Take a comfortable seat.
Sit up nice and tall,
Then softly close your eyes.
Lift your left hand up in front of your heart and let it represent the past.
Now lift your right hand up to meet your left hand,
Letting it represent the future.
As both palms join together in prayer in front of your heart,
Take one deep full breath in.
And slowly exhale.
As we embrace this one moment,
We let go of the past and the future.
Gently bow your head.
It is through presence that we return to our power once again.
Through this practice,
May we choose to expand internally and extend beyond what we believe is possible to becoming.
Very gently lift your chin.
Release your hands.
Keep your eyes softly closed.
Turn the palms of your hands to face down on your legs.
Breathe consciously in through your nose and gently out.
Mouth is closed.
Lower jaw is loose.
Eyes soft.
Face soft.
Breath is becoming softer too.
Several breaths here.
Continue to breathe slowly and deeply,
Yet going a step further as you inhale.
Hold the breath at the top for a brief pause.
Then slowly release the breath completely from your lungs.
Repeat that.
Inhale deeply and briefly hold it.
Exhale slowly,
Emptying the breath from your lungs in full.
Once more,
Just like that.
Inhale and hold it.
Very slowly exhale fully.
Continue this way of breathing for a few more rounds.
As your breath is lengthening,
It is also deepening,
Ushering you further and further into stillness.
Return here to gentle breathing.
Yet as you do so,
Bring your awareness into the space in between your inhalations and exhalations.
As you highlight this space,
Notice more space in your mind.
Rest in presence for a few moments while preserving a nice potency through your spine.
In order to become,
We must align with our true essence.
Yet,
As human beings,
During times of transition,
We tend to resist or contract.
This resistance or fear is only temporary and is not who we truly are.
It is simply trying to protect us.
Through this awareness,
We return back to witness mode.
As we witness,
We acknowledge what's here.
To soften and open and awaken compassion once again.
It is through witnessing that we transmute all fear back to love.
As an offering of compassion towards yourself.
Bring your left hand across the midline to wrap around your rib cage.
Then bring your right hand to your forehead with your fingers gently wrapping atop your skull.
Breathing softly,
Let your head and neck completely release in towards your heart.
Here we encourage a release of all tension from deep within ourselves.
This could be an old way of thinking or habit.
Anything that doesn't serve our spirit in the highest.
Much like an old pair of shoes that has been in our closet for years.
And we've worn these shoes so many times.
Where perhaps there are even holes in these shoes.
And it is time to let these shoes go.
We can simply choose to see fear in this way.
As an energy,
Much like the old pair of shoes,
No longer supporting us and ready to be released here now.
Just a few more breaths with your hands supporting you in this way.
Gently release your hands down to your legs once again.
Where here we can inwardly ask,
What am I afraid of?
Often this is judgment.
As you tenderly witness,
Notice how automatically you begin to soften through this observation.
Now lift your awareness up to rest within the space in between the two hemispheres of your brain.
Softly breathe into this region where immediately you sense an even deeper clearing.
A few moments to do so.
To rise and glance from higher self.
And land within your sacred heart where compassion rules and you allow all fear,
Doubt,
Stagnancy to now exit.
Breathing into your heart,
You are releasing and expanding simultaneously.
To locate more space than you even thought possible.
And discover newness.
Whenever we create connection from heart to mind,
We are listening intuitively to return to our true self and welcome the resonances we most need right now.
Clarity,
Trust,
Courage,
Inspiration.
Allow the frequencies you need to emerge from your sacred heart and pervade your whole space.
Feeling your body,
Feeling your breath.
Feeling how softening is becoming more of an embodied state.
Where there is more belief within yourself and your journey.
We are limitless beings,
Each having a human experience.
It is here that we remind ourselves that endless possibilities lie ahead.
Sense a more expanded version of yourself.
You in your highest light.
The glory of what you are.
Knowing where to go and what to do in divine timing.
Lift both hands up to gently rest on your heart and once again,
Let your awareness rest in between the components of your breathing.
Where you notice more depth and volume within your experience and in you.
To inwardly inquire.
Who am I becoming?
Only to realize there's nowhere to get to because we're already here in presence.
It is through presence that we look no further than our own hearts.
And know that the love we seek lies deep within ourselves always.
For we are this love.
This remembrance is what this practice is all about.
Fold your hands in prayer in front of your heart and gently bow your head smiling.
To be coming in this way,
We open our hearts.
Approaching all from the beautiful place of grace.
Just a few more moments to receive.
For the gift of this practice we humbly bow.
Very gently lift your chin.
Release your hands and softly open your eyes.
Thank you so much.
And now my stay.
