This meditation will focus on regulating the breathing and returning back to our true nature.
Where our mind is calm,
Our bodies are relaxed,
And we are free to be without any judgment or restriction.
Get comfortable in a seated position where your spine,
The rect,
Head,
Neck,
And trunk align.
With a straight spine,
We become conduits to positive energy.
Visualize yourself growing roots into Mother Earth as she grounds and supports you in this present moment.
Begin to take oxygenated breaths and send them down into your body.
And then exhaling all the tension out of your body,
Feel free to make the breath audible as you release this tension.
This tension no longer serves you,
But you are the one that tells it when to leave.
Empower yourself now as you take another inhalation through your nose,
And as you begin to exhale,
Visualize all the negative energy expelling out of your nostril,
Leaving you in a calm,
Relaxed state of being.
As you continue to do this on your own,
Remember that this is your true nature.
This state of being is available to you at any time.
You are the creator of your reality.
Continue to inhale slowly.
And exhale gently.
Emptying out the belly and lungs.
If any thoughts arise,
Just watch them pass like a sailboat floating by.
From where you are sitting now,
Nothing can touch you.
No fear can penetrate your consciousness.
You are in the eye of the storm.
