Transcript

Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with fresh air and exhale slowly.

Allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress you may be carrying.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Bring your attention to your body.

Notice any areas of soreness or discomfort.

Without judgment,

Simply observe these sensations and acknowledge them.

Visualize a warm,

Healing light surrounding the areas of soreness.

Allow this light to penetrate deeply into your muscles,

Easing any tension or pain.

Feel the warmth and comfort of this light spreading through your entire body,

Soothing and healing every cell.

As you continue to breathe deeply and focus on the healing light,

Imagine yourself surrounded by a peaceful,

Tranquil environment.

Perhaps you are lying on a soft bed of grass,

Listening to the gentle sound of a nearby stream.

Or maybe you are lying on a warm,

Sandy beach,

Feeling the soothing warmth of the sun on your skin.

Allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into this peaceful state of mind,

Letting go of any worries or stress.

Continue to breathe deeply and focus on the warm,

Healing light,

Allowing it to ease your body's soreness and promote deep relaxation.

Deep breath in here.

Exhale out slowly.

Send the energy to the warm light surrounding the soreness.

Deep breath in.

Exhale slowly.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes and take a few deep breaths before gently returning to your day.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Remember to take care of your body and to give yourself time to rest and heal whenever you need it.

The light in me honors the light in you.

Together we bow and we say Namaste.
