The most important thing is how simple it is to do. Try this breeze from your nose awareness method. When you have clear ankers with your new habits it is so much easier to move forward. Thank you for taking the time listening to this recording.

Today's journey is about breath,

Breathing through the nose and just getting so much more from your life.

Creating small little anchors to remind us to breathe from our nose.

Perhaps when we are opening a door we remember to breathe from our nose.

Perhaps every time we go to bed the first thing we remember is to take some time to take a deep relaxing breath from your nose.

In this journey we will try to establish this and get strong grounding on those anchors.

Daily small habits we open the fridge,

Deep breath from your nose.

We open the car door,

Deep breath from your nose.

Very very simple to do and will truly improve your life.

I find myself driving my bike,

Looking at the sea and just breathing from my nose full of awareness and I just can't stop breathing from my nose and being aware of breath.

Amazing.

And you can have all small anchors perhaps going to the toilet.

Every time you are going to the toilet deep breath.

Every time you drink water of course come to that saying water and breath,

Deep breath.

Today I am just giving a talk about breath and not so much meditation,

Relaxing and going deeper and deeper inside.

This is not what we are doing here today.

Just sharing with you my thoughts about breath and I noticed in the last year or so everywhere I go I have got all those little habits and everything I do I just breathe from my nose.

I hardly breathe from my mouth anymore.

Just completely breathing from your nose and being aware of it.

Not only so when you are actually opening your door you take a deep breath and you just come back to who you truly are self.

Getting out of your mind.

What we want to do is to be in our real state.

A little voice inside at all times for as long as possible then we create those anchors and then it will just now start to happen 20-30 times a day and you are going to have so many anchors and within weeks it will become kind of a habit.

It's actually very very simple and you are lucky to listen to this recording.

In your mind small little anchors,

So simple and every time you pick up your child that's a nice one.

You take a deep breath from your nose.

You can create so many anchors depending on your day.

Every time as you sit down the first time of the day working or sitting to eat or something whatever drinking a coffee,

Tea,

Deep breath from your nose of course.

Not for how long you are going to stay.

As long as it will stay.

We are only about starting.

We don't think or bother about how long it will take and what will happen after.

That's all we do.

Create all your small anchors as you go out of the door,

As you go into the car,

As you sit somewhere in the office or at work.

Let's say you make pizza.

This is your job.

Every time you put pizza in the oven for a few just deep breaths from your nose.

Stuff like that.

Whatever your job is,

Whatever you do.

Every time you do one of those normal things that you do every day.

Deep breath from your nose.

Simple but truly changes a life.

You find yourself breathing from your nose all over the place and it will bring awareness into your life.

You will be out of your mind,

Out of the thinking and chattering of the mind.

You will have a better quality life.

Everything will just click better.

That's been my experience.

So much more awareness of course.

Breathing.

Of course breathing from your nose only.

Trying to avoid breathing from your mouth.

Just when you're not talking or eating you should be breathing from your nose.

So that's today's talk.

I thought I'd talk about it a little bit.

It's something that I do and I thought I'd share with everybody.

In my last recording I talked about Aponopono.

I'll say a few words more here about Aponopono.

It's something that came from Hawaii.

There's a doctor over there and he started it.

You just have to say.

You can google it if you want to find out more.

What is Aponopono?

It's something a lot of people use and you just use a mantra of four words.

I love you,

I forgive you,

I'm sorry and thank you.

I love you,

I forgive you,

I'm sorry and thank you.

You just keep saying that and that clears everything.

It's a very interesting concept.

Very true in my view.

You should google it and have a look.

There's songs as well.

Everything is just about repeating in your mind those words.

I love you,

I forgive you,

I'm sorry and thank you.

I leave you with Aponopono.

Of course every time you're doing Aponopono if you're starting to do it now.

Every time you say I love you,

I forgive you,

I'm sorry and thank you.

Deep breath after that from your nose comes without saying.

I thought I'd talk a little bit different today.

I had a bit of energy to do a talk so I thought I'd do it.

All about breath.

Create your anchors and actually do it.

This actually works and it's so simple.

We all like simple easy things and this is one of those things.

So easy to do.
