize.
So it's much better to,
You know,
Speak to the universe and ask that the anger clears at a pace you can handle and that you become used to feeling the sorrow.
It won't kill you.
It will just kill your ego basically.
Yeah,
Because it's what the ego was formed on.
And the other thing is anger in our bodies.
It makes us rigid.
Most people get more rigid as they get older,
But it's possible to stay incredibly flexible.
Yeah.
So it's true,
Feeling the sorrow of feeling so disconnected and then your body will become more flexible and your dreams will come through.
You don't have to be perfect.
Okay.
Don't try to be perfect.
Don't try to do it all.
Just heading this direction.
Just understanding that you've got an ego and it's based on sorrow at separation.
That's a big gateway itself because you'll just be more humble and more open to get help and more open to pray probably.
Anyway,
Bless your hearts.
Just wanted to spell all this out.
Bless your hearts.
