Some teachers' words of love are deep enough to weave in unconditional love into our psyches and the cells of our bodies. Premasudha's words do this. With humor, clarity and infinite compassion, she shares her profound knowledge of the spiritual journey in a stardust-coated way that helps the medicine go down easily and completely. As always Premasudha uses simple examples from her own and others' human experience to help us understand the ways of the Creator. If you need to receive unconditional love; be reminded of your infinite worth; learn how easy it can be to evolve into truth; or feel more at peace, please listen. This satsang is based in a very grounded transpersonal understanding that is also coated in angel dust. It's love power is even transferable just by listening to it.

I'm just feeling into you,

Good,

Yeah.

You know,

We would have agreed before birth to be doing this today.

That's how safe it is.

Our lives are actually utterly choreographed to help us.

Hmm,

I want to talk about,

Part of what I want to say to today is,

Actually the heart of it is,

Please loosen up the whole bad and good thing,

Please.

Do you know,

In the question and answer,

I was moved to tears for how trapped we all get in bad and good,

Do you know?

And do you look at Amma's wild,

Loving example,

And she,

All through her early years,

She was judged so harshly as being bad,

Just as she was trying to express the love.

So she hugged people when women in India weren't supposed to touch,

You know,

Strange men,

You know.

She hugged people,

She took the gold,

Her mom's jewelry,

And gave it to people in the village so they could go to the doctor.

This was all considered bad,

You see,

But it was very good,

Really.

So this is why it's so dangerous to get too stuck in bad and good.

It can actually stop your soul manifesting,

Okay?

So this concept is going to weave in and out of this satsang,

Because it's a little bit,

You know,

Explosive,

Because,

You know,

It is karma-producing to do,

You know,

Things that hurt others,

But it's also karma-producing not to follow your soul.

Do you see,

This is what,

This one had so much internal heavy self-karma for many lives of not following the soul.

You see,

And this is why you have to keep coming back to your own heart to discern how to live your life.

Aha,

I want to talk about the English aristocracy for a minute.

So,

You know,

Famously,

The English aristocracy will go around wearing like trousers that are 20 years old with holes in them.

They would dress like ragamuffins,

Even homeless people sometimes.

When I was a journalist in England,

There were some that actually I met locally in the village where,

Or in the town I was living in,

And they did look like richly kind of homeless people.

And you think of gentle man and gentle woman,

We would talk about,

You know,

An English gentleman or English gentlewoman.

It is the gentleness,

Do you see?

So,

I want to talk about this,

Of,

You know,

These guys,

These people wearing any kind of clothes,

And that they were called gentle man and gentle woman.

It's like when you know you're good enough,

You see,

The aristocracy,

They would just have this birthright.

They knew they were good enough.

So,

They didn't worry about the clothes too much.

And,

You know,

The whole thing of being a gentle man or gentle woman,

Do you see?

This is what happens when you wake up.

You become a gentle man or gentle woman,

And you're not,

You know that you're good enough.

You know you're part of God.

So,

You're not so focused on your appearance.

It's not the,

The outer things are not so important because you just know internally that you're good enough.

You see,

So we get these reflections of truth in our societies,

Do you see?

Sort of like a little bit of a mirror of what an awakened person is like.

And even the fact that,

You know,

The aristocracy in the old days,

You know,

Was considered very high.

And even that that would be considered high to be like that,

To just wear whatever you feel like wearing kind of,

And gentle man and gentle woman,

You're not trying to defend yourself because you know you have your place.

So,

It's like what happens when you wake up.

You know that you're a divine being.

You know that you're valuable.

And so,

You're just gentler with yourself and others.

Yeah,

And you're less obsessed about where you live or what your clothes are like or any of that.

Yeah,

Yeah.

You're all aristocrats.

We're divine beings.

We can't get higher than this.

And we just gradually allow it to flow through our humanity.

Now,

You will express your divine being when you really get that you're unconditionally loved,

Okay?

You can't really fix yourself into expressing your divinity.

I mean,

You can observe yourself.

You can observe where you,

You know,

Get scared or if you get angry and everything,

But you can't fix yourself.

Into being enlightened,

Okay?

So,

This is why I cried yesterday because there's so much of that.

Trying to fix ourselves.

Okay,

Good.

There's a very deep relaxing going on at a very deep level in many of you.

And this is beyond your consciousness,

You know?

So,

Don't,

For some of you,

You'll be conscious of it.

For some of you,

It will be beyond consciousness.

So,

Don't worry.

The main thing is you're just turning up.

Yeah.

You know,

Over and over and over when I'm working with people,

I can see that they're not getting the understanding of what I'm saying because they're so embarrassed about themselves,

Really,

You know,

Because they're so unforgiving with themselves.

Okay,

Good.

There's movement around this,

Around the whole thing of self-forgiveness.

Some of you are thinking about it.

See,

I wouldn't be able to be here and be useful to you if I hadn't screwed up so badly in my life,

You know?

So,

The whole good and bad thing is kind of like a big joke,

You know?

Uh-huh.

And,

You know,

With screwing up so badly,

It took me a long time to get past the shame of that,

And actually,

That's why I was slow.

And,

You know,

This was in the 80s,

And people were better behaved in the 80s,

So the screwing up was more drastic back then.

But,

You know,

I screwed up so badly,

And then I found out that the universe loved me,

And I didn't even know Amma.

And so,

You see,

This is why I know that you're just so loved.

You can't imagine how loved you are.

It's right past any of your comprehension,

But it's the strongest thing about you,

Is how loved you are,

Uh-huh.

Now,

Some of you are moving into more power,

Okay?

And as Amma says,

When we move into more power,

It's like we're suddenly faced with a big,

Fat,

Ugly boulder right in front of us,

And we're kind of given the tools to chip away at it,

To sculpt it.

So,

You see,

I want you to get past good and bad.

Well,

I shouldn't even say I want you to.

It's more like,

Here's some light for your journey.

When we're becoming more powerful,

We will trip,

We will do something.

It's like yesterday,

A very dear soul was talking about that she called her husband a homeless person,

Which for her,

Because she's got a gentle heart,

This was a real eruption of the shadow,

Okay?

That is the big boulder.

That showed her her shadow.

So,

You know,

When you do something that doesn't seem the best,

If you just put your arms around it,

Not going into big self-crucifixion about bad and good,

Or if you do go into a big self-crucifixion of bad and good,

Observe it.

Just observe it,

Rather than believing it.

You see,

You cannot come to enlightenment without making some big mistakes.

You just can't.

So,

What currently we do,

We try to be perfect,

You guys.

I used to try to be a perfect mama.

I tried so hard to be perfect,

And when my boys grew up,

And I asked them what the best thing about me as a mother,

What was the best thing I did,

And some of you have heard this,

They told me I got them a dog.

So,

I'm thinking,

I could have just stayed in bed,

You know,

Gone up,

Gone up duty,

You know?

But that's it,

It's like,

It's sort of like it's such an obvious thing to do,

Really,

To get a dog.

And sometimes with art,

We try to be so perfect that we miss the obvious.

I often felt this with my boys,

That I miss just the obvious thing.

And thankfully,

Actually,

It was my mom who encouraged me to get a dog.

I might have missed that,

Too,

Because I was so stuck in my head trying to be the perfect mother.

Yeah,

It's,

You know,

So part of me wants to say it's so deep within us,

And at the same time,

To acknowledge this,

But it's also,

Not wanting to reinforce it,

But it's to shine a light on this whole bad and good thing,

And trying to be perfect.

Because you see,

You already are perfect,

You can't be more perfect,

You are a perfect being within a human self with imperfections.

But it's like,

Even the imperfections are perfect,

Because really,

The truth of it is you're a divine being.

Yeah,

You see,

So really,

It's kind of impossible to get,

Theoretically,

What happens is you just grow into this experience,

You just grow into the knowledge.

And you could,

I mean,

Again,

This is the irony.

You will get this comprehension as you embrace the biggest rages,

The biggest hatreds within you.

You see,

As you embrace them and feel them,

You might feel covered in hatred one day,

Covered in rage,

And if you just embrace it,

Keep giving it over to the Creator,

Observing yourself,

Being with it,

Feeling it,

And starting a mantra,

Or picturing Amma,

You'll understand what I'm talking about.

Do you see,

If you try to be so perfect that you don't allow yourself to feel the deeper stuff underneath,

The hatred and the rage,

You'll never get anywhere.

You will circulate around in bad and good,

Okay?

But it's really important that all this is done at a pace that you can manage.

So don't go,

Don't go,

I wanna clear out all my rage,

Or I wanna fill up all my hatred.

It's like,

No,

Just ask that you're brought to self-knowledge at a pace you can handle.

I'm just trying to show you the lay of the land a little bit so you can navigate more freely,

Because I'll tell ya,

I'm gobsmacked by,

Especially what women do to themselves with this perfection stuff.

Remember,

It's not to be fixed,

It's just to observe if you observe it in yourself.

Observe how tight you are with yourself.

Do you know,

Amma says,

If you say your mantra for three years,

Nonstop,

Basically,

You will achieve enlightenment.

So you see,

That sort of thing is the key to growth,

The endless focus on the divine,

Finding the oomph to be able to say your mantra,

Finding the energy to say it,

When all you wanna do is lie down in your bed in a mess of self-pity.

Not to berate yourself if you can't say your mantra,

But to notice it,

Because you could say your mantra.

So one of the things about teaching that's just bizarre is like,

Seekers will ask,

Okay,

What shall I do?

So,

You know,

The teacher tells them,

And then they won't do it.

So it's the stupidest thing,

It's just so stupid,

But it's what we're like,

So.

But then some do it,

Or they realize that they're not getting anywhere fast,

And so they start,

Right,

Right.

You know,

The love is always available to us.

We're never without it.

I feel full of instruction in a way.

It's quite funny,

It's sort of like,

It's like,

I'm wanting to remind you about your bodies.

Notice how your feeling in your body is telling you about yourself.

We can't get to enlightenment without being present in our body.

The only thing that brings us into presence is being loved,

Receiving love,

And that will make us more present.

That's part of why the satsangs work,

Why they're so effective,

Because we actually,

With the drip,

Drip,

Drip,

That's it,

We feel more loved,

And we gradually become more present.

And I'm getting a feeling of light,

Light hearts underneath,

There's a,

You might not be feeling it now,

But it's as if maybe in a few hours or a few days,

It's like,

It will click about how loved you are,

And you will feel lighter.

Okay,

So again,

I wanna talk about this whole perfection thing,

You know?

We'll make a shift,

We'll feel better,

We'll feel lighter,

And within days or a few weeks,

We will get,

Our ego will start to complain,

You know?

So we'll have a bad day,

We will have some difficulty.

And again,

It's just integration,

It's not bad,

It's integrating the light into your bodies.

If,

You know,

If our psychology in the West got the principle of integration,

We'd be set.

We would just be set to have an emotional revolution,

A renaissance,

And that's why it's important,

You see,

The bad and good thing,

You see,

When it comes to being,

Integration comes,

And we'll have an experience of negativity.

We might get really down on ourselves for,

We'll go,

Oh,

I thought I was really getting it,

But I don't get it,

I'm still this lost soul,

I'm just screwing up,

I'm never gonna,

Never gonna get it,

I'm a waste of time.

Yeah,

Don't do that.

Or if you start doing that,

Start your mantra,

Try to pick yourself up,

Yeah.

Okay,

Now this one was very good at picking herself up,

And the reason I got very good at picking myself up was because I really realized nobody else can save us,

Okay?

We have to save our souls,

We have to save our souls,

We have to save ourselves by listening to our souls.

We have to save ourselves,

You guys,

Nobody else can do it,

They can inspire us,

They can witness us,

But push comes to shove,

It's us.

It's whether we dare turn and,

Turn and love and honor ourselves,

Yeah.

Right,

Right,

You know,

In a,

You see,

You know,

If we don't love and honor ourselves,

We'll get turned into slaves,

And we'll either get turned into a slave to a person or a corporation or a country,

But if you have a population of people who really love and honor themselves,

You will just get the best leaders.

You cannot get a corrupt leader at that point.

Yeah,

Yeah,

The solutions are inside us.

Solution to our world is inside us.

It's funny,

Some of you are sort of standing on a cliff and about to jump into self-forgiveness.

That's what surrenders feel like on the journey,

Sort of jump off a cliff internally.

And you,

You know,

Jumping,

You end up in a garden,

You end up in a soft,

Forgiving place,

Right?

All of you need that more.

All of you,

I can feel this,

All of you.

When you can forgive yourself,

You can forgive others.

Yeah.

Aw,

It's funny,

This is not funny.

This is a deep,

You know,

There's a little bit of a self-tortured,

There's a self-torturing with some of you.

Some of you are so hard on yourselves,

It's like self-torture a bit,

Okay?

Yeah,

Don't do that.

It's a Dharmic.

Truly,

It's why this one truly had so much karma to face.

It was not karma to others,

It was self-karma.

It was how I had treated myself.

Yeah,

Right,

Right.

Okay,

Now,

Some of you are grabbing this with your heads.

Don't do that,

Or watch yourself do that.

Like,

I want this,

Or,

I want,

That's it.

That's it,

Speaking to your hearts.

That's it,

That's it.

This is being spoken to your hearts.

That's it,

Beautiful.

That's it.

See,

Our heads will grab something like this,

And we'll stew about self-forgiveness,

Or blah,

Blah,

Blah.

And it's like,

It can just drop into your heart.

You get it.

Yeah,

That's it.

It drops into your heart.

When it drops into your heart,

You change.

It's not a head thing.

Okay,

That's it.

There's more movement into your heart.

That's always the answer,

You guys.

Some of you are squirming.

It's okay,

Just notice.

Right,

It's the heart that has the power,

The source of our love power.

We want it so much.

Usually,

We're scared of it.

And because of that,

We don't treat her so well,

Sometimes,

Our hearts.

So,

Has anybody got any questions or comments?

You know,

It's like,

I'm feeling like the universe needs somebody to come forward and say the thing they most got from what I've been saying.

It's like,

I need somebody to be brave enough to do this before we can go forward.

And maybe we can just be in silence.

We don't have to go forward,

But it's like we need somebody to say what.

Okay,

Maxi,

Have you got?

Yeah,

Yeah.

Hi,

Guys.

I can feel so much peace right now about this topic of self-forgiveness.

Yeah,

It feels so wonderful.

I cannot express it.

I'm just kind of like,

Oh my God,

It's so true.

I know,

I know.

I want to show you.

Can I show you around?

I don't know.

I just drew this picture.

Can you see it?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

The self-forgiveness.

The self-forgiveness.

All the heart jumping down.

Yeah.

That's it.

It feels lovely.

It's just,

Oh,

Thank you.

I know,

It's like heaven on earth,

Right?

Like it's actually just a tiny bit of what it can get like for you,

Maxi,

Or for all of us.

Right.

You see,

Our mind is what makes the cliff edge.

That's our head.

The intellect will make cliff edges.

And so when we jump out of our heads into our hearts,

It's like we jump into an orchard.

We jump into flowers.

Okay,

Okay.

Now this one got very good at the,

You know,

Jumping out of the cliff edge into the orchard or flowers.

And this is what I wanna teach.

It doesn't matter how scary it looks outside,

You make the jump inside and your whole existence will get soft.

Thanks,

Maxi.

Yeah,

Yeah.

This is Shiva Mai.

Yeah.

And I liked what you said about dropping into the heart,

You know,

And I could feel it.

I have,

You know,

I've been a masochist all my life.

I love to beat myself up.

And it felt good to image it dropping into my heart.

Years ago,

I had a dream and I was in the choir loft at my church that I grew up in,

My childhood church,

Way up high.

And I was dancing with my son and he fell off the choir loft,

You know,

And got injured and,

You know,

And I was trying to keep him up there and everything.

But it was a powerful dream because how lofty,

You know,

The ideas were so lofty that,

You know,

Nobody could quite meet those lofty,

You know,

Expectations that I had of myself.

So I just wanted to share that.

Yeah.

Something that came up for a second.

Tell me again,

Tell me the dream again.

I was up in the choir loft in my childhood church.

And I was dancing with my son and he started falling over the rail and I couldn't keep him up there.

And,

You know,

I tried very hard to get him up,

But I just had to let him go.

And then actually at the end of the dream,

I was lower and I was down below the,

And I was just holding him.

It kind of like the piata,

You know,

Just holding him.

Yes,

So you held him.

Right.

This is a,

It's a beautiful dream.

It's exactly it.

It's like coming off this higher thing of the lofty thoughts right down to the human reality and how we do hurt ourselves and our children really with this trying to be perfect,

Trying to do it right.

Trying to,

Yeah.

Right.

Yeah.

And I was just on a mission trip too.

And I was so aware of how I couldn't let love in,

You know,

And you know,

The self-comparison,

But I was just aware how self-conscious I was.

And because I was self-conscious,

I couldn't open as much as I would have liked to.

So,

And it's just thinking about myself all the time.

That's beautiful,

Kipamae.

That's beautiful to observe it.

Right.

Right.

We feel,

We notice what we're doing to ourselves and we feel the sorrow of it.

We will finally be brought to the sorrow of what we're doing to ourselves.

And when we feel the sorrow,

We will bond with our souls and we will get gentler with ourselves.

Right.

It's like,

You just need to be loved into making this,

The second step of feeling the sorrow of it deeply enough to transcend the pattern,

Kipamae.

Yeah.

You can transcend the pattern.

Yeah,

You guys,

That's beautiful.

I can feel your psyche making an adjustment,

Kipamae.

This is really good.

Good.

Yeah.

This exposure,

This kind of exposure in safety is,

It's hugely accelerating.

Because it's proof that love exists,

You know.

It's proof that we're lovable and that love is stronger than any bit of darkness that we're struggling with.

Right.

Right.

That's good.

The goal behind this work,

The goal of it is for it to be like Amma's hug,

Energetically.

Do you see what I mean?

It's like,

She's like a million of this one.

But we can play in the unconditional love energy.

Aha.

And it is what you're made of.

It is what you're made of,

This unconditional love.

You are made out of it.

Your bodies are made out of it.

Aha.

So,

Do you get that?

Aha.

I'd like to share something with you.

Thanks.

Please,

I'm hearing.

Hi guys.

I'm really looking forward to this.

I've only started coming in the New Year's Eve one.

That's my first time.

And I really connected today with what you're sharing because it feels like this has been my week.

I'm not going into it too much.

I had a small hospital procedure and I stayed with my son.

I'm quite,

I struggle with the energies around people and with around my son and I knew it was quite dynamic.

Anyway,

This particular night,

It must have been Wednesday night I was there.

No,

It must've been Thursday night.

I was lying in bed.

And all of a sudden this memory came up and it was a memory of me,

Not of allowing myself to be mistreated.

I have to say allowing myself to be mistreated because by this time I'm in my twenties,

Maybe even my thirties.

And it was so painful to see that actually I allowed that to happen.

I allowed it.

And I don't know what happened.

I thought about the satsang last week and I was wondering if there was an element of that,

But throughout that night,

I was in my sleep saying,

I forgive myself.

I forgive myself.

And I was asleep at the same time.

And I realised that for me is what I'm really doing.

I need to do,

Or it's one part of the journey is to forgive myself for how I've treated myself and how I've allowed other people to treat me.

And also how that's then,

How that's then gone outward from me,

How I've treated others.

But mostly it's how I've treated myself.

And it's not about,

There's no blame here to do with my family of origin.

It's me forgiving myself for what has gone.

So that's where I am really.

So it feels like I'm just in the right place today with you guys.

This is waking up.

There's all this talk about waking up and it's like,

We wake up to the love.

And when we wake up to the love,

We move into self-forgiveness.

And the fact that you did it all through the nighttime is then your unconscious is weaving it in.

So when your unconscious is weaving it in,

It becomes powerfully embodied.

So you're deeply on process,

Miriam.

Really,

When you're unconscious and your dreams are working for you like that,

That's it.

And remember even,

Yeah,

There's no point blaming our family of origin because it's come from many lives.

I mean,

Really,

I've remembered so many of my lives and it's like the ones I remembered,

It's like I was a lot like my dad and it's like,

Oh God.

And so I realized where he came from.

Thanks,

Miriam.

That's good.

That's it,

There's a lot of love with you guys.

Some of you have just been,

It's like you've been so thirsty so it's like here's love and you're just drinking it down and that's good,

That's it.

And it's all your yearning that's brought you here and has brought you to receive.

We get it.

That's it,

It comes.

We yearn for love and it will come,

It comes.

Yeah,

And remember,

We'll shift into self-forgiveness and then the darkness will come again and then we just do it again.

You just do it again and again and again and it's just however much homework you have this life and you just do it.

It's like that Lord don't give me another mountain,

It can feel like that but it's like just turn and face it and everything gets solved.

Yeah,

It gets solved at just the right time.

The other thing that Amma says is if God sees every tear and every meditation that it goes into a spiritual bank,

The tears of surrender,

The tears of sorrow and then shifting into surrender,

That God,

That it goes into a spiritual bank,

It's not wasted.

One of the things that I was so touched with hearing Amma say was when she was driving,

Especially in the old days,

She would go from retreats or meetings in India and one time she said,

She put her head out the window because she was passing someone who would not get another chance to see the form of God in her lifetime and she was never going to go back to that person to see the form of God in her lifetime and she was never going to be able to afford to travel through India to see Amma at one of her programs and Amma put her head out the window so this woman could see her.

It's like I was just so gobsmacked by the extent of the compassion and the minutiae of that kind of awareness.

Amma's great awareness,

Just as she's traveling,

She would put her head out the window so a woman could see her and get a flash of God energy and this is how slow and long it is too.

It's not the evolution,

It's like Amma says,

The process of self-realization is,

It's a bigger challenge than we think and at the higher levels,

You realize it's already happened and at the higher levels,

You realize that it's just our soul that decides that we finish.

It will be your soul that's decided that this is your last incarnation,

Truly.

I remember when I was really struggling with when I dropped an atom bomb on my life and I was sort of all set to just keep repeating the patterns and this energy came up from my belly with this really strong message.

We're not doing this this time,

Janet.

We're doing something else and it was right beyond any of my,

I just,

I was just like,

Okay and then this one got led on the way I left.

So,

This is again,

To just accept what is,

Seek the creator like a child.

Just be like a child.

You're going to find out what's already happened.

You're going to find out about the creator.

You are the creator,

So the whole thing's a joke.

I guess if the message really wanting to come is I feel from a very deep place in me,

A very full place.

It's like the creator in me,

Just pure creator energy to say to you,

You're good enough exactly as you are.

You're good enough,

Mm-hmm,

Mm-hmm.

You're good enough,

Mm-hmm,

Mm-hmm.

Yep,

You're good enough just as you are.

Mm-hmm,

You can't really be improved upon.

Mm-hmm,

Right.

You can feel more comfortable with your true nature.

You can be freer to express your true nature.

You are your true nature.

See,

The most important thing is to awaken,

To wake up and when we wake up,

We come out of this bad and good thing.

We wake up out of this prison of bad and good.

You know,

When I turned and loved my son with the diagnosis,

You know,

I mean,

My mother said to me,

She was so amazed that I could continue to nurse my child because he was dying.

And I'm like,

I listened to this and I'm like,

Okay,

That's what I grew up with.

That's interesting data.

And it's like,

He needed it.

I turned to her,

I said,

He needs it the most now.

How's it got anything to do with me?

He needs it.

Okay,

So,

And the amount of scorn that came to this one when I was,

You know,

Talking about how Olga was working with my child and he was getting better,

Even though his blood count was falling and stuff,

The level of scorn that I got and being called a flake and everything,

It's okay.

So,

Do you see what I mean?

I was being made to feel like I was doing something bad by siding for my son's life.

This is how nutty it is.

And my mom saying that it was amazing,

But she felt I was a hero for nursing my child just shows how scared of dying she was.

And then that means how scared of living she was,

Which she was.

And,

You know,

To be fair to her,

Her dad had come back from World War I and he was a mess and he beat the kids if they made any noise at all.

But we can grow out of anything,

You know,

If she turned and faced it,

She could have got grown out of it.

And what she's done is she's been supporting me from her disembodied state.

She's been supporting my growth a lot and she has grown enormously as a by-product.

So it's gotten solved that way.

And I adore her,

You know,

I adore her energetically and I understand her human self.

So you guys live deeply,

You know,

It's really exciting,

You know,

I mean,

There were lots of times in my life where I was scared,

But I would have been scared anyway,

Even if I hadn't been on the journey.

This way,

My fear was when it came up,

It was clearing.

So I,

You know,

I'll tell you,

It's pretty much nirvana walking around without fear,

Like being,

You know,

Without being scared of stuff.

And you're all,

You know,

If you've turned up,

You're sincere.

And if you've turned up,

The love within you will have been strengthened through this.

And the love within me gets strengthened.

It's both ways.

It's always both ways.

Okay,

Well,

We'll come to the end,

But I just wonder if anybody's got anything that's urgent to,

If there's a question or comment,

If something's really something demanding to come forward.

Yeah.

Or maybe you're just all zoned,

You know.

Oh,

Franka,

Yeah.

You're all zoned in the love.

It's the strongest thing.

It's what you are.

And please,

You know,

If I have any impact on your life,

If you get the self-forgiveness thing,

If you get that the bad and good in you is even just a tiny bit less for having known me,

Then I am blissed out of my tree.

Oh,

You guys,

Thank you.

I'm very moved.

I'm very moved that you turn up and that you think about love in your days and that you want to live in the creator's energy and that you're willing to go me too to overcome like the self-consciousness or Carlos Castaneda would say that Don Juan called it self-importance.

You know,

If you know the Don Juan books,

Self-importance,

Self-consciousness,

All this stuff,

It just gets,

It just dissolves over time.

Okay.

All my love.

Just all my love coming to you all the time.

Yeah.

Let's see.
