So we're just going to start to breathe in and out.

Setting our sankalpa or our intention for our practice this evening.

Taking some inhales in and exhales out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

On our inhale,

We're going to allow the bulls to take us on a journey.

And exhaling.

How about inhaling and exhaling as we walk down our stairs.

Stepping down.

On the stairs,

We feel our.

Finding the perfect spot to lay down.

In the grass.

Grounding.

At the sky.

Out of the course.

Some really beautiful clouds.

With the sun poking through.

Pieces of dandelion flowers.

Floating through with its presence.

Twirling.

Twisting.

Experience this.

East.

North.

South.

Much like your inner.

To explore your inner dancings and twistings.

Your inner workings.

Silence.

Silence.

Answers.

Are here for you to experience.

Where is your journey?

That you're still learning about yourself.

Are encouraging this part and piece of you to be present.

Learning to relax.

Silence.

Silence.

Good and comfortable.

And really experiencing.

Allowing any background noise that you experience to be a part of your experience.

Just breathing in.

Experience to know.

Be set.

Beside you.

Relooking at.

Not hiding.

Silence.

Not hidden.

Or having restraint.

Our fate.

That first kiss on the stare.

Whatever texture or type.

It is for you personally.

And feel light as you start to ascend.

From our practice.

The stares.

Experiencing each step.

Once we are at the stares.

We start to tune the body.

Listening to the sounds of our internal workings.

Exhaling with your belly button.

Moving towards your spine.

Your skin.

Observe if it feels warm.

Gently waking up.
