You have no idea. Anyway, Talia, I was up for hours before this satsang and enormous cooking and getting material from all levels. And part of it's, Yeah, Just on all levels and feeling into how to, Oh, Atindra, Good. Atindra, Good to see you. How do you communicate with you? Like, I mean, Really, I know my soul's doing it, So I don't have to stress, But I just remember what the journey's like and how important it is that you feel your value, Okay? That you feel your value even as you stay open to allowing your soul energy in to perfect you, Basically. I mean, That's how we become more perfect is we allow our soul energy in. So, You know, If you think to yourself, I'm going to allow this video to get through to my heart, It will. Lydia, Good to see you. Often, You know, I take a lot of, In the past, Like I've taken too much responsibility. I go like, Okay, The outcome that I want for this satsang is to touch all your hearts. And that's great, But it won't work without your intent. And the more powerful your intent, The more this will reach your heart, Or in worst case scenario, Rattle your defenses. And rattle your defenses as your soul is actually beginning to dissolve them. See, It is your faith in yourself that matters on the journey. It really matters, That instinctive self-confidence that a child has. Because you could be like, You know, This one who really, I mean, I've told you that the channels, You know, When I go around in my 30s, They go, Well, If you ever get through all this, Like over and over, I heard what an Everest ego I had. But thing is, What this one's has, And I had from the beginning, Was this incredible instinct of trust in myself. So, You know, So this one dropped an atom bomb on her life. And, You know, I had the confidence to stand there and go, Oh, Well, Let's try again, You know? Which is like a little child, When they fall over, They just get up again. Please, If that can be transmitted, Or if that can come to you through the influence of this work, I would feel so blessed. Yeah, It's just that willingness. You know, You see, If you've got the willingness to believe in yourself, You can reach self-realization, Because that's all self-realization is. When that belief in yourself finally melts the ego, You know, I'd say belief in yourself plus wisdom finally melts the ego. And I have spent a lot of time chasing people, You know, Like going like, Oh, You can do it, You can do it. And I'm doing that less now, Because it doesn't work. The people that really wanna wake up do, And the people that don't want to, They don't. But my encouragement is for the people on the cusp, Basically. And, You know, None of you are doing anything wrong. Please, It's that miserable sinner stuff, Or I'm doing it wrong. That is your ego, Okay? Because your soul would never say that, Okay? I mean, Can you get the logic of that? Your soul is never, Yes, This is it. I mean, If you can get the logic of that, Then a door in your mind and your heart could open into this self-confidence that I'm talking about. Good, Good. You know, In this group of people, There is enormous generosity of spirit. Yeah, I mean, You know, It's present in this one, But it's present in you guys. I can feel it. It's like attracts like, Okay? Yeah, Or it's that simple. Okay, So what I'm wanting to see is the generosity of spirit offered back to yourself. Truly, Like, Thank you guys. Truly, There I was without a home, Without money, Lost my kids, Lost my sanity, And I just, Given half a chance, Started believing in myself again. Do you know what? I've just been written off by my family and friends. I've wanted to really get, Like, Feel emotionally what I stood up from, And it was this instinct of confidence in myself and the obligation to take care of my children and not want to see them get stuck in the patterns that I had, You know, Been in, Not wanting to see a repeat. It was, It's like there's a nobility of spirit that comes to the fore that helps you get up again, Try again, And believe in yourself. It's like, You know, I did it for my kids. You could do it for the world. You could do it because you just don't want too many more lifetimes, If any, But the thing is, You see, We have to get over ourselves because if we don't get over ourselves, I'll tell you, You're gonna get abandoned. If you don't get over your ego, If you don't open the door to the higher thing, You will get abandoned. In fact, In the course of your life, You will get trauma, Major trauma at least three times because the universe will keep knocking at your door, At least if you wake up. I mean, It keeps knocking at your door because it's why we're here. Self-realization is the point of life, You know? So your point of power is, As the universe knocks at your door, As you greet the events and say, Okay, This is happening for my clearing, How can I rise to express the best of myself? How can I walk forward, Put Amma in my heart and walk forward, Put the creator in my heart and walk forward, Express the creator in my heart? That's it. That's it, I'm starting to burp. There's movement, It's good. You're all looking very beautiful to me, By the way. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, So take that home, Okay? Take that home, Uh-huh. So notice in your body, You know, Notice if your heart's expanding or contracting with this, Or if you're just neutral. There's so much energetic information coming to you. And yeah, In support of you, Yeah. It's coming through my words, But also around them and inside them. Okay, So I feel like, You know, Like this loving parent who's getting, You know, Asking all these kids to just stand up, Little two-year-olds to stand up, Okay? Now you're standing. Okay, Now it's a matter of learning how to walk, How to walk in your integrity. And some of you already know this and are doing it, And others are, You know, You're hesitating, You're not wanting to jump in. And it's okay, But it's kind of like, How long are you gonna wait, You know? It's just much happier to start walking it. And if your best friend is that, Your mantra or your, You know, That focus on self-compassion, I mean, If you make self-compassion your best friend, I mean, That's what I did. Yeah, Does anybody have any questions or comments? Is there anything in the last couple of weeks that's been up for any of you? Not that there needs to be, But I just wanted to give you an opportunity. There's so much to talk about. I'm almost speechless, Really. Yeah, Prima Suda, May I ask you something, Just comment my last week? Yeah. I find it very exhausting with work. It's like a big proof or something going on. I don't know, Like opening my heart with all the stress and hectic in school with lots of new kids. And I have asthma. And so I always try to move back into my heart and embrace myself. And yeah, Just like you said, Be compassionate. Yes. With myself. Yes. Yeah, I feel I'm on my way, But it's in everyday work, It seems sometimes. So I see myself and think, Oh God, What am I doing? It's not the right way. Step back and relax and don't try to be so hard on the kids or on myself. It's like, I'm on my way trying to improve. Yeah, Okay. So there's, You know, This is what I think is happening. You're going up into like a subtler form of your ego when you're going like, Okay, I'll step back, You know, And I'm feeling like, Do you have a really heartfelt compassion for this woman who is trying to wake up more deeply and has got like 25 little kids from all kinds of families in this time where there's lots of disturbances going on? I mean, Do you have like a heartfelt compassion or are you doing kind of a mental gymnastic? Okay, You guys, This mental gymnastic is apart from a heartfelt compassion. Yes. Right, I know, It's what we're like, Right? And you can't even legislate a heartfelt compassion, But you can just keep witnessing. Pardon? I can't hear you. My internet is not very good. Sorry, Sweetie. Can you hear me now? Yeah. Yeah, You're gonna just witness it. Like, You know, Imagine your soul witnessing you and your struggles on all levels and your struggles to come out of your ego, All of it. Just, Do you see what I mean? It's kind of like I would checkmate myself with compassion. Every avenue I tried to escape, I would just be compassionate about that. I would be compassionate about this single mother who didn't have enough money, Who blah, Blah, Blah, Blah. I would just keep it. Sweetie, It's your will. It's like, Which way is your will set? You know, Do you really want your freedom? Yeah. Right, Okay, Good. You're deepening your, This is the point of satsang because Sabine is actually deepening her intention now just with presenting this to the group. Yeah, That's it. You see, You guys, We grow through exposure. It's when we expose these things that the light can come on and then the defenses are exhausted. They get, They dissolve. Yeah, You can do this, Sabine. You're going to, Sweetie. So actually, You already did it. You already made the big shift in that session we had. You're just going to discover it. And it's way more compassionate. The shift you made in your body is way more compassionate than you have any idea of. And you tapped up to universal energy with that and you're just going to find out what you did over time. So the more, You see, It's sort of like we can back out or we can turn and face it. Do you see what I mean? Yeah. Right, Right. If you just turn and face the fact that you really have gone into life number two energetically in the blueprint, You opened up, Your heart just made this total connection to universal energy. So the small steps probably aren't going to work that well for you in the sense of just go like, Turn to the creator and go, Okay, Show me my next step. Show me what you want. I give up. Right, I mean, You don't have anything to lose. I mean, You might, You guys, I don't know whether it's just women, But really we just have to be braver, You guys. We're like, We're so scared. Yeah, We're like, We're way too scared, We women. It's like, Come on. It's like you have nothing to lose. If you think about your life, It's not that satisfying. So it's like, What would you hold on to? Okay. Well, Right, The laughter of the recognition of truth. I mean, Yeah, I mean, This one's very dispassionate. So I'm like, A bit of a surgeon, You know? And transitions aren't easy. We just walk through the transition. But I think maybe you're going to have to go on sabbatical. So you could think about that. Yeah. Thank you, Pramasutra. Sabine, I wish I could lift the struggle away, But you know, You can't. I mean, That's my vulnerability. It's like, I've tried to do that for people and we have to struggle. Yeah. Well, Thanks for showing that, Sabine. Thank you. Does anybody else have any questions or? Hi, Pramasutra, It's Bethlehem. Yes. Oh, I want to cry now I've just said my name. A quote that's come really strong into my head the past day is, She's not the wolf, She's the howl. And I feel this, And I don't know if desperation is the right word, Because sometimes I just don't know what I'm speaking with. But this urge is coming, I just want a voice. And I have this desire to scream and to howl and to be me. And I have moments where I'm talking, I'm expressive, I keep on folding in and becoming a reclusive part of me. And I just manage to come out in waves and I feel myself again and folding in. And I'm just, Yeah, There's a sense of desperation that I know that I need to open. I'm aware of how I keep creating these barriers then I have to keep letting them go or trying to. But it's, Yeah, And it's just this strong feeling over and over just to open up and to. . . Yeah, Then you're, Again, It's the same a little bit. It's like you're trying to do too much, You know? Yeah. Like, You know, If I felt like howling, I'd howl. Like, You know, I didn't, I just did stuff, You know? Like. . . I wanted to, Honestly, Well, Bhajan's been very good to me to like call as loud as I can in the Bhajan's just like my voice has been coming out. And then, Yeah, That means there's some woods. So we need to like disappear into the woods and just, Yeah. And so in an environment on my own, I'd be like, Would be doing it. And just, Again, I get overly conscientious of where I am. I need to let that go. Sweetie pie, You're like a fly caught in a web. A thought. It's like, Just, You know, It's actually your entertainment, Bethan. And I say this with great love in my heart. Like, And none of the stuff I say is criticism, You guys. It's just feedback. It's, Bethan, This is how you entertain yourself is going round and round in the stuff. Yeah. Okay. So. Totally agree. Yeah. So how about just start like this, Like really this, You know, I keep on, Like, I have been talking about the practice of self-compassion for 40 years. I could count on my hand, The number of people who actually do it, But it's actually in a way, All that I've got to offer. Do you see what I mean? Because that practice brought me into my soul energy. And really you're asking me, How do I get from my head to my soul energy? And really it's just, You know, My way was just this constant self-compassion or people use mantras. Yeah. I know I'm in a cycle and I just like, I could see it repeating and I was like, Yeah. You know, Sometimes I would have sleepless nights about it. You know, Just, You see part of you puts yourself under a microscope and you watch yourself like a fly trying to get out of the spider web. Do you see what I mean? So you've got a magnifying glass about the process of this fly trying to get out of the web. And it's just, You need to drop the magnifying glass and just put your arms around yourself or find a creative outlet. Like you guys, I can't take the pain. Look, I cannot take the pain of resistance away. Okay, Do you get that? I can't. I can't. What you can do about it is you guys can surrender. You can surrender to self, Self-surrender, Or you can understand where the resistance came from. Like the way of the Yanni, The wisdom way is to understand yourself, To understand the little child within. Or you don't even have to do that. You can just self-surrender, Surrender to yourself, To Amma. And just watch yourself, Observe how horrible it is to be stuck in resistance. Really, You guys, It's this simple. It's just this. It's just life. You just watch yourself. And you can email me about it and I'll be really compassionate. I'll put a few snippets, But I can't surrender for you. You see, The bottom line is we get what we want. Okay, Now really understand this. We get what we want. So if you're really interested in your mind and all its machinations, You will get more and more mind. If you're really, Really interested in your soul, In what created this world, You're really interested in that, You really want to embody it, Then that's what will happen. And teachings are just kind of reminders, You know? And it's not to give yourself a bad time. Do you understand? Like I've had to see incredible darkness in myself to get to however far along I am. Do you understand that? Nobody could save me from it. I had to see the games I was playing, The tricks I was playing, The darkness I was carrying, The resentments, The self-pity, Like nobody could lift it from me. Even Amma, You know, She can lift what the person allows to be lifted when she hugs. She can only go as far as she gets permission from the person. Yeah. And you know, There's a tremendous freedom in this. It's actually, If you realize it, It will bring you back to the fact that you're the point of power. Like it's a big relief, It's a big wonder. And Beth, And you know, Sweetie Pie, You know the music that I've recommended, Like the Elkineer, The music, Or subliminals, Just anything you can do to support yourself, Creativity. And you know this, You just go through these phases, Right? Where you get stuck in resistance and then it clears and you feel better. Yeah, Yeah. I agree. Yeah, I mean, This is the motherhood part of what I read all this work. It's like, You know, Sometimes we have to be just a little bit of spiritual mothering of, Ah, You're caught in resistance again, You can get out of this, It's okay. You know, Part of the reason why the journey is like, You know, When you're speaking to everybody and there are all kinds of levels that everybody's hearing this at. So it's to, You know, Have something for everyone. And again, My soul does it. But I want to, I just want to explain something to you. Is there's a part of the journey, It's before self-realization starts and self-realization takes time, But where you experience kind of massive pain on your right heart, On the right side of your body. Yeah, And when this happened to me, I was at the ashram and I was like, What is this? I thought I was like, It was cancer gone amok or heart attack and all of you guys who know me, Know it's not, I'm not, I usually downplay physical things. So it's really alarming. Well, I'll tell you what's happened after that. What this did for me is it let go. And this is the point on the journey. This is the step where the person moves out of the ordinary concrete reality and the ordinary concrete reality no longer operates for that person. Okay, So ever since then, Increasingly, It's been much more like living in a dream or a fairy tale. Okay, So do you see, These are parts of the journey and until you actually go through them, There's a daughter, Hi, Maxie, Daughter, Yeah. Until you actually go through these steps, You won't get the deeper comprehension. But I'm telling you this for the reassurance that the deeper comprehension is possible and you just keep going. And even if you feel that you're like the kid at the back of a class who's the failing student, You're not, Just keep going. And remember what I said about having confidence, You're a divine being. But my point is I could never have come to the understanding that I have without going through that step. Now, It is possible to jump over a whole bunch of spiritual steps if you're really, Really keen. If you're really, Really committed, You can actually go A to Z, Kind of. But you have to be really clear that you really want to embody your divinity for that to happen. Also, The reason I'm talking about this incident, About this step, With this pain that came up, And that's why what I say won't make sense to your linear mind, Because I'm not there anymore. But it's a deeper understanding that is coming through. So just hearing it will strengthen your heart, Even if it doesn't make too much logical sense, Just hearing it. Yeah. Okay. And remember, Your soul is taking you through the steps, And you will be brought to exactly what you need at the right time. And your power is in how you greet it. For example, I'll tell you something's happened in my life. You know, With someone like me, People tend to either fall in love with me, Or sometimes they have great kind of resistance to me. And the property manager is, I upset him. I mean, My presence upsets his defenses. And it's been fraught, My dealings with him. And this last time, Coming back from my visit with Amma and lovely guys in Germany, Is this time, I said to him, And I said to him with total neutrality, Mark, I'm gonna start documenting all of our interchanges. And I'm also writing this history of our changes, Of our interchanges, That if I have to send this to the owner of the building, Will be included. Now, By doing that, I actually freed myself. And this is why action is important sometimes. Like it was presenting yet again, This guy's kind of rudeness with me. And it was like, I was just at the end. Okay, So right after that, I experienced a much lighter feeling. And I experienced more freedom internally. Okay, Now we'd say in a way that wasn't nice behavior, But nice hadn't worked with him. So I stood for myself. Yeah. And I didn't allow myself to indulge in any negative emotions or anything. I just did the, I just did this karate chop kind of, So this in my experience, Sabine, Are you there? Yeah, This is the kind of thing we need to do. And what women will tend to do is they'll second guess themselves. They go like, Oh, I'm not being nice. Oh, I should be holier. I should be gentler. I should be blah, Blah, Blah. And sometimes you just have to do a karate chop to free yourself. And when this happened with Mark, I was doing it internally and externally. Do you understand? Yeah, It was kind of like, Right. Now, This action came from more of the witnessing in me. It did not come from the ego in me. It actually came basically from the soul for me to do this. It was not a reactive ego thing. And this is what you guys, You have to like go internal enough to be able to tell the difference. I just knew with the last interchange, What if I said, My fridge wasn't working. And he kept on putting off phoning the technician. He kept on saying like, Well, Maybe it was gonna start working again. It was like five days with no fridge. It's like, I was like, Hello. If it had been his fridge, It would have been fixed the next day, Right? So, And he said to me, He thought there was something wrong with me. And it's like, I just want my fridge fixed. Do you see? So my point with my exposing this to you guys is to point up the humanness of it all, But that it came through to me really clearly that I had to really take a stand with this guy. So it's not to go around being confronted, But it's to take the action. When you start walking your talk, You have to know, You have to follow what actions to take, When to be soft, When to be hard. If you make a mistake, You can correct. This is real walking into integrity work outside a Nashram on the earth plane and how to do it. And there's nothing stopping any of us from achieving self-realization. I'll tell you, All you have to do is be super keen, Like extreme sport, Kind of keen. Yeah, Really, That's it. It's like an extreme sport. So you never forget about it. You're always training. Bethan, How are you doing right now? I've got the chuckles, Because you're saying, Like, Just give it a karate chop. It was just so perfect, Like absolutely perfect, What I needed to hear. And that's my problem at the moment, Is this gentleness and this kindness and overanalyzing. I just need to be me. Exactly. I know. And the amount of times I repeat it myself, Like recently, Like I can correct. If I make a mistake, I can correct first. And it's just so good to hear you say it, Because it'll go whack in my head more than, Yeah, Because the thing, I stop myself having a voice. So you saying that gives me that voice. It's like, Yes, I can do what I can say, And I can act, And then just, Yeah. Yeah, Bethan, That's it, Because you guys, You have to understand, When I surfaced from this mess in my 30s, I was being invited by my family, All the medical professionals and everyone to be a kind of medicated, Wounded person for the rest of my life, Like a failure-to-thrive person. And I was like, Screw that. And that's where first standing up came. It's like, No. Well, Actually, The first one was standing up to the leukemia, But opening the door to the possibility. It was, It could be healed. But this, And it's not only women that get stuck. I mean, Gentle men also do this. They pull in, They second-guess, They criticize themselves, And it's like, No, Right? You stand for your heart. You guys stand for your heart. That is what the walk of integrity is. You stand and you back up your own heart, The wisdom of the heart. And the whole point of self-compassion is to help you sink into your heart more, To start developing our hearts. Because most of us are walking around with 90% head, Really 10% heart, And we're trying to find happiness. Well, This is really good. There's a really powerful energy. I can feel a huge energy that's coming through my body, And yeah, I can taste it, Everything. That's it, Okay. Now, You guys, It's coming to all of you. Now, Don't, You may not feel it, Don't worry. Don't go, Oh, I'm not doing it right. La, La, La, La, La, La. Don't do that. Just go, It's coming. Yeah, Please, Don't, Don't, You just, I'll tell you, There's no time, And we're all gonna die, And we'll die with however much spiritual work we've done. So it's like, There's no time for any, That's it. Okay, That's it, That's good. Now, What I'm hoping is that you kind of adopt this attitude that comes through premasuddha, That you don't depend on premasuddha for it. Take it into your life, Adopt it, Uh-huh. Adopt it, Experiment with it. You don't have to do it overnight, But experiment, Because it is the walk your talk energy. And I'll tell you, It doesn't matter what mistake you make, If you're sincere on this walking, You will always be pulled out of it, I promise you. I made so many mistakes, And it was always okay. Right, It's like, You have your life, I mean, You're waking up, You can take your life and live the life that you came here to live. There's nothing stopping you. It's taken so long to wake up, You guys. Like, Who knows, You might not wake up for another 20 lifetimes. It's rare for people to wake up. And when people like Amma are not here so much, It's even harder to wake up than now. Yeah, And here you are waking up and just do your best. And Suzanne, Say, I am coming into my heart. Oh, You've got to, Maybe I can unmute you. Yeah. I think maybe you have to unmute yourself. Yeah, Suzanne. I am coming into my heart. Yeah, Right, Right, That's it. And it will bring more presence in your body. You will feel more present in your body. And when you're present in your body, Your body will give you more data about things. So you'll feel, You know, You'll feel the resistance maybe. It's okay to feel resistance. Keep a prayer going. That's it, That's it. Okay, No, No, This is, No. I mean, This is where it gets Alice in Wonderland is it's already happened, Right? It's already happened. So the whole thing's moot, You know? But what's already happened is we have all come together and you're listening to, I'm listening to your presences and receiving your presences very deeply. And you're receiving mine and hearing what I'm saying. And it was ordained that you would hear this at this time. And it will be for an important reason. Because I'll tell you, I was cooking, Like I've been up since three o'clock in the morning. It's like, Oh, Good grief. There was so much energy. Sabine, You just went zzzt. Are you aware of that? What did you do in your head, Zzzt? Just when I said that, You went zzzt. You mean into my heart or? No, Down, Down to your old compression, To your old smaller self. Okay, I'll tell you what people do. Sometimes they'll hear me talk and they'll say, Oh, You know, I was up from three. And then they go, Well, I don't want to be up at night. And then they go zzzt. And it's like, Hello? You're gonna be up at night, Have a sleepless night, Even if you stay in your ego. What is that? I don't, If you're doing the ambivalent thing, Like you don't, Or if you are, Observe yourself, Witness yourself hearing that and being ambivalent. But you see, You guys, You will get, If you go back and forth, Like if you take a step forward and take a step back, Even in the satsang, You know what's gonna happen is the universe will just start putting pressure on you because you're not moving forward. What that does is that starts building, Life will start putting pressure on you because you're here to become self-realized. You're here to awaken. So if you're like ambivalent, Ambivalent, Ambivalent, And you come to satsangs like this, So you're on one level, You're being catalyzed. On another, You're playing games with it. Life will put pressure on you. And it's not that, You know, Everybody gets ambivalent sometimes. You're gonna have thoughts like that. But I'm, You know what? Because I'm so kind and compassionate, I've attracted a lot of people who did not wanna move and who just wanted attention, Okay? So this has become really clear to me. And that's not good use of the love coming through me. Right? That's it. And the love can come through you. We're all just doing our best, You guys. You know, I'm always surprised by these satsangs because I sort of, When I'm thinking about them, I'm thinking of kind of really giving more lectures, Actually, About the spiritual journey. But it always turns into kind of dynamic, Me going like this mother, Come on, Chop, Chop, Chop, Chop, Chop, Chop. It's all, It's just, That's the way it is. I don't know. And you're all, You know, Sometimes people are ambivalent for a year or two and then they jump in. So it's okay to be ambivalent, But just notice if it goes on for too long because I'll tell you, The universe will give you a whack. You guys, You see, True reality is we're divine beings and the rules of our lives come from the universe. They're not the rules of our civilization or our egos. Right? But it just takes so many years to see this, That by the time you actually get this, You're old. It's kind of, It's better to get it when you're young. Yeah. Bye, Franco. Bye. So I could look over my notes. One of the things that came up before I started the satsang was, You know, It's really a love affair between you and your soul that goes on, You know? And the poets like Rumi and Hafez they would talk about the beloved. And, You know, Your soul is really your beloved. And for your soul, You are the beloved. I don't understand that you are loved even more by your soul than you could possibly love your soul. Okay? So the reason for the, Okay, So think about if you embark on a love affair and you've got corrupt motives. So what happens? You know, It doesn't work. I mean, If a male or female, You know, Chooses to marry somebody for, I don't know, Money or good looks or fame or something, It's not a true meeting of minds and hearts. So the same thing happens in our relationship with our souls. So when you go to follow your truth and live your truth, One of the things that the universe will ask you to look at is where you're corrupt, Because what will happen is it will show itself. Life will show you where you're corrupt, Where your, You know, Where your ego's distorting your energy. And it will, Life will show it to you because it's coming up to be cleared. It's coming up to be released and healed because any corruption is always a misunderstanding because it's all God. And the more you realize that it's God, The safer and more supported you get, You become. So any manipulation or twisting or turning or trying to get something is a distortion. See, We can't really run from ourselves. We're faced with ourselves over and over and over. I focus on the purification process so that, You know, When you start to express or seek to walk your talk, You know, You'll be shown how you're, You know, You'll be shown something about your ego, How you're a bit off. And it's kind of inevitable, You know? I used to get audited by Revenue Canada. That was one of my, You know, As I came into more power, I'd get audited by Revenue Canada. It's like, Knock wood, I hope that's all over. And it would bring me into more trust because nothing was ever wrong and, You know, They backed off. But, You know, I'll tell you, That came, Not everybody gets that kind of, I don't mean to scare you with that. Like, You know, There were wonderful, Wonderful things that happened to me as a result of me moving into truth. Like, I started studying with Abraham and so I got to spend my summers in Hawaii with my little kids, Rather than being in a basement apartment with me screaming at them. They got, You know, And I see the universe doing that, You know, Because I said yes to the journey. For three months of the year, We spend time with Abraham. They ran around in Hawaii. You know, If I hadn't said yes to my journey, That never would have happened. Really, They would have been in a basement, We would have been in a basement apartment with me being mad at them all the time. Right. Anybody willing to come forward with a comment or a question? Which is really good, But today before the satsang, I just kind of, I get it and then I lose it, You know? Like I am connected and really I feel nourished, But then I just lose it. And I was like, Before this satsang, I was just like, I'm starving, You know? Like I'm so hungry. And I had this picture, Like I'm really this beggar and there is this horse, But I don't know how to get there, You know? It's brilliant. And then I just kind of, When I'm again this beggar, I'm getting this neurotic person, This crazy woman, You know, Just, Yeah, Going crazy with everything. Yeah. Yeah, Yeah. Okay, So it's very accurate. We're all beggars and lots of people at this time, They will choose to go into relationship. And it's like, As Amma says, It's two beggars trying to beg love from each other. Okay, So Agnes, It's like this great patience with this self-compassion. Self-compassion for this woman who connects up and then loses it. And for the fact she feels like a beggar, Do you see the self-compassion? Do you see, This is what your cells are carrying, All of you guys. This, It's actually in ourselves, This where we're not allowing the love in. So if you focus on self-compassion or the mantra, However you do it, What will happen, Or even music, Any creativity, What will happen is you will feel deep sorrow at this state of affairs that you're a beggar, That you can't receive. And when you feel this sorrow, What will happen is the elixir of your soul will start flowing into your cells. And most of us are scared to get down to the level of sorrow where this occurs, Where we actually, Where the dam breaks. And Agnes, I am infinitely grateful for you for speaking this because it allows me to shine the light on what is the hardest thing for me to communicate to people and that people wanna stay in my company without doing this. And I understand, But it's not gonna help until you learn how to do this. And Agnes, Like, Thank you. Your innocence I find off the charts. I just adore it. Yeah. Yeah, Okay, And take that home. Did you hear what I said to you? Yes. Right. The innocence I see in you is off the charts. You are deserving of infinite love and compassion and may you start to begin to feel it. And if you have to experience this sorrow, May the sorrow just be for 10 minutes because you can go down into it for 10 minutes. Yeah, I feel it now. Now I'm getting really upset and I have to cry because this cracks, This disconnection kind of, You know. So just stay with it. You guys, You stay with this. You don't run from it. This is what melts the dam. Yeah, And I salute you. I applaud you. It's this level that will bring more love to the world that will enhance your life, Will enhance your child's life. You see, When you get it, You will be able to give it to your son. Yeah. It's okay. It can feel like a chicken bone in your throat. It can feel like a, Yeah, It's the grief of the little child. You know, Not everybody wants to go here, Agnes, But this is pay dirt, What you're doing. It's absolute pay dirt. But you know, If you guys can't get there yet, Don't worry. Just be compassionate with yourself. Tell the universe that you want to be brought to this within six months. You see, We're powerful. Don't ever write yourself off. Okay, Agnes, How about you? You tell the universe that you want to be through this, I don't know, Within what? How long? A day, A week, Two weeks? Six months. Six months? Oh, Sweet. It's too long. That's too long. It's like, It made me think of the fly in the spider web trying to get off. Like, How about this? How about I come in a dream to you I come in a dream to you and I help you with this. Would you allow this? Okay, Okay. And that maybe the shift's made really easily and quickly in the highest good possible way, Okay? Does that feel okay? Or scary? Is that scary? I have ready to cry because I'm just so sad, You know? But I'm kind of starving for this. I'm really, Yeah. Sweetie pie, The sadness, You know, There's a sweetness in it. If you feel the sadness knowing that you're clearing the resistance, There's a sweetness to it. But you avoided my question when I said, Are you okay with this? A dream coming from me, Me coming to you in a dream and helping you with this? Yes, Please, Yes. Okay, And how about as soon as possible? Tonight. Okay, So be it, Okay? So, And email me tomorrow. Okay, And don't worry about the outcome of this because it will be, You guys, This is how I've made the progress I would make. I would do stuff like this. It's like, I would say, Okay, I wanna be through this. And then it would happen. You can't say, You can't force it. You can't get your ego in there saying, Your ego trying to take over and saying, Okay, I'm gonna try and fix you. It's not that. It's when you so want to connect up to the universe and there's something your ego's doing and it's done it so many times and you feel stuck. It's like, You can write a letter to the universe saying, I am willing for this to be cleared in the highest good possible way and you have it burned and burn it. And then that will set it in motion. You see, You guys, So many of you, You know what you do. You feel bad about yourselves. You feel sorry for yourselves and you go around in the resentment. Huh? And then you wonder why you're not making more progress. You know? Yeah, Really, Bottom line, You guys. I mean, And you know, If you're just observing the resentment, That's all you can do because all the emotional garbage you got is coming from other lives. You have no control over it. Your choice is to allow it to heal or not. Agnes, Let's stretch it out. Let's just not say tonight. Let's say within a week, Okay? Yes. But please email me, Okay? Yes. I guess I was just thinking back on my painting class experience last week while we were talking about this, While you were mentioning being exposed and me feeling totally exposed in that class. And yeah, I didn't know if I should share the story or I just, Yeah, That was resonating with me. You don't have to. No, You don't have to. Yeah. And while you were talking, I just kept thinking like this whole thing is a giant cosmic riddle. Like that just kind of popped into my head and it's already been done. And yeah, There's some peace in that, I feel. Yeah. I don't know if that makes sense. Yeah, There's some peace in it. Good, Because it's like, Ama talks about if you're on a train, You don't have to put your suitcase on top of your head. The train will carry your suitcase. You don't have to carry it, Right? So yeah, If we realize it's, Our soul's doing everything, It's done everything actually. And I've said this to you before, I think it's how intuition works, Because we already know. Yeah, Yeah, I feel that. Okay, Good, Good. Okay, Well, We're coming up to an hour. And you guys, Let me know if you ever wanna do these once a week, Because we could do that. Otherwise, Does anybody, Just in closing, Is there any comments or questions or anything? There's a lot of light and love wanting to come to all your bodies, I can feel it. You know, When you turn up for these things, You turn up the heat, Alex, Good, Right? You turn up the heat. So the more you think to yourself, You know, The compassion, Or I'm allowing love into my body, Or you think of what is the most highest good. I used to, With everything that happened, I would say, What is the highest good response for me? I didn't have a set of rules. It was, Okay, What's the highest good? And then I would do it. And then if I was wrong at all, I would get a correction, But it would be okay. There'd be no drama or anything, No big drama. But it's just living like that and expressing the love within you, Letting it in. It feels a little bit to me that it's behind all of you rather than being allowed in. So I'm gonna work with all of you guys during the week to help the love come in. Okay, You know what? Even that reassurance, You guys let it in. Yeah, It's really subtle. Some of you might feel it, Some of you won't, But all of you let it in with that. Sometimes we just need a little bit of spiritual mothering. I get it. It's just for me, I have to watch the spiritual mothering versus indulging people, You know? So yeah, Right. Okay, All of you are made out of light. All of your bodies are made out of light. There's nothing, Hmm, There's nothing separate. You are the divine in human form. It's just your ego tells you otherwise. Do you see? That is the big joke. Your ego is telling you otherwise, But I'm seeing your divinity. Oh, So it's just a matter of like observing thoughts and self-compassion and going through all the ups and downs and believing in yourself and also realize that everybody falls on the journey, And someone like me, I will get tough with people if they're unwilling. It's like if their soul wants them to see something, But they're unwilling, And if the soul's really agitating to me to bring it to their attention, I will. Amma did this for me. One time she got kind of mad at me because I always had that thought. Well, When I'm really enlightened, I'll have a house. Somebody will give me a house or I'll be able to buy a house. And she, After some years of me walking around like that with a distortion, Okay, With the distortion of my journey with that, She like sat on me and was like, Okay, I don't need the house. It's okay, I'd rather have enlightenment. Give me enlightenment, Who cares about a house? But she sat on me, It was unpleasant. So don't be surprised if I sit on you sometimes. If you're not getting something that your soul wants you to, And just don't go around in like too much poor you or anything, Just go like, Okay, Show me the next step. Show me what's, Show me. You know, Be, Be innocent. Go, Okay, Show me then, Show me universe, Show me what I'm missing, You know? I didn't go around going, Oh, Amma, You're like, That's so terrible that you sat on me or got mad at me. I went like, Yay, Thank you. You guys, There's so much love coming to you. I can just feel it. And it's like these satsangs are good reminders. Maybe once every two weeks is enough. It probably is. So let's just stay with that.
