Listen to the beats while you listen to your breath.

In your heart.

Just be with the drums.

Tune in.

Feel that aliveness in you.

You think it's stopping?

It's coming back.

It's coming back.

Feel the adventurous side of you.

The jungle side of you.

Move your body if it wants to move.

Listen to your breath.

Feel the energy inside.

Shaking up.

Feel the heat in your body.

Your heartbeat rising.

You might even feel discomfort.

Just be with that too.

Keep breathing.

Keep breathing.

Let it move through you.

The fire.

The energy.

Feel it in your stomach.

Spinning around.

Wild.

Rampant.

Rampant energy.

Picture a blazing fire.

A wildfire.

In your heart.

And take some deeper breaths.

Take some deeper breaths.

Take some breaths.

Notice what you're feeling.

Notice the temperature in your body.

Your heartbeat.

And your energy.

And now open your eyes.

Imagine snow was just falling down right now.

And everything just starts settling down.

Settling down.

How do you feel in this moment?

Share something in the chat.

Euphoric.

Yeah,

What else?

Peaceful but still wanting to shake my body.

Do it.

Shake it out.

Whatever's still there,

Just move it around you.

Move your neck.

Move your shoulders.

Get into the body.

All of you actually.

Just shake it out a little bit.

Let it feel fluid inside you.

So today is all about the creative fire.

The mode of fearless action.

Before we go into that,

If you've been here for the past two days,

This is a three day series.

What insights have you had so far?

Did anyone try the homework that I gave you yesterday?

Or if you've just been coming to the sessions,

What have you got from them so far?

Day one was all about tapping into that stillness,

The wisdom.

Beyond the analytical mind.

Day two,

Yesterday,

Was about the heart.

It was about love,

Connection.

Being your own hero.

And no one's coming.

No one's coming.

We have to be our own hero first.

And today is about taking those learnings and now feeling into,

Okay,

Well,

If I'm my own hero,

If I'm opening my heart,

If I'm more wise,

Then I can go and take some wise and loving actions to change my life.

Because one thing is the inner world,

The state.

But we also have to go and do stuff to create our world.

Yes,

Your energy state is pivotal,

Hence why I,

You know,

You know me by now,

I'm all about tapping into deeper wisdom,

Better states.

But if you want to create your future,

Actions are necessary.

That leads to success.

And success isn't just about career or money or whatever you think success might be.

It's those things as well.

But it's just being someone who can go and take action.

Go and do your best.

A success.

So tell me what you got from the past two days.

What have been your insights so far?

How has this been useful?

You've invested your time on this.

So what have you got from it?

That's what I want to know.

Could be doing anything else.

Okay,

So Tahitian drum is the heartbeat.

Nice.

Okay,

Awesome.

I'll check it out.

Diana says you drew a picture.

Cool.

I would love to see that.

Send that to me.

I'd love to see it.

Infinite says what I've learned so far is the importance of self-reliance and alignment between heart,

Head and heart.

Yeah,

That's it.

That's what the first two days were about,

Head and heart.

You know,

The thing of indecision comes when we are fighting ourselves.

There's an internal war going on.

Heart saying one thing,

Head saying the other,

Right?

The classic.

I've been there millions of times.

Trapped inside my own making.

Head and heart,

Conflict.

But if you can align those two,

Then that's half the battle.

Because they're fighting because the head is driven off safety and protection and it's got programs of what might happen.

Whereas the heart is trying to move you forward.

So of course they're going to be in conflict.

But when you take the seat back,

You become the driver of your car and you take ownership and you step into the heart,

Now the head becomes your co-pilot.

It becomes the one that's helping you now.

Because it's a very useful tool to have that mind,

Right?

If used in the right way.

So it's not about saying my head is the bad part or you know how there's all these books around kind of like putting your head into exile.

It doesn't like that.

That's not useful.

I've tried that.

I've tried all the things to push my thinking away and suppress it and kill it.

You know,

Someone said to me once,

I want to kill that part of me.

And I was like,

You can't.

And that's the problem.

You're trying to kill it.

You can't kill it.

You can only bring it with you.

And of course it's challenging.

It's not easy.

So head and heart aligned.

One of the biggest challenges of every human.

But then it's like,

Well,

Action.

What about action?

Because you can be aligned inside and say,

You know,

Here's an example.

I sometimes work with people who want to start something new or going through a transition,

Right?

That's quite common.

They know what they want.

They really know.

They say deep inside myself,

I know what I want.

This is what it is.

So they've got that.

They've got to that place of kind of like head and heart is aligned.

But then as soon as it comes to making it real and going and doing stuff in the world,

They freak out.

Because it's like,

Oh,

Wow,

I've got to actually make this happen now.

And then there's these doubts and fears and it continues.

And nothing happens.

Nothing changes.

And again,

That was me.

So most of the people that are coming to me or who want to work with me are a version of me.

It's definitely me.

I struggled with action the most.

I had all these ideas.

Millions of ideas.

Most of them died.

The dreams that die.

The things you wish you did that never actually happened.

Can anyone relate to that?

Put a yes in the chat.

And I'm not here to like bring you down.

I'm here to raise awareness so you know.

So you know that this is what occurs sometimes.

Because then you can take that and say,

Okay,

Well,

I don't want that to happen anymore.

And you can start shifting your mode of being.

Just like I had to do.

So let me just read what Millie said.

Yesterday,

Quit waiting for the snow plow to arrive for my driveway and save me.

And hand shovel the whole afternoon.

I love that.

Quit waiting.

The other thing I mentioned yesterday,

If you didn't make it,

Was there's this thing called a healing fantasy.

Where we're kind of waiting for that thing to come and we're waiting for that person to apologize or to give us the love that we're craving to tell us everything's going to be okay.

We're waiting.

Because maybe sometime when we were younger as kids,

We didn't,

You know,

There was something that felt missing.

So we spend our life waiting and waiting for someone to come and give us that fantasy.

And I said yesterday,

No one's coming.

Yeah,

People might come and be amazing in your life,

Right?

People might come and be the best thing you've ever had.

But we can't rely on that.

It has to be an inside job.

And from that place is empowerment.

Imagine,

Imagine just knowing that,

Oh,

This is me.

I've got to do this.

Wow,

This is mine now.

This is my challenge now.

This is not some challenge where I'm waiting for someone to come and pull me out of.

I can't blame anyone anymore.

I was blaming a lot of people without even knowing it most of the time.

It was like unconscious.

I was blaming,

I was waiting for healing fantasies.

I was getting into wrong relationships because I thought that would be a healing fantasy.

Can anyone relate to that one?

Put a yes in the chat if you can relate to that.

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

So then the relationships become a reflection of what you feel is missing in yourself.

And again,

There's nothing wrong with this.

This is just how we work as humans,

Right?

I'm not saying this is bad,

Don't do this.

But what I'm saying is just be aware of what's happening and look to see what can you do for yourself first or alongside your relationships.

Because then again,

It becomes you,

This is mine now.

Cool.

You own it now.

You own your challenges.

You've got to deal with it now.

So that's why we come into this day,

This final day of actions,

Fearlessness.

And right off the bat,

I want to ask you in the comment section,

What stops you from creating what you want?

What stops you?

What stops you from taking fearless action?

Put that in the chat.

I'm sorry to hear this Heather and I've just checked in the comments and a lot of people are giving you love.

That's what I love about this community.

It's just there's like-minded people who can connect to you.

So people so far are saying excuses about time.

Yeah,

Here's a funny story.

I was leading a group meditation session for this company.

They're a not-for-profit company.

And I was doing a session like this speaking and I did the whole session and then in the end the guy,

The CEO of it,

He said,

Raj,

Who has time for meditation?

We don't have time,

We got stuff to do.

And not just meditation,

He kind of said like,

Overall,

Like who has time for this kind of stuff,

Working on yourself like this.

And I said to him,

What do you think I said to him actually?

What would you say?

He called me in for this like conversation on well-being and right at the end he said,

In front of his whole team,

He was like,

Raj,

But who has time for this?

And I smiled on the inside.

I was like,

Hmm,

Which way do I go with this?

And I said to him,

Oh,

Okay,

Yeah,

I understand you're a busy man.

Do you have three minutes every day?

And he laughed,

He said,

Yeah,

Of course I have three minutes.

I said,

So what if you just did this for three minutes every day?

And he said,

Yeah,

I can.

So I said,

What happened to this time thing then?

And I said,

What about when you go to the bathroom?

How much time is spent?

What about when you're,

You know,

You're drinking a tea right now?

How long did that take you to create?

What about your phone?

And he's just,

He was like,

Ah,

I see your point.

It's never time.

It's always an excuse of time.

Because we have these things in our heads that it has,

It's bigger than it actually is this commitment we have to make.

So let's start on that.

It's bigger than we actually think.

That's what I used to think.

I was the worst.

Because I'd be,

You know,

I think that any action requires so much effort,

And I'm going to have to spend a lot of time and I had all these things and you know,

This whole thing about procrastination.

Isn't it?

It's blowing something out of proportion.

That's what it is.

Every single day I have resistance.

I want to tell you that straight away.

Every single day.

I had to make a video today and I was just like,

Ah,

Let me go and do this first.

Let me do this first.

And I knew my awareness was raised.

I was like,

I know what you're doing Raj.

You're trying to avoid this thing by doing other little tasks.

So it happens to me as well.

But I just don't let myself off the hook.

I just sat down,

Made the video and I was like,

Oh my god.

It was so much easier than I thought.

I spent the whole day like judging myself for not doing it.

And now look,

Oh it's done.

Great.

Awesome.

What a great day.

So that's how you can think about taking action.

It's just,

What is the one thing you have to do today that would make this a great day?

Where you go to bed like this,

Like smiling,

So happy with yourself.

You would have better sleep for one.

You don't need as much sleep when you're sleeping in a relaxed and content state.

You don't need the doctor's order of eight hours sleep if your sleep quality is better because you've committed to doing something in your day.

I believe that.

So yeah,

I do have resistance.

But what's the one thing you can do today,

Every day you ask yourself that.

The one small thing,

The small thing that's going to add up to something eventually.

I'm going to catch up to the comments quickly.

So let's see what you guys have said.

Self doubt,

Motivation,

Hopefully I've talked about motivation slightly anyway.

Laziness.

Breaking out perfectionism.

Yeah,

Hopefully I spoke on that as well with my words I just said.

There is no perfectionism.

It doesn't exist because what does it mean to have something perfect,

Right?

I like to say done is better than perfect.

For example,

Here's a great example.

People sometimes ask me about the content I make because I make YouTube videos,

I make Instagram videos,

I make all sorts of videos,

Right?

And stuff,

Recording sometimes like you guys might have seen.

They say to me,

How do you plan for that?

Like how do you get the,

How do you know what you're going to say?

How do you get the lighting right?

Do you edit it?

No,

I don't do any of that.

I don't edit my videos.

I don't plan what I'm going to say in advance.

I have like a theme which is coming from my heart which wants to be expressed outwardly.

But that's it.

And I know I could have better effects in my videos.

I can do editing.

I can put some cool stuff on there.

It would make the videos amazing.

But I don't even want to go there because then I won't do it.

I just won't do it.

That's a barrier to me now.

Adding extra stuff is a barrier.

I don't want barriers.

I just want to do it.

Get it done.

Okay,

Some great video editor has got some amazing quality.

He's got a cool camera and he,

You know,

That stuff's nice and I probably will have that someday.

But I don't want that to stop me from doing what needs to be done.

So that's my thoughts about perfectionism.

It doesn't matter as long as you're doing something,

An action,

Instead of like in your head,

Oh yeah I should do this.

Oh,

This will be good.

Yeah,

This will be such a good idea.

Get it out into the world and then you learn through experience.

That's what it's been like for me.

Everything has been through experience.

And that's what I help my clients with when they're like,

Oh Raj,

What is the right way to do this?

Or like,

I'm not sure.

I say,

How about we play this game of testing versus trusting.

Trusting is like this imaginary thing that we don't know.

You know,

It's like,

Oh I've got to trust that it will all work out okay.

I've got to trust that it will all be fine.

Well,

It might not be.

Why don't you just test it instead,

Right?

Testing is like,

Oh cool,

I've just done this thing.

Now I can learn from that experience.

The video example.

I'll shoot a video and then I'll learn from,

I'll reflect afterwards.

I'll be like,

Oh yeah,

That was good because of this.

I could have done that better.

And instantly that goes into my intelligence.

Now my mind is my tool,

Whereas previously it was my enemy.

Now my mind is my tool because I've taken action,

Whereas previously it was my enemy because I was trying to analyze stuff.

What comes up for you guys when I say that?

I'm seeing some comments.

What comes up for you guys around taking action based on what I've said so far?

Feel free to ask me a specific question if you wish as well and I'll coach you right here,

Right now.

If you're having a specific challenge,

Put it out there.

And what I've been saying for the past two days,

It kind of sounds like my new phrase is share it to declare it.

Share it,

Put it out in the world,

Say something in the chat because then you've bought into yourself.

You're declaring something into the world.

And I'm a big believer in like using the voice of our energy to declare stuff.

Get it out of our head and into the world.

Put something in the chat and I'm sure the group right here is going to support because there's a great group vibe right now.

I'm sensing that.

What are your challenges around taking action and feeling fear of taking action?

Put it in the chat.

And yeah,

By the way,

This was like,

I think I've said this a few times,

But I want to emphasize it.

This was the number one challenge for me.

I was great with ideas,

But actually going and doing them,

Yeah,

That didn't happen.

And I didn't even know why.

I kept like,

I kept pondering upon it.

Like I kind of said to myself,

I'm that kind of person who doesn't take action.

You know,

Those people are more like,

Those people are fearless.

Those people are that type of person who can do it.

I'm more of a quiet reserved person who has to think about stuff.

And by the way,

That is true based on my psychological patterns.

That is definitely true.

If I was betting my life on my psychological patterns,

If I was betting my life on my star sign,

You know,

There's this thing about cancers are more closed and go in their shell.

That's me.

I'm a cancer.

And that is true as well.

It's very true.

The astrology tells you it.

It's very true.

But that's again based on a certain thing.

That's based on the stars.

That's based on how I'm made up by default.

But when you become spiritually developed,

You can go beyond all of that stuff.

There is no like fixed traits.

And people who are astrologists will probably tell me,

Oh,

Raj,

Like,

I'm not sure about that.

It's all in the stars.

And again,

I'm agreeing with them.

I'm telling you that these are my natural ways are to be like a crab,

To be more closed off.

It's very true.

And my natural ways are based on my psychology of like anxiety,

Fear,

Worry,

Overthinking.

That's very true.

I experienced that.

I experienced all of that.

It's not disappeared.

But there's another mode of being which is outside of all of that,

Where no rules apply,

Where no fixed personality exists.

And that's when you can really just experience every mode of existence.

That's what this Trimurti three day series is about.

About breaking out.

And I'm here to show you,

You can take these actions.

I'm here to challenge you.

Challenge your thinking.

What comes up for you guys as I say that?

Because I know there's a lot of people out into star science.

I am also I still read this stuff.

I'm still looking at it.

I still feel it.

I still experience what happens when the moon changes.

For sure.

I'm very sensitive to all of that.

I'm not disregarding it.

But it's a factor.

That's what I'm saying.

It's one factor.

Just like all the collected memories of my life,

That's a factor as well.

But then this spirit soul,

That's another factor.

This fearlessness that we're born with.

That's in there.

Just covered up.

Covered up with bubble wrap,

Maybe I don't know.

Covered up with different things.

What's your thoughts,

Guys?

I want to hear questions.

I want to see what's coming through for you guys.

And then we'll continue.

Any specific challenges you have around action,

Put it in the chat.

I'm going to go catch up now.

See what you guys have written.

Yeah,

Lorena says it takes the pressure off seeing things as an experiment.

Exactly.

That's what action is.

Because it doesn't matter how much we try and figure stuff out with our very clever brains.

We only know once we've done something what the truth is,

Right?

It's a great prediction model.

It's like here's the most simplest way I like to explain it.

You know we have all this AI these days.

And you know when you go on like you call your bank or you're on like message the messaging app with your bank and then you see an automated robot replying saying do you want help with this?

Do you want help with this?

Or is it this?

And then they say type a word.

So you type okay,

Savings.

And then it asks you more questions.

And all you want to do is figure out why there's something going on in your bank.

But they haven't given you that option.

It's a fixed machine.

It doesn't know anything outside of what it knows.

That's what the memories and the mind is.

It's using memories to try and predict and try and serve us.

It's trying to help us with all these memories of like fear or this might happen,

This might happen.

It's doing its job.

There's nothing wrong with it.

It's doing its job.

But it's not the greatest tool for experiencing life.

Because it's experienced the past,

That's all.

It doesn't experience now.

The experience you have now is a different mode.

So experimentation is great.

Because then you just get to know what the truth is.

I hope that helps someone.

If it does,

Let me know in the chat.

Somebody wrote,

One of my challenges with taking action is knowing whether I'm ready or whether it's not time yet.

Yeah,

Interesting.

That's a good one.

Because what does ready mean?

And here's what the personal development gurus,

The Tony Robbins and things will say.

They'll say,

You're never going to be ready.

They'll shout that in your face.

They'll say,

Go and do it.

Just do it.

And I agree with that.

You're never going to be ready.

You don't know what ready means if it's an analytical calculation.

If your analytical mind is saying this means ready,

It doesn't know what ready means.

Only your intuition knows.

So this is where I'm slightly different to Tony Robbins and the typical like,

Let's go,

Let's go,

Let's go type of people.

I still think you have to connect in to what your wisdom is saying.

Because you can't force and push things when they're not the things that you want to really do.

If they're not the things that you really want to do,

What's the point of forcing stuff and doing stuff?

That's why we had day one and two to feel into what do you really want?

Once you know that,

Then go and take action fearlessly.

And you're not going to feel ready,

But you're going to feel more excited about it now because it's more aligned to your wisdom.

It's more aligned to what you really want.

So with action,

Yes,

You're not,

I don't think ready exists.

For example,

When I wanted to become a coach,

I had this little feeling inside it was like,

I got to share this stuff with the world.

I can't just keep all of this inside me.

But my mind said,

No,

You're not ready.

Who are you?

Who's going to want to listen to you?

What do you have to share with people?

It was throwing all of these things saying,

Well,

No,

No,

You can't.

But deep inside I knew I've got to do this.

So nothing stopped me.

I signed up,

I got some training.

I've had training ever since I've developed myself ever since.

I'm not stopping now.

Because I figured out I want to do this.

And I'm going to make it happen.

So I hope that was helpful to someone.

Let me see.

So fear comes from the unknowns.

I love that you use the word jubilant.

Who was that?

Infinite.

I love that you use the word jubilant.

That's actually so interesting because that's one of the words that I wrote down today when I was just reflecting on some things.

It's a nice word isn't it?

Jubilant.

And from what I know,

Because I googled it,

I was like what exactly does this mean?

It says it's a level above joy.

It's a whole other level on joy.

Jubilance is like overwhelming amount of joy and feeling triumphant.

Feeling like you triumphed in something.

That level of like whoa,

Lit up.

So if you use that state,

If you use that state of jubilance and then you go into things that you're fearful about,

It's way,

Way easier.

Ok,

Let me see what else there is.

Backing out last minute,

Someone said.

Hold on,

Let me have a look.

Backing out last minute,

The safe feeling of where I am instead of taking that risk.

Yeah,

So you have to think like what is the actual risk?

A question I like to ask my clients quite a lot is what's the worst that could happen?

And I want you to go to the worst,

Worst,

Worst.

Now once you get there,

What would you do if that happened?

How would you deal with this worst situation?

That's my question to you.

What would you do in that worst situation?

The highest level of risk.

And it's something I've taken from stoicism.

I had this phase of really being into stoicism.

I've been into every kind of spiritual teaching,

Let's just call it.

But in stoicism there's this thing called negative visualisation.

Really go into that like what would you do?

Like literally what would you do?

Not like oh my god this would have,

Like literally if this was here,

What would you do?

Because then you own the situation now,

It's yours.

You're not being chased by this fear devil,

This fear goblin.

Because that's what half the challenge is.

It feels like we're being chased by our mind,

By this ghost chasing us saying this is going to happen,

This is going to happen,

This means this,

This means that,

This means that.

Whispers,

Whispers of our ancestors telling us to stay safe.

Fear is the whispers of our ancestors telling us to stay safe.

So the fear itself is okay,

It's just what it does,

It's the extra thinking involved is where the challenge comes.

Negative visualisation would really take me,

Would take me into really overthinking.

Good,

Good,

It's better than not knowing right?

Because then you say okay if the worst,

If this is what would happen,

How would I deal with it?

What would I do in that situation?

Now you know,

Now you're prepared for the worst.

Instead of it being like this thing that you're not sure about.

Okay let me see what else there is.

I love my work I do at home,

Would love a tiny shop,

Because I do good work and retain clientele.

Awesome,

I want to hear more about this shop,

It sounds cool.

Risk losing all my money I'd say.

Okay so yeah of course that's a real risk,

Risk losing all the money and be on the streets right?

And again I'm not telling anyone to do that,

I'm telling you to assess it.

Let's do assess it and then feel into what do you really want.

What's a smart way where you can move towards what you want without it feeling like an all or nothing game?

That's the other thing that most people come to me with,

It's like always this all or nothing game,

We're extremists,

All of us humans,

Me included,

We go to extremes very quickly.

I like to take the tiny steps,

The tiny steps.

And sometimes I like to say to people,

I play this game a lot,

I say how can you have your cake and eat it too?

That's the game I want people to play,

How can you have your cake and eat it too?

What's your thoughts on that guys?

Have you guys heard that saying?

How can you have your cake and eat it too?

Hey Melanie,

Nice to see you.

Having your cake and eating it too means you have what you want at the moment and then you can also move towards something else,

Something better.

So you have everything,

There's actually no risk.

And I'm not saying it's always possible but I want you to play with the question,

How can you have your cake and eat it too?

For example,

One of my clients said to me,

I've got to leave my job and go do this thing I want,

I've got to do that right now,

I'm desperate to leave.

But if I do that then I'm going to have challenges with my finances,

I don't even know if the thing I want to do next is going to work out.

So there's a big risk Raj,

I don't know what to do.

So I said,

How about you don't leave your job then?

How about we make this simple,

How about you don't leave your job right now and you try and do this thing you want to do on the side,

How would that be?

And she said,

Ah,

Well that means I get to have my income still and I can start building this thing.

You see there doesn't always have to be extremes.

I like to think of it as taking intelligent actions.

So,

Anand says,

Yeah Anand drop me a message if you want to have a chat and anyone here,

I'd love to hear from you,

Drop me a message.

If there's anything you're wanting to work on,

Any challenges you have with actions and going and creating what you want,

I'm sure you have,

I've had tons of them,

I still do sometimes.

Feel free to drop me a message and I'll give you something that's going to help you move forward.

There's actually this article I've written which is all about going into your full expression and what that means is going and doing the things you want.

So,

If you want me to send you that,

It might be useful if you're challenged with action taking and I've also got a few different resources as well that might help.

I've got a document called five ways to challenge overthinking.

I basically wrote it for a past version of myself and the things I've learnt.

So,

If anyone wants that then drop me a message as well.

And also my Instagram page,

There's tons of resources on there,

There's book recommendations,

I think at least 50 book recommendations,

I've written many reviews on there,

There's all sorts of stuff.

Just check my Instagram page or you can Google me and type in Linktree,

Type my name and then Linktree on Google and there will be this page of about me,

Resources,

All sorts of stuff.

That's my invitation.

Or reach out and I'll send you something specifically for you.

So,

Where and how can I message you?

So,

You can look me up on Instagram,

Rajgorsia or you can Google me,

Just type my name and then type Linktree and then there's different ways to message me,

Whatever serves you best.

So,

Let's slow down.

I want to take you through a short meditation which might help you with this action stuff,

This fire stuff.

Someone put,

What percentage of the day do you feel jubilant?

Wow,

That's a good question.

It depends because some days are more challenging but there's always some time in my day where I feel jubilant because I make that happen,

I create that.

For example,

If I'm not doing something that I know is going to support me going forward,

Like a small thing,

Like let's record a video,

Let's write an article,

Let's do a meditation for myself,

Let me go for a walk.

If I'm not doing those,

I've screwed up.

It's on me.

No wonder I don't feel nice.

This is not,

This doesn't have to be this whole like psychological drama of,

Oh I wonder why I don't feel nice and what's wrong with me.

Well,

If I'm doing the things that light me up,

Then I will feel that way.

And if I'm not doing them,

I'm not going to feel that way.

That's how I'm seeing it now.

I don't need to go into the psychological story of it.

I don't need to make a whole thing about myself of like,

Oh you're a lazy person,

You're this,

You're that.

I don't need to do that.

I just know I screwed up because I wasn't on my own side and I didn't do the things that light me up.

I screwed up.

Okay,

Tomorrow will be fine.

Let me just,

Yeah,

Tomorrow's fine.

That's it,

It's gone.

So I'm my worst own enemy,

But I like that.

It used to be a bad thing because my worst own enemy used to attack me all day long.

When I was sleeping,

I couldn't sleep.

I woke up with anxiety.

I woke up judging myself.

I looked at other people and thought they were better than me.

I thought that I was unloved.

I was,

I had some challenges with bullying when I was a kid which made me feel like I was lower than everyone.

There's just all this stuff,

All of these stories occurred,

Right?

People said things to me when I was younger that affected my mental health.

All of that stuff is real.

So that became my enemy for a long time.

But now I'm a bit more friendlier with my mind.

If it's telling me things,

Then I just take the signal.

I take the signal and I connect back into my heart and my soul.

What does that want?

Let me take the lead from that.

If I've screwed up and I'm eating crap and I'm not doing the things that make me feel alive,

That's all it is.

I just haven't done those things.

It's the facts in front of me rather than the stories and the extra analysis.

What comes up for you guys as I say that before we get into a practice?

What are your thoughts?

Do you feel this way sometimes?

Put a yes in the chat.

Do you feel you're a critic?

And do you screw up and not do the things you said you'd do?

But then end up judging yourself constantly for it.

And by the way,

I'm not saying to become a military person.

I'm quite extreme,

I'd be honest.

I am quite extreme.

But I still have a great balance.

I'm not working all day long.

I'm not like burning myself out.

All I mean is do the things you want.

Like fit that into your week.

Fit that into your day.

If you want to write a book you can start with I'm going to write for 20 minutes once a week.

20 minutes once a week.

Or you can say I'm going to write for one hour once a week.

If you want to improve your health and you're just sitting there saying oh my health is bad,

Oh it's always been this way,

Oh something about my genetics,

Oh I got to do this,

Oh this.

If you're not doing it then of course your mind is going to screw you up.

I call it giving the monkey some bananas.

I don't want to give my monkey any bananas to throw at me.

It loves to throw bananas at me.

That's his favorite job.

He'll get bananas when I don't do the things that I want to do.

So your health,

Your relationships,

Your wealth,

Your career.

If you're not moving forward in the career,

If you want to do that and you're not moving forward and not doing anything about it,

Of course,

It makes sense,

Of course you're going to feel bad.

You don't need to go into the psychological drama,

Just go and do something.

You feel not happy in your body,

Ok go and do something,

Come on.

Even if that's once a week you go for a jog or something.

Even if that's you change one tiny thing in your diet.

Tiny thing.

Even if that's like two days a week I will eat very well and the rest is fine whatever.

Something has to happen.

You want to create a business?

Well get creative and think what that could be.

Play the game.

Don't let the game play you.

And when I say don't let the game play you,

It's your mind.

So tell me what came up for you when I went on my little rant there.

What have you taken away from this session?

What's your one insight?

Because that's all I'm going to say for now about actions.

The fire,

You see how passionate I get is because there's a fire in my belly as I say these things.

That warrior mode you can tap into.

The warrior charges through obstacles.

The warrior goes and does stuff.

The warrior is strong.

The warrior might feel fear of course.

Of course the warrior feels fear.

But the warrior is fearless.

Meaning the warrior goes and does stuff.

Despite the fears.

What's your take away from today?

Share it to declare it.

What are you going to do?

What is going to be your action that you're going to change right now?

Declare it.

Declare what you're going to do.

What are going to be your actions to transform your life?

Even if it's a tiny thing.

The tiniest things.

It doesn't have to be massive.

It doesn't have to be audacious.

And that's probably going to throw you off.

So what's your tiny action going to be?

After this call,

That's it.

This 3 day series is over.

This is it.

The time is now.

What are you going to declare in the chat that you're going to take action on?

And this is for you.

This is for you to declare.

I'm not going to chase all of you up and say are you doing this?

Are you doing this?

This is for you to declare and go and just put forth into the world.

Whatever you declare now,

Write it down on a piece of paper.

Post it somewhere on social media.

Tag me on that if you want.

Find me on Instagram,

Facebook.

Tag me into your declaration.

Tell me what you're going to commit to.

If you do that,

I'll share it again and I'll send you something that might support your mission.

So,

Declare it.

Go for it.

What are you going to declare on?

I'm seeing a lot of energy coming through.

Nice.

There's some people declaring stuff.

Let me read them out.

Kata says I definitely need to say to myself at the end of the day,

I've done enough.

Well done.

Yeah,

Not putting too much expectation.

It's just moving yourself forward in a small way and recognizing that you're moving forward.

Going and doing something and saying yes.

You know,

Then you build momentum.

Momentum is like this rock that's,

You know,

You give it a push and then it starts moving.

It starts going with this momentum.

Every day it starts moving,

It starts moving.

So,

You have to declare something for this momentum to begin.

Ok,

Infinite takeaways.

Taking action doesn't have to be all or nothing.

Exactly.

Automatic phone answering machine.

Yeah,

That's what the mind is.

It's a collection of stuff.

It's a collection.

It's an AI tool.

You know,

We have AI these days.

Well,

They probably got that idea because they realized we have great analytical minds.

Mind is not an energy.

Mind is not my energy,

It's my tool.

Exactly.

It's your tool that you can use.

It's not to be exiled either.

You can use this thing.

Ruth says I feel like I'm harsh on myself.

I've got to be kinder.

Exactly.

That's what day two was about.

Day two was about your heart.

Connecting to that loving self.

Loving yourself.

Loving everyone around you.

Because when you're feeling love,

Then you can feel more fearless.

Because there's not all of this like what will happen and what about this.

You're in a different state when you're in love with life.

And then you go and take action with that.

That's powerful.

That's potent.

No more eating after dinner.

Nice.

Good declaration Bumpy.

Yeah,

You know,

I eat twice a day only.

And my first meal is only a green shake,

Which is quite a big green shake actually.

Massive green shake full of all sorts of fruits and stuff.

And then I have a massive dinner.

Like I eat like a king who's feasting.

And that's it because I'm satisfied.

I'm eating good stuff.

Nutritious stuff.

I will still eat some maybe like I'll eat some sweet stuff now and then.

Not like a dessert but maybe like some healthy sweet stuff.

Because I still want that.

I want to eat that.

Why not?

But it's just owning that.

Owning that part of my life of like what am I putting into myself.

What we put into ourself is what we can put out.

So foods,

Movement,

All of that is a part of this.

Your body.

This is your body.

Action is embodiment.

When you go for a run,

Your head might say no but if your body is in it,

You're going.

If your body is fueled,

You're going.

If your body is rested,

You're going.

So all of the food,

All of the movement,

That's a part of action as well.

It's the support structure.

It's the fuel.

So that's a huge part of this.

And I can share with you guys if anyone wants to ask me about my like the food and movement part.

That was actually 7 years of my life of being super super interested in nutrition and exercise and all energy in general right.

So that's definitely a part of this.

So any questions,

Feel free to ask me.

And I actually got certified as a personal trainer at some point because I was so into that kind of stuff.

But I didn't end up doing that because it was just a part of like what I offer now which is just being excellent.

Let's just say.

Okay,

What are the commitments?

If anyone who's not put their commitment in the chat,

Put it in now.

This is your chance to declare it.

No one's going to hold you accountable.

You can if you want someone to do that but this is for you to declare it.

Small actions are helpful.

Better meals once a day and exercise two times a week.

Nice one Lorena.

Yes.

Good.

Tai Chi once a week and look into a new career.

Nice.

Good.

Yeah,

Looking into it.

And here's a story.

One of my clients,

She was,

She hired me because she was going through a transition phase and she was looking for new careers and just wasn't sure what to do about it and just had all these doubts and fears and all of that stuff right.

We started working together and I helped her change the way she's seeing the world because when you change the way you see the world,

Of course everything,

You see everything differently.

And long story short,

She wanted to get into a career which involved well-being and stuff like that right.

She was like I don't know with it,

How can I find something like this?

Eventually I said how about you just browse and look at stuff like you're dating,

Like you're flirting.

Just go on the internet and browse and just have a look.

You don't have to leave your job,

Just have a look.

Anyway,

She ended up getting a job offer for some dream job including well-being,

Including all the skills she has,

Tons more money,

Much more flexibility and I was like whoa,

What the hell happened there?

She's created that because she's gone and found it now.

She found something and that found her as well at the same time because she was aligned in head,

Heart and actions.

When you're vibrating at that energy and you're taking actions,

Nothing's going to stop you and at the very least you go to bed every single day knowing you've done your best.

You sleep like a rock.

I have my best sleep when I've done the things that I said I would do.

I sleep like a complete rock.

I don't have any sleep challenges anymore.

I had sleep challenges for at least five years.

It's gone,

It's all disappeared because I started doing things.

Knowing that you've done the best with what you have and then leaving the rest to God,

To the universe,

To everything else.

You sleep like a rock.

That's all we want.

We want to be peaceful.

We want to be knowing that we've done our best in life.

So we need head,

Heart and action for that.

We need three,

All three of these together and we need to know how to use them as one.

So that's enough speaking for me from now.

Nice to see you guys committing to your actions.

Five minutes,

We're going to sit in silence and ponder upon what your future is.

Close your eyes.

Listen to my voice.

Slow down.

Feel your energy.

Notice what you feel after these reflections we did today.

What would your future look like if you took a tiny little action?

From the present moment,

Action in the present moment each day,

Each hour and you are conscious of every decision,

Every word,

Every word,

Every thought and your soul.

What would your life be like in one year from now if you were aligned from the heart with the head as your support and your body fueled and you are taking tiny present moment purposeful actions.

What would your life look like in one year?

Visualize it.

Like you're there right now.

Smiling.

Feeling strong.

Feeling free.

Connected and alive.

Feel it.

See it.

Take a few deep breaths.

And commit to creating that future.

Right now.

Now,

Come back to the session by opening your eyes.

And once again,

Write in the chat what you've got from today and what you're committing to creating.

What is the change you're going to create?

Share it to declare it.

And I'm with you if you declare it.

Nice.

See,

Different things can come now.

As soon as you go into a slightly meditative state,

You might have different insights to before or maybe the same.

Who knows?

It's different for everyone.

Lorena said,

I saw myself standing with a partner,

Pregnant,

And it will be a miracle.

Miracles happen.

Miracles happen.

Miracles,

I believe,

Are,

They come with your commitment,

Your inner commitment.

They come with your inner commitment.

Because then this God or the universe or the life is saying,

Hey,

Oh,

You're committed finally.

Okay,

I'm with you now.

I'm with you now.

I'm here to help.

That's what miracles are.

And sometimes it occurs out of the blue,

Of course,

Right?

And that's also miracles.

Miracles can also occur when you're aligned and you're taking action.

And then you meet this thing called luck.

You meet it.

You become luckier.

So write down your commitment in the chat,

Guys.

Tammy says,

Being okay with the unknown,

Trying to embrace it.

Nice.

How about instead of trying,

You just embrace it.

Naomi says,

I've committed to trading my better life to the great life.

Ah,

I like that.

The great life.

Creating better.

Nice.

I like that you use the great life because that's a true declaration.

When you use the,

It's got something to it.

I don't know what it is,

But I use the a lot.

If you guys read my articles or you check my posts,

You might see me using the before things.

Because for me,

It's like,

I don't know what it is,

But it's just it gives it this touch.

And Ariel says,

I'm going to change my breakfast and commit to health for a year.

Nice.

Commit to it.

And there's no need to make this like overly ambitious.

Some people say to me,

Raj,

What's your routine?

I want to do it.

And I say,

Okay,

Sure,

But what's the point in trying to do my routine?

I've made this for me.

I've made this over time.

It might not work for you.

It might not be what suits you.

So it has to suit your lifestyle.

It has to suit who you are,

What you want to achieve.

You think of an athlete who's training for a marathon.

It wouldn't serve them to eat certain ways or to do certain things.

So again,

It has to be based on your circumstances.

What are you moving towards?

That's how I'm coaching people.

I'm not coaching them to be like me or to be like someone else.

I'm coaching them,

Them and their specific things that they want to achieve.

Then the food can be based on that too,

Right?

It can support that process.

Your movement can support that process.

So yeah,

Make this,

Make whatever you do with your food,

With your commitments,

Your actions based around what you're trying to move towards rather than just sporadic stuff.

Because then again,

You're aligned head,

Heart and action.

It's not just action,

Action,

Action,

Action.

Because that doesn't work.

Okay,

Emily says I came out of that more with what I want to create an environment of love around me.

I love that.

Yeah,

Because if you create an environment of love around you,

Then the other things that you want to do in your life will become more potent,

More powerful.

I'm committed to creating freedom from within and leading others to live their life,

Live,

Hold on,

Where's it gone?

To live their most empowered lives.

Nice.

Within and without.

I like that.

Freedom from within and to do what you're doing outside.

That's a great combination.

I feel an okayness in my dream job,

Even if that means a pay cut,

Loss of some benefits,

Asking myself what's the cost of not being happy?

Yeah,

That's a really good question.

That's a really good question.

How long are you going to wait?

When I was doing all this coaching stuff,

Or when I was about to,

Someone said to me,

Don't wait any longer.

And that hit me straight,

When it pierced my soul.

I was saying to them I was thinking about doing this stuff and the only thing that she said to me was don't wait any longer.

And I was like oh my god,

You're right.

What the hell am I waiting for?

Time's passing.

I waited five years to take action.

It took me five years.

I was sitting back looking at other people doing stuff.

Looking at other people being teachers and being trainers and coaches,

Whatever.

Just watching them.

And eventually I was like I'm doing this.

It's time right now.

I'm not letting my fears stand in my way.

Okay,

I commit to growth,

Recognizing the small achievements I'm making.

Nice.

More and more in my heart,

Create new,

Feel the fear,

Do it anyways.

Confidence will come and that.

Exactly.

Confidence,

Is a result,

Not a requirement.

You earn confidence after you do some stuff.

You earn it after you do some stuff.

You get confidence by experience.

That's one thing I'm going to leave you with.

You earn confidence.

So,

Appreciate the donations,

Whoever that was.

Yeah,

Thanks for that.

If I get donations,

Usually I'll just collect them up and check afterwards and I'll probably just donate it somewhere else instead.

So,

Feel free to donate if you wish.

And here's what I want to end with because we're coming towards the end of our time.

I want to acknowledge everyone that's put their declarations down and even if you didn't put it in the chat,

Like as long as you feel it,

As long as you know it,

As long as you're going to do something after this session and not just be one of those other webinars that you've seen on and you've just kind of been buzzed for a few moments and then the week continues and it's the same old.

Because that's more painful.

You might as well not have come then.

Nothing's ever going to change.

I know that for myself.

I know that when I knew things and I wasn't acting upon it,

It was more painful than knowing in the first place.

And not knowing,

Sorry.

So after this session,

I invite you,

Challenge you to say what you've gotten.

If you've been here for these three days,

Write down what you've gotten from this.

What has transformed inside?

What have you learnt?

What are you still wanting to know more about?

Digest the experience.

Get a piece of paper,

Just write stuff down.

Write whatever you want.

And then at the end,

Say to yourself,

What am I going to do about this?

What am I going to do about this?

How am I going to own my life?

You've gained more wisdom from day one.

And the wisdom has actually probably trickled through to all of the days.

But you can shift your awareness day one.

Day two,

You connect more to your heart and more to like being that nurturing parent for yourself.

Not looking for a healing fantasy.

No one's coming.

You step into that yourself.

Heart,

Soul,

What do you really want?

And then this day to day is about fire.

Fire,

Fire,

Fire.

Let's go.

Let's go and do this.

Grounded in spirit,

Grounded in heart,

Grounded in the wisdom from day one.

Roar that into the world.

Roar that into the world.

Even if it scares you,

Go and do something.

Even if you call yourself lazy and you've been resistant for ten years,

Go and do it.

This is the time right now.

It's your time to go and go forth.

So my invitation,

Reflect on the session.

I might never see any of you guys ever again,

Who knows,

Right?

You might never come to a session.

So this is just for you.

If you have any last questions,

Put them in the chat before we end.

What I will say is Lorena said can you check in on this learning for us in two to four weeks or maybe the accountability system.

Oh yeah,

So I have a group called Powerful Beings if you want to join that.

Check out the group Powerful Beings if you want to join.

And in two weeks from now,

Is it two weeks?

Yeah,

On the 5th of March,

I am hosting an event.

Three days.

It's a three day experience just like we did just now.

Exactly the same kind of topics.

Three days,

The Trimurti.

Same as here,

The Trimurti based on Hindu wisdom.

Hindu wisdom from the gods.

I am hosting an event which is three full days instead.

So these three sessions it was like what,

90 minutes each?

And you got a flavor of it.

On the 5th of March,

We have the first call for this three day event.

And on the 11th,

The 12th,

The 13th is when the actual three days will occur.

So the 5th is a pre-call,

A pre-session to connect with everyone that is joining.

And then the three full days will be the 10th,

11th,

12th.

No sorry,

11th,

12th,

13th.

If you would like to join,

It will be like five hours each day.

It will be in a smaller group.

It's not going to be on Insight Timer,

It's going to be somewhere else.

You can ask me more about that.

Send me a message.

That's all I am going to say on that.

If you want to hear more about this,

Send me a message.

Find me here,

Find me somewhere and just let me know if you want to hear more about that.

Smaller group and it will be on a different platform.

Send me a message.

Because the reason I call it the three day experience is because there is more time to go deeper on these topics.

Where I can help people more individually,

There will be a group buzz and yes,

More time,

More meditations,

More like yogic wisdom I can share.

Time and having more of these experiences,

Taking more action,

That's going to help you really digest the wisdom of the Trimurti.

So,

That's an invitation for anyone who wants to connect.

Otherwise,

You can just check me out on Google,

Whatever if you wish.

You can stay connected to my stories.

I am always talking about this stuff.

Today actually I had a session with my dad.

I interviewed him.

So there is a photo I put up there on my social media about that.

So,

Yeah,

If you guys just want to stay up to date with me and what I am doing,

Just check me out.

There is also a newsletter I have where I send an email or two every week to whoever is on this newsletter list,

Mailing list.

I am sending people meditations,

I am telling people stories about what happened in my day,

What were my insights,

Because I am still learning too,

Right?

I am telling people what are my learnings for the day,

What mind blowing experiences have I gone to and how can I share that with whoever is on this mailing list.

So,

If you want to join the mailing list,

Also find me and message me.

If you want any kind of resources that I can share,

Free resources,

Find me again because that's the only way you are going to get this stuff.

I don't know where you are,

You have got to come to me.

So,

Yeah,

Just feel free,

My door is open for you to ask me anything,

Let's just say.

So,

I will leave it as that guys.

I like the community that is building.

So for this 3 day experience that I got coming up in March,

It is just very like minded people.

It is like I found different versions of myself and in different locations in the world and they are messaging me saying,

Oh Raj,

I want to join.

It is so cool because one of my requests this year,

Not my request,

My focus is this year is to build community,

Is to build connections,

Community and more impact.

So,

I am calling that project,

Project Giants Raw,

Because that is my mission in the world,

Helping people raw out that giant inside of them,

Letting that fire out.

So,

I would love to connect with some of you guys to see if there is any more like minded people.

Feel free to reach out.

So,

That's all from today,

From the 3 day series,

We are done.

I don't know what I am going to be doing next on Insight Timer,

But that 3 day series for now is done.

The mini version of it.

Hope you enjoyed it,

Hope you got something from this.

And yeah,

This series is a reflection of my own journey.

It is everything I have gone through.

I had to start seeing things differently.

I spent a long time trying to figure out how to see things differently and then I had to feel things more in my heart and soul.

I had to connect to that and open up the heart.

And then it was about creation and action and look I am making a business,

I am doing this.

That was my next step,

Leading from spirit outward reflection.

So,

Yeah,

I had a pleasure doing this series with you guys.

It is everything I am about and there will be more.
