Okay.
Anyway,
Today we're going to be doing a meditation on relaxation.
It is the most basic thing that I teach my clients when they come see me.
You know,
I've been doing this for almost 30 years and I think it's really important to learn to relax.
A lot of times we can't do it because we have so much things going on.
We have work.
We have,
You know,
Money problems,
Relationship problems,
Whatever it may be.
I feel like it's important to be able to let go of those things for at least for a few minutes.
And when we can come back to ourselves and relax,
Then I feel like it's easier to fix those problems.
So today we're going to be working on that.
I would encourage you to find a place where you can relax,
Where nobody's going to,
You know,
Come in and interrupt you for the next 20 to 30 minutes.
You can either sit down on a chair or lay down on the floor or on a bed,
Wherever you feel more comfortable,
Couch,
Whatever.
And just close your eyes.
We're going to start.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Take another deep breath in.
And exhale.
And with your eyes closed,
I want you to scan your body.
Just notice how you're doing right now.
How's your head,
Your eyes,
Shoulders,
Your arms,
Legs,
Your whole body.
Your whole body.
And notice if there's any tension,
Any stress right now.
If you have maybe a lot of thoughts in your mind right now,
Things that are going on,
Just note those things and observe whatever's happening right now.
And slowly,
I'm going to ask you to bring your attention to your breath.
Feel the air going into your body.
And leaving your body.
And with each breath,
You're going to notice that your eyes become heavier and a little bit more relaxed.
And you can listen to the sounds around the room where you're at,
But you don't have to pay attention to them.
Just allow yourself to relax the next few minutes.
And notice how your nose feels.
And see if you can feel your nose relaxing a little bit more.
You can feel your mouth relaxing too,
And your tongue feels more relaxed.
Resting on the top of your mouth.
And you can notice that your mouth is relaxed.
And you can feel your mouth relaxing too.
And your tongue feels more relaxed.
Resting on the top of your mouth.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And really what I'm looking for is for you to feel more relaxed.
So whatever I say,
Whatever I tell you,
It's not really important.
What's important is that you can relax wherever you're at.
That you can let go of whatever is stressing you in your life.
By letting go of those things,
You're going to notice your head,
For example,
Becomes heavier.
More relaxed.
Your shoulders can feel more relaxed.
And your arms by your side can feel heavier.
Super heavy.
And you can notice,
Become more aware of your chest.
How it goes up and down with each breath.
And your back can feel very relaxed.
Almost as if it was melting on the floor,
On the bed,
Or wherever you're at.
And slowly moving down to your legs.
Feeling your legs more relaxed.
Your legs feel so much better.
Heavier and heavier.
The whole body feels good.
You feel very comfortable.
Very relaxed.
And at this point,
You can relax your mind as well.
Relax your mind.
Let go of all the stressors.
Anything that's worrying you,
You have a problem,
Or anything that's not allowing you to let go right now and relax,
Just let it go.
And feel that tension leaving your body.
Each breath.
As you exhale,
Imagine yourself leaving and letting go of those things.
Those negative things leaving your body.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Allowing yourself,
These next few minutes,
To really relax,
Completely let go.
And go into a deeper state of relaxation.
As relaxed as you can get.
I hope you enjoyed this video.

And imagine yourself as if you're recharging your batteries.
Just like when you plug your phone to the wall and leave it there and you wait until it recharges.
Imagine yourself recharging your batteries and letting go of your body and your mind for a few minutes.
You don't have to think about anything or anyone.
You don't have to go anywhere.
You don't have to try to do anything at all.
Just let go of everything.
Really let it go.
Just breathe.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Inhaling and exhaling.
And if there are any thoughts that come to your mind,
You can see them,
You can observe them.
But don't get into them.
Let them go.
Let them pass.
Go back to your breath and feel your breath going into your body.
And leaving your body.
And with each breath,
Each second that goes by,
You can feel your body relaxing even more.
Going into a deeper state of relaxation.
And it feels good.
It feels really good to be able to let go of everything for a few minutes and just be in this moment.
Peace and relaxation.
And with each breath,
Each second that goes by,
You can feel your breath go into your body.
So let it go.
Let it go.
Breathing in and breathing out.
If you want to go to sleep right now,
Go ahead.
This is a good time to relax and let go and sleep.
Allowing yourself to rest.
To rest your mind,
Your whole body,
So that your body can heal.
Whatever wounds,
Whatever it needs to do to recover.
This is the time to sleep,
To relax.
To let go of everything.
To be in this moment.
This moment,
Peace and relaxation.
Preparing yourself to come back.
Feeling more energized,
More confident.
Ready to do whatever you need to do for the rest of your day or night.
Feeling so much better.
Starting with your toes.
Feeling your toes and your feet and your legs,
Your arms.
Stretching your body like you just woke up from a very nice,
Very long nap.
Opening your eyes.
Coming back to the present.
Feeling good.
Hopefully you like this meditation.
I suggest you practice it two or three times a week.
It feels good to relax throughout the day.
The more you practice it,
The more you'll find that it's easier to just relax and let go of everything.
So I hope you like it.
